Le macchine manuali per il riempimento delle capsule
possono essere a 100 capsule, l’orientatore MC-1 e
l’opercolatrice MC-2, oppure a 120 capsule, l’orientatore
MC-3 e l’opercolatrice MC-4.
Le macchine opercolatrici MC-2 e MC-4 hanno la
possibilità di cambiare formato con il kit di trasformazione,
uno per ciascun formato.
Numerosi sono gli accessori per facilitare le preparazioni:
pressori e tramogge polveri fisse e regolabili.
The manual machines for the filling of capsules can be at

SISTEMA ASPIRAZIONE POLVERI / POWDER SUCTION SYSTEM
Il sistema di aspirazione polveri SALP è
facilmente posizionabile nel punto in cui
viene eseguita la preparazione senza
creare difficoltà all’operatore dato il limitato
ingombro e la silenziosità di funzionamento.
Non richiede adattamenti né modifiche al
banco di lavoro: è regolabile in altezza e
inclinazione.
La cappa aspirante SALP è conforme alle
norme della F.U. 1996 Tabella 6 IV Supplemento
concernente la tutela degli operatori dediti
alle preparazioni in polvere.
Risponde inoltre a quanto espresso dalla
Commissione permanente per la revisione e
pubblicazione della Farmacopea Ufficiale
del 3 Aprile 1997 e XIª ed. della FU del 2002.
Il sistema di aspirazioni SALP può essere
utilizzato anche per l’aspirazione di fumi e di
odori. Esso infatti è dotato di un doppio fi ltro:
uno a carboni attivi e l’altro sintetico per il
trattenimento delle particelle di polvere.
E’ sempre disponibile il fi ltro di ricambio per
sostituire il vecchio deterioratosi.

The SALP powder suction system can easily
be positioned in the same area where the
preparation is carried out without creating
any difficulties for the operator thanks to its
compact size and silent operation.
No adaptations or modifications of the work
bench are required: its height and inclination
are adjustable
The SALP suction hood is compliant with the
F.U. standard 1996 Table 6 IV supplement for
the safety of operators in charge of powder
preparations.
It also complies with the provisions of the
permanent Commission for the revision and
publication of the Farmacopea Ufficiale of 3
April 1997 and XIª FU edition of 2002.
The SALP suction system can also be used for
the suction of fumes and odours. This in fact
is equipped with a double filter: an activated
carbon fi lter and a syntheti filter to retain i
powder particles.
Spare filters are always available to substitute
old and deteriorated filters.

MESCOLATORE POLVERI / POWDER MIXER
Per la sua dimensione ridotta trova posto sul banco
di ogni laboratorio.
Junior è dotato di un contenitore a forma di “V” in
acciaio inox con capacità di 0,5 litri: il trattamento
superficiale interno ed esterno può essere di
elettrolucidatura oppure con rivestimento alimentare
in rilsan per favorire una maggiore scorrevolezza delle
polveri all’interno del contenitore.
Il contenitore può essere dotato, su richiesta, di
palette fisse o mobili per rompere i grumi della polvere
e consentire una perfetta miscelazione anche di
piccole quantità di polveri.
La macchina è equipaggiata da un PLC che controlla
tutte le funzioni: dal tempo di rotazione alla velocità
ed il tempo di inversione della rotazione.
La macchina è dotata di sistema di sicurezza che ne
arresta il movimento in caso di apertura accidentale
del carter di protezione.

CM-1
CONTA-CAPSULE / CAPSULE-COUNTER
La conta-capsule CM-1 si distingue per la facilità d’uso
e per la manutenzione inesistente.
La tramoggia superiore viene caricata con le capsule
riempite e dopo il primo caricamento dei canali di
caduta, con il semplice azionamento a grilletto, 10
capsule cadranno direttamente nella bottiglia o nel
flacone. Rilasciando il grilletto si ricarica la macchina
e col movimento contrario accompagnato da una
molla verranno di nuovo scaricate altre 10 capsule.
Il supporto regolabile in altezza e in profondità permette
di adattare la bocca di uscita della conta-capsule a
qualsiasi tipo di recipiente di raccolta.
La CM-1 è un’attrezzatura compatta, leggera e non
necessita di alimentazione elettrica.
Il cambio formato è semplice e veloce, dovendo
sostituire il gruppo da 10 canali agendo su due sole
manopole.
Il supporto della macchina può essere ordinato
separatamente.
A richiesta può lavorare compresse oblunghe.
The CM-1 capsule counter is outstanding for its userfriendliness and almost inexistent maintenance.
The upper hopper is loaded with the filled capsules.
After the first loading of the drop channels, with a simply
trigger action, 10 capsules drop directly into the bottle
or container. Then, by releasing the trigger the machine
is reloaded and, with a reverse action accompanied
by a spring, another 10 capsules drop down into the
next bottle/container.
The height and depth adjustable support holder allows
the capsule counter’s outlet mouth to be adjusted to
any type of receiving container.
The CM-1 is a compact, lightweight device that does
not require any electrical power supply.
Format change is fast and easy with only two knobs to
operate for changing the 10 channel unit.
The machine support can also be ordered separately.
By request it can process oblong tablets.

