Perché Ergotek?
Per due anni si è cercato il o i referenti migliori per la definizione
e la fornitura degli arredi adeguati alla rinnovata filosofia.
Servivano produttori già improntati agli arredi per “l’anziano
fragile” e la disabilità. Ditte improntate all’innovazione, alla
qualità e alla facilitata manutenzione degli arredi stessi. In
questa ricerca la Ditta Ergotek si è contraddistinta per la
serietà con la quale affronta il tema della non-autosufficienza e
l’entusiasmo con il quale si è tuffata nella ricerca per realizzare
tutti i prodotti più confacenti a queste residenze. Prima la ricerca
dimensionale poi quella dei tessuti e degli imbottiti più adatti
alle esigenze prospettate. La sommatoria finale è rappresentata
da una fornitura molto varia, mirata a rispondere a tutte le
esigenze funzionali ed estetiche. La disponibilità di Ergotek a
seguirci in questa ricerca di innovazione è stata contraddistinta
dall’entusiasmo di tutti i componenti dello staff operativo e dalla
disponibilità totale alle modifiche, tenendo in secondo piano
l’aspetto meramente economico.
Philosophy
The “Residenze Trifoglio” residential care home is at the
forefront of Italian care structures, putting the emphasis firmly
on the quality of life for both the residents and the staff. This
is a new concept that required the development of original
designs for both the furnishing and lighting systems. This
modern complex, opened in 2014, is intended for people with
various levels of self-sufficiency and includes a unit for assisting
those with physical disabilities and another unit for those with
Alzheimer’s. Considering the short time the centre has been
open, the results have been remarkable.
The approach here is to provide an environment that fully
compensates for any loss of function in order to guarantee that
all remaining abilities are maintained and offering the possibility
of recovering any functionality lost in the time before coming to
the centre. Numerous other elements are also provided to assist
the care staff in their work. There are several communal
areas of different sizes and there is a very large car
park to make it easy for relatives to visit.

Il complesso “Residenze Trifoglio” rappresenta il nuovo indirizzo
italiano nel campo assistenziale perché privilegiano la qualità
di vita di tutte le persone che vi soggiornano e quelle che ci
lavorano. Un nuovo concetto che ha imposto la progettazione di
prototipi sia nel campo degli arredi che in quello degli elementi
per l’illuminazione. Il moderno complesso, inaugurato nel 2014,
è destinato a persone con diversi livelli di non autosufficienza ed
è completato da un nucleo per il recupero di disabili fisici e da
un nucleo Alzheimer, dai risultati già sorprendenti.
L’approccio è stato quello di creare un ambiente realmente
protesico in modo da garantire il mantenimento di tutte le
capacità residue e l’eventuale recupero di funzioni perse nelle
fasi precedenti all’accoglimento. Vi sono anche una serie di
accorgimenti per facilitare gli operatori e sono stati realizzati
soggiorni di varie dimensioni e un vastissimo parcheggio per
facilitare le visite dei parenti.
Why Ergotek?
We spent two years looking for the best
people to provide the ideal furnishings
in order to fulfil this new philosophy. We
were looking for a manufacturer who was
already an expert in the field of care for the
elderly with fragile health and the disabled, a
company dedicated to innovation and quality,
with a focus on the ease of maintenance of the
furnishing itself. One company stood out in our
search: Ergotek. They demonstrated an extremely
thorough approach to the issues of impaired selfsufficiency and a great enthusiasm for the research and
development of all the products needed to meet the needs of
residential structures. Their work ranges from the study of the
ideal dimensions to the search for the best padding materials to
meet specific requirements. The result of all this work is a very
broad range of products designed to meet all functional and
aesthetic needs.
We have been delighted by the enthusiasm and openness
demonstrated by all the members of staff at Ergotek, they
have constantly been at our side in the development of this
project, always ready to make changes, and with a great
attention to the quality of the results over merely economic
aspects.

