Storia/History
La General Europe Vacuum è una società nata dall’esperienza ventennale di un gruppo di professionisti che hanno progettato, costruito ed
installato impianti “General” utilizzati nelle industrie chimiche e farmaceutiche e che, avvalendosi della ricerca di tutti questi anni, hanno deciso di sviluppare le pompe per vuoto.
Alla General Europe Vacuum progettiamo e costruiamo una gamma
completa di pompe per vuoto a palette a secco e lubrificate con portate che vanno dai 3 ai 800 m3/hr oltre a gruppi vuoto di processo “chiavi
in mano” su specifica richiesta del cliente.
Grazie alla serietà e competenza dimostrata in questi anni, abbiamo
ottenuto la certificazione di qualità ISO 9001. Ottimo biglietto da visita
per affermarsi sul mercato nazionale e internazionale.

and chemicals industries and consequently availing themselves of the research carried out during these years, has finally decided to develop and
manufacture vacuum pumps.
General Europe Vacuum engineers and manufactures a comprehensive
rage of oilless and lubricated vanes vacuum pumps with capacities from 3
to 800 m3/h in addition to “custom-made” process vacuum plants.
Thanks to the capability and reliability shown along all these years, General Europe Vacuum has obtained the quality certification ISO 9001 enabling its confirmation worldwide.

Suction cups
La manipolazione con ventose costituisce un
sistema semplice ed economico. In GEV sono state
pensate per ogni tipo di applicazione con oltre
400 modelli e diametri da 4 a 400 mm.
Sono disponibili ventose a soffietto, piatte,
rettangolari, ellittiche, bombate, a triplo labbro,
metalliche.
I materiali proposti sono:
• para naturale, adatta a risolvere problemi di
presa difficili, quali forme o superfici irregolari;
• gomma antiolio, possiede delle ottime
caratteristiche meccaniche che la rende idonea a
sopportare lavori gravosi come strappi,
schiacciamenti, colpi;
• silicone, per la sua grande capacità di resistenza
al calore, utilizzata a contatto di superfici con
temperature fino a 250°C, ma di scarsa resistenza
meccanica.
Suction cups manipulation is easy and cheap.
GEV suction cups, thanks to 400 models and
diameters from 4 to 400 mm., have a wide range of
applications.
Available models are: bellow, plane, rectangular,
bowled, triple lip, metallic.
Manufacturing materials:
• natural rubber, fit for holding tight irregular
surfaces and shapes;
• oil resistant rubber, with best mechanical features
fit for heavy applications, like stretches, squeezes
and
strokes;
• silicon, highly hot resistant, fit for surfaces
applications with temperatures up to 250°C.

Il vacuometro a mercurio tipo TD2 è utilizzato
per una accurata verifica del vuoto raggiunto
coprendo un campo di misura da 0 - 150 torr o 0 200 mbar assoluti.
L’accuratezza della misura è ottenuta per mezzo di
due tubi capillari con le seguenti scale:
1° scala: 150 ÷ 2 torr (200 ÷ 2 mbar)
2° scala: 2 ÷ 1x10-3 torr (2,6 ÷ 2x10-3 mbar)
La sua semplicità d’uso e di manutenzione
ne fanno lo strumento ideale per ogni tipo di
applicazione.
TD2 mercury vacuum gauge is used for an accurate
testing of the achieved vacuum with a measurement
scale from 0 - 150 torr to or 0 - 200 mbar absolute.
Measurement precision is obtained by means of two
capillaries with following scales:
1st scale: 150 ÷ 2 torr (200 ÷ 2 mbar)
2nd scale: 2 ÷ 1x10-3 torr (2,6 ÷ 2x10-3 mbar)
Maintenance and use easyness makes this
instrument useful for any applications.