BLISTERATRICE / BLISTER SEALING MACHINE
La blisteratrice AB 1 è una macchina a funzionamento
manuale per la sigillatura a caldo di blister preformati.
Di dimensioni estremamente contenute e dotata di una
grandissima facilità di impiego, la macchina trova posto
sul banco del laboratorio galenico o negli avanzati
laboratori di Ricerca e Sviluppo.
La macchina arriva corredata di uno stampo tra quelli
disponibili di serie. Su richiesta è possibile dotare la
macchina con altre forme previa accettazione del
layout
Grazie alle raffinate tecnologie costruttive, quali ad
esempio il carrello scorrevole su guide ROLLON, la
macchina può raggiungere la temperatura di saldatura di
200° idonea alla sigillatura dei blister ALU ALU. A richiesta è
possibile dotare gli stampi di una forma nella quale inserire
i caratteri alfanumerici per l’incisione dei dati variabili.
Il nostro magazzino è fornito di tutte le dimensioni di blister
preformati riportati in tabella e relative scatole anonime
per 3 o 7 blister.
The AB 1 blistering machine is a manual machine for the
hot sealing of preformed blisters.
This easy to use machine of contained dimensions can
be used in galenical laboratories as well as in Research
and Development laboratories.
The machine comes equipped with one of the available
moulds. Upon request, it is possible to equip the machine
with other moulds providing the client accepts the
layout.
Thanks to refined constructional technologies, for
example the sliding trolley on ROLLON rails, the machine
can reach sealing temperatures of 200°, adequate for
the sealing of ALU ALU blisters. Upon request, it is possible
to equip the moulds with a structure where it is possible
to enter alphanumeric characters for the incision of
various data.
Our warehouse is supplied with all the preformed blisters
reported in the table below and with the relative blank
packaging for 3 or 7 blisters.

TURBOEMULSORE / MIXER MACHINE
Il miscelatore turboemulsore DS-3 è adatto a miscelare,
omogeneizzare, emulsionare e disintegrare con
notevole versatilità di impiego.
Il motore, con potenza di 500 Watts, è in grado di
sviluppare fino a 12.500 giri nominali al minuto.
Tutte le parti immerse sono realizzato in acciaio inox AISI
316 ad eccezione della bussola.
La regolazione dell’altezza della testa è resa agevole
da un sistema bilanciato a contrappeso.
Il turboemulsore DS-3 ha una dotazione di serie di 5
testine in acciaio adatte alla miscelazione, emulsione,

MULINO PER CREME / OINTMENT MILL
Usato per un’accurata frantumazione
azione e omogeneiz
omogeneizzazione di unguenti, creme, paste, gel e sospensioni,
è specializzato nella riduzione delle dimensioni delle
particelle per un migliore assorbimento nel corpo.
Il mulino è composto da tre rulli ceramici, i quali sono
rifiniti in modo tale da raggiungere l’estrema tolleranza di
chiusura. Il grado di frantumazione è determinato dalla
quantità di spazio tra il set di rulli. Maggiore è la chiusura
tra i rulli, maggiore e più accurata è la frantumazione.
Due guide laterali sopra i rulli aiutano l’operatore a
posizionare il composto sull’estremità posteriore dei rulli.
Il composto successivamente scorre attraverso il mulino
fi no al piatto raschiatore. Se il livello di frantumazione
è quello desiderato, il composto può essere raccolto.
Se invece si desidera una maggiore frantumazione il
composto può essere prelevato dal piatto raschiatore e
riposizionato sul mulino.
La pulizia del mulino si ottiene facendo scorrere
attraverso il mulino un detergente non abrasivo seguito
da alcol. Infine, il mulino deve essere spento e i rulli,
girati manualmente, possono essere completamente
asciugati.

