Immerso in un lussureggiante vigneto, sulle colline che dominano Cefalù e a pochi Km da Castelbuono, si trova il Relais Santa
Anastasia e la sua cantina d’eccellenza. Un luogo magico con un
panorama mozzafiato che si estende fino alle isole Eolie, dove
l’antica abbazia benedettina del XII secolo è stata trasformata,
grazie ad un sapiente restauro, in un elegante relais. Lo squisito charme della dimora si ritrova anche nelle 29 camere tutte
curatissime negli arredi e arricchite dei comfort moderni: climatizzazione, Sat -TV, cassaforte, asciugacapelli, frigobar, etc. L’atmosfera di serenità e relax si respira ovunque e gli ospiti possono
scegliere di fermare il tempo nelle sale di lettura e in quella del
biliardo o fare attività all’aria aperta nella piscina con idromassaggio e nei percorsi natura realizzati nel parco di 400 ettari. Inoltre
i 2 ristoranti “la Corte dell’Abate” e “Passioni & Tentazioni” offrono
una cucina eccellente, che utilizza i prodotti della tenuta coltivati
biologicamente, serviti in ambienti ricchi di storia e di fascino. Gli
ospiti hanno anche la possibilità di degustare i vini della Cantina
Abbazia Santa Anastasia e di visitarne i luoghi di produzione. Il
bar e una sala meeting per 100 persone completano la struttura.
Nei dintorni sentieri trekking e su richiesta possibilità di praticare
golf, mountain biking ed equitazione. E’ in progetto la realizzazione, a breve, di un centro benessere.
The Relais Santa Anastasia and its Abbazia Santa Anastasia famous winery are surronded by a lush vineyard, upon the hills
close to Cefalù and Castelbuono, just a few kilometres from the
highway exit. It is a fascinating place, with heartbreaking views
over the Madonie mountains and down to Aeolian islands so far.
The old Benedictine abbey, dating back to XII century, has been
completely restorated and converted into a luxury Farm House
which offers now 29 de-charme, comfortable rooms and suites, all
equipped to the highest standards: air conditioning and heating,
Sat and Sky Tv, safe, hairdryers, minibar, etc.. A relaxing atmosphere is everywhere and all Guests can choose to spend their
time in the reading or billiard room, enjoying the outdoor pool
with hydromassage corner, or discovering the natural tracks close
to the Relais 400 hectares park. The two restaurants “la Corte
dell’Abate” and “Passioni & Tentazioni” offer an excellent cuisine with bio products from its own property, served in an elegant
and charming atmosphere. Guests can also visit the cellars of the
“Abbazia Santa Anastasia” winery and taste their wines. A bar
and a meeting room for up to 100 persons complete the services
offered by the hotel. In the neighbourhood, possibility of trekking,
mountain biking, horse riding and golf. A wellness centre is going
to be opened soon.