Foyer Béthel è un ente socio-medicale creato negli anni ’80
dalla Chiesa Evangelica Metodista.
Dal Luglio 2014 la struttura può accogliere 65 residenti, tra i
65 ed oltre i 100 anni di età, che trovano qui un luogo di vita
personalizzato ed adatto alle loro necessità.
Il concetto di “assistenza” è basato su uno stato d’animo
aperto, sul rispetto e la dignità della persona, con lo scopo
di mantenere al massimo la sua autonomia, affinché possa
continuare serenamente il suo percorso di vita.
Il soggiorno a Foyer Béthel significa: essere ascoltati, stabilire
rapporti di fiducia, scambiarsi esperienze, ricevere cure, alleviare
le pene, essere rassicurati, condividere, accompagnare,
diventare… “Perché l’essenziale è che bisogna comunque
vivere e si deve morire ancora vivendo!” (CF. Ramuz)
Perché Ergotek ?
In occasione della nostra visita presso la ditta Ergotek in Italia,
non è stata tanto la « fabbrica di mobili » che ci ha sedotti, ma
le qualità umane e gli stessi valori che ci uniscono in un’unica
missione. Potrei riassumere questa collaborazione con le stesse
parole che caratterizzano la nostra filosofia: ascolto, fiducia,
condivisione.
Dare un senso a ciò che si fa è il nostro leitmotiv e l’unione delle
nostre capacità con le conoscenze del Sig. Stefano Tedesco ha
portato ad un risultato che non ci saremmo mai immaginati.
Questa società ha realizzato un capolavoro, in termini di design,
qualità e grande varietà di prodotti per le diverse aree della
struttura, per la gioia degli ospiti e del personale.

Philosophy
Foyer Béthel is a social and medical organisation founded in the
1980s by the Evangelist/Evangelical Methodist Church.
Since 2014 the structure has hosted 65 residents, aged
between 65 and 100 years old, who enjoy a personalised living
space that is adapted to meet their needs.
The concept of “assistance” is based on an open-hearted/
caring approach, respectful of the dignity of the person, with the
aim of maintaining the greatest possible autonomy so that they
can serenely continue their life.

Abbiamo deciso di lavorare con Ergotek per
la loro capacità di ascolto. Sono stati in grado di comprendere
i nostri bisogni specifici e di proporci delle soluzioni adatte ad
ogni luogo di vita. Abbiamo anche apprezzato moltissimo
la funzionalità, l’ergonomia e la qualità dei loro
prodotti.
Anche l’aspetto “alberghiero” ha svolto un
ruolo molto importante nella nostra scelta e
ne siamo molto contenti, tanto da ricevere
molti complimenti sull’estetica dei
prodotti acquistati.
Philosophy
Institute Saint Joseph began life in 1947 as a maternity
department, and became part of the Acis group in 1977, when
it was transformed into a residential home for the elderly.
The building is located in the centre of town, and has been
restructured several times. Currently it can host up to 110
people on 4 floors. The institute hosts elderly people who are
fully autonomous, those with limited autonomy and those who
are totally dependent on care, and offers personalised solutions
to meet the specific needs of each person.
Conviviality and individual assistance for residents are our first
priorities.
The mission of Institute Saint Joseph is to offer a new home,
a welcoming living space which is open to the outside, where
each person can continue their lives in the best possible way.
In order to offer the best possible assistance, our team uses
the Gineste-Marescotti humanitude approach based on the
concept of wellbeing, perfect attention to care and respect for
autonomy, from the beginning to the end.

Nato nel 1947 come reparto di maternità, l’istituto Saint Joseph
è entrato a far parte del gruppo Acis nel 1977, venendo
trasformato in residenza per anziani.
L’edificio, situato al centro della città, ha subito diverse fasi di
trasformazione ed oggi può accogliere fino a 110 persone su
4 livelli; trovano ospitalità persone anziane autonome, persone
con autonomia limitata o totalmente dipendenti, con una
risposta personalizzata ed in linea con le specifiche esigenze.
L’accoglienza e l’assistenza individuale dei residenti sono al
centro delle nostre priorità.
L’istituto Saint Joseph ha come missione di
proporre una nuova casa, luogo di vita
accogliente, aperto sull’esterno,
dove la persona potrà continuare
il suo percorso di vita nel
modo migliore possibile. Per
ottimizzare l’assistenza, la