reduction of particle size for better absorption into the
body.
The mill features three ceramic rollers, which are milled
to achieve extreme closure tolerance. The degree
of trituration is determined by the amount of space
between the two sets of rollers, thus, the closer the rollers
are, and the finer the trituration is.
Two side guides on top of the rollers assist the operator in
the placement of the compound on the rear end of the
rollers. The compound then moves through the mill and
on to the scraper plate. If the desired level of trituration
has been achieved, the compound may be collected.
If, however, greater trituration is desired, the compound
may be scraped off of the plate and run back through
the mill.
Cleaning the mill is done by running a non-abrasive
detergent through the mill, followed by alcohol. The mill
is then turned off and the rollers are manually turned to
be wiped clean.

EASY CREAM
DOSAGGIO CREME E LIQUIDI / DOSER SYSTEM FOR CREAMS AND LIQUIDS
La macchina Easycream consente il rapido e sicuro
dosaggio per il confezionamento di creme e di
liquidi.
Una volta verificato, utilizzando ad esempio un cilindro
graduato, il quantitativo giusto da dosare ed il numero
dei giri della pompa peristaltica, si impostano tali
valori sul PLC posto nella scatola comandi separata
dalla macchina per una maggiore funzionalità.
Azionando l’interruttore di avvio, la macchina compirà
l’esatto numero di giri arrestandosi automaticamente
al valore impostato.
Questa soluzione consente una notevole precisione
nella ripetitività dei dosaggi.
La pulizia è estremamente semplice e veloce in quanto
il solo tubo di marpene, per le creme, o di silicone, per
i fluidi, viene a contatto con le sostanze.
Avendo a disposizione più tubi si annullano i tempi
morti della manutenzione.
A richiesta è disponibile la tramoggia da 3 litri in
acciaio inox con speciale ugello per il riempimento
dei tubetti già saldati.
The Easycream device allows for rapid and secure
dosing of the creams and liquids for filling and
packaging.
Once the correct dosage and number of revolutions
of the peristaltic pump has been ascertained using, for
example, the graduated cylinder, the desired value is
set on the PLC located in the control box separate

By turning on the start switch, the machine will execute

stop at the set value.
This solution allows for remarkable precision in the
repeatability of the doses.
Cleaning is extremely quick and easy seeing that only
the marpene tube, for creams, and the silicon tube for
liquids, come into contact with the fi lling substances.
By keeping several tubes on hand there will be no
problems wasting time for maintenance.
By request, the stainless steel 3 litre hopper can be
equipped with a special nozzle to fill the already
sealed tubes.

MESCOLATORE POLVERI / POWDER MIXER
Il mescolatore polveri MP-6 è interamente controllato
da un PLC collegato ad un video terminale
retroilluminato touch-screen dal quale si impostano
e controllano tutte le funzioni della macchina.
L’apertura ad ala di gabbiano facilita lo smontaggio
dei contenitori che sono tutti in acciaio AISI 316
elettrolucidati sia internamente che esternamente.
I contenitori possono essere cilindrici, da 1, 3 e 5 litri,
oppure a “V” da 0,5 , 1,5, 3 e 5 litri.
La macchina è disponibile anche nella versione
speciale con contenitore a “V” in acciaio inox da 12
litri.
A richiesta, i contenitori possono essere dotati di
tappi in acciaio inox con alberi dotati di palette fisse
per rompere i grumi della polvere e consentire una
perfetta miscelazione.
La macchina è dotata di arresto di sicurezza ed in
caso di apertura accidentale del carter, la rotazione
del contenitore si ferma immediatamente.
Powder mixer MP-6 is controlled entirely by a PLC

from which all the machine functions are set and
controlled.
The sea-gull wing opening makes the disassembly of
all containers easy. The containers are all made of
AISI 316 stainless steel and are electro-polished both
internally and externally.
The containers can be cylindrical, from 1, 3 and 5
litres, or “V” containers from 0.5, 1.5, 3 and 5 litres.
The machine is available in a special 12-liter “V”
container version made of stainless steel.
By request, the container can be fitted with stainless

