SEDUCTIONS OF IMAGINATION. TURIN BETWEEN SURREALISM AND METAPHYSICS
The exhibition presents 14 artworks matching the same past and
contemporary painters who have grasped the most varied aspects of
dreams and the visionary world. They are Piedmontese artists of Surfanta
current,
contraction
of
“surrealism
and
fantasy”:
Gilardi
(Abacuc),
Alessandri, Allimandi, Assetto, Camerini, Carella, Colombotto Rosso,
Cremona, De Agostini, Forgione, Jervolino, Macciotta, Minero, Ponte Corvo.
Turin, magical city par excellence, has always preferred the taste for the
exotic and the imaginary. It is still a breeding ground where the fantasticsurreal art has been able to develop.
“Torino magica” is also the title of one of the works, where the Mole,
dressed up of lights, stands out in a blue nocturnal sky.
