interna più di 40 parametri con cadenza 2
minuti per 15 giorni consecutivi.
In questo modo tramite la SD card in dotazione è possibile scaricare i dati relativi
alla carrozzeria ed inviarli via mail a Cold
Car, che potrà analizzarli ed eventualmente intervenire a distanza modificando i parametri di funzionamento.

In this way, via the supplied SD card, you

send by email to Cold Car, where the data

Attraverso l’analisi della carrozzeria, vengono studiati alcuni paramentri che consentono di avere un ulteriore risparmio energetico: la gestione della ventola a doppia
velocità, la gestione ottimizzata delle resistenze degli sportelli e il settaggio del termostato, permettono di arrivare ad un risparmio
energetico del 30% circa.

Is an advanced system for optimal management of the body and energy conservation
Proper application will ensure lower energy
consumption and reduced costs.
This system enables conservation through
the “Ready Charge Planning Program” and
automated control system. Automated start
times and daily analysis of the conditions
of the body will ensure the preservation of
loaded product. The program is designed
to manage routine daily use as well as the
ability to monitor the compressor on nonworking days and weekends. Automated
limiting of the compressor’s run times will
reduce maintenance costs.
MANTENIMENTO
È un sistema evoluto per la gestione ottimale
della carrozzeria e del risparmio energetico,
garantendo minori consumi e costi ridotti.
Questo sistema garantice il massimo risparmio energetico e la massima prestazione dell’impianto firgorifero attraverso
una programmazione del pronto carica,
una gestione automatica dei tempi di partenza dell’impianto e un’analisi quotidiana
delle condizioni della carrozzeria.
Tutto ciò permetterà di conservare la merce all’interno della carrozzeria, limitare
l’utilizzo del compressore, riducendo così
i costi di manutenzione, stabilire I giorni
non lavorativi e I week-end.

VANTAGGI
Permette di impostare l’ora e il giorno
della settimana in cui la carrozzeria
deve essere in temperatura (programmazione settimanale).
Personalizzazione della pianificazione
in base alle singole esigenze (es. standby della temperatura a -23 durante
il week-end e pronto carica il lunedì
mattina).
Il sistema provvederà a mantenere la
temperatura interna a -23C°, in modo
da conservare il prodotto durante la
notte.
• Il consumo energetico durante la
fase di stand by è quasi nullo.
• Ridotto uso del compressore con
conseguente minore usura.
Il sistema 12 ore prima del pronto carica esegue un test di funzionamento
che permette di determinare il tempo
necessario al raggiungimento della
temperatura (da -23 a -35).
Conoscere esattamente il tempo necessario al raggiungimento della temperatura tenendo conto delle effettive
condizioni d’uso della carrozzeria
(temperatura esterna, livello brina, temperatura della merce, etc...).
All’ora impostata la carrozzeria sarà
in temperatura. Nel caso in cui dopo
3 ore la carrozzeria non venisse movimentata, la temperatura interna si
riporterà alla fase di stand by di -23 e
ripartirà la programmazione prevista
per il giorno successivo.
Carrozzeria sempre in temperatura
all’ora programmata.
Nessun spreco di energia in caso di
giorni festivi infrasettimanali o assenza
dell’autista.

FUNZIONAMENTO CON TIME CHARGE
The system 12 hours before the Ready
Charge performs a functional test for
determining the time required to reach
the correct temperature (from -23°C to
-35°C).
Knowing the exact time to the reach
the correct temperature taking into account the real conditions of use of the
body (external temperature, frost level,
temperature of the goods, etc ...).
At the set time the body will be at the
right temperature. In the event that the
body will not be moved in the next 3
