Con riferimento all’Offerta Pubblica Globale di Vendita e Sottoscrizione di azioni Landi Renzo S.p.A., si rende
noto che in data 4 luglio 2007, i Joint Global Coordinators, Mediobanca Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. e
Citigroup, hanno integralmente esercitato l’opzione di greenshoe per n. 6.000.000 titoli.
Il prezzo di acquisto delle azioni oggetto della greenshoe è pari a 4,00 Euro per azione – corrispondente al
prezzo stabilito nell’ambito dell’Offerta Pubblica Globale di Vendita e Sottoscrizione – per un controvalore
complessivo pari ad Euro 24 milioni.
Il trasferimento e il pagamento delle suddette azioni avverrà il 9 luglio 2007.
Inclusa la Greenshoe l’Offerta Globale ha riguardato pertanto n. 46.000.000 titoli Landi Renzo S.p.A., pari al
40,89% del capitale sociale della Società stessa, per un controvalore di Euro 184 milioni.

With reference to the global offering of Landi Renzo S.p.A. shares, notice is hereby given that on 4 July
2007, the Joint Global Coordinators Mediobanca and Citigroup have exercised the greenshoe option
involving a total of 6,000,000 shares.
The acquisition price for shares covered by the greenshoe option was € 4,00 per share, equal to that
provided for under the terms of the global offering, for a total of € 24 m.
Transfer and payment of the shares will take place on 9 July 2007.
Accordingly, the global offering including the greenshoe option involved a total of 46,000,000 Landi Renzo
shares, equal to 40.89% of the company’s share capital, for a total of € 184 m.