Studiata per la produzione di capsule in gelatina dura
nei laboratori e per la produzione di multipli su piccola
scala, la MC 100 si compone di un orientatore e di una
opercolatrice montati sullo stesso basamento di dimensioni
sufficientemente contenute per trovare posto su qualsiasi
banco di lavoro.
La macchina opercolatrice è dotata di una piastra
vibrante per favorire la discesa uniforme delle polveri e di
un dispositivo per la simultanea compressione delle polveri
nelle 100 capsule.
La macchina arriva completa degli accessori per trattare
un formato di capsule e sono disponibili gli accessori per
effettuare i cambi formato sia per le normali capsule in
gelatina dura che per le capsule DB CAPS in tutti i loro
formati.
Sono inoltre disponibili altri speciali accessori quali, ad
esempio, tramogge con riduttori e tramogge speciali per
l’inserimento nelle capsule di granuli, pellets e/o compresse
per studi e test clinici .
A richiesta è disponibile anche la macchina MC-50
con la stessa struttura e stesse caratteristiche ma per il
riempimento di 50 capsule per volta.
Studied in laboratories for the multiple production of hard
gelatine capsules on a small scale, the MC 100 is composed
of an orientator and of a capsule filling machine mounted
on the same conveniently sized base that can fit on any
work table.
The capsule filling machine is equipped with a vibrating
plate to aid in the uniform descent of powders and with
a device for the simultaneous compression of powders in
100 capsules.
The machine comes complete with accessories to process
one capsule size. Accessories to carry out capsule format
changes for normal hard gelatine capsules as well as for
DB CAPS capsules are available in all sizes.
Other special accessories such as hoppers with reduction
gears and special hoppers for granule insertion in capsules,
pellets and/or tablets for clinical studies and tests are also
available.
The MC-50 machine is also available on request with the
same structure and the same characteristics as the MC100, but made for the filling of 50 capsules.

L’orientatore MS4/7 serve al posizionamento delle
capsule sulle piastre di carico delle opercolatrici
semiautomatiche da 150 fori come la MS 3 N o da 300
fori come la MS 6N o la MS 6 AUT, macchine con le
quali viene normalmente accoppiato.
Di uso semplicissimo, la macchina non richiede
manutenzione se non la normalissima pulizia dalle
eventuali polveri volatili.
Le capsule vuote prelevate dalle confezioni vengono
disposte sulla griglia di carico dalla quale, premendo
la leva/impugnatura orizzontale, si dispongono
uniformemente sulla piastra di carico delle
opercolatrici.

trattare un formato di capsule, ma a richiesta sono

The MS4/7 orientator is used to position the capsules on
the loading plate of the semiautomatic capsule filling
machines with 150 holes, like the MS 3 N, or with 300

Of very simple use, the machine does not require

Particolarmente dedicato ai Laboratori per produzioni
quantitativamente importanti di capsule, l’orientatore

Il funzionamento è completamente automatico e consente

riconoscere con estrema velocità il segnale inviato dalle
fotocellule di conteggio a tutto vantaggio della precisione
nel confezionamento.
Oltre alle sicurezze che bloccano la macchina in caso di
mancanza di prodotto, mancanza del contenitore o della
mancata sostituzione dello stesso, il disco rotante in cristallo
sulla macchina ha due velocità di rotazione: una regolabile
per la produzione e una rallentata a fine conteggio per
assicurare la massima precisione.
Il cambio di produzione è reso agevole dalle sole regolazioni

The eletronic counting machine made for the counting

La SAV-2 è una linea automatica per il conteggio e
confezionamento in fl acone delle più diverse forme
farmaceutiche solide quali capsule, compresse tonde
o oblunghe, tavolette, soft gel ed altro con dimensioni
comprese tra i 5 e i 25 mm di diametro aventi uno
spessore massimo di 20 mm.
La linea SAV 2 si compone di due macchine costruite
su strutture in acciaio: una sulla quale viene posizionata
la macchina contapezzi elettronica CPE 6 e un
monoblocco per la tappatura automatica dei fl aconi
riempiti. La tappatrice è dotata di una stella rotante,
una tazza vibrante per l’alimentazione automatica dei
tappi e di una testa di chiusura adattabile alle varie
tipologie di tappo.
Le macchine possono essere disposte in linea o a L e
sono collegate da un nastro trasportatore dotato di
regolazioni in funzione delle dimensioni del flacone
collegato ad un tavolo di cumulo rotante su cui vengono
posizionati i flaconi vuoti. Un vassoio finale di raccolta
(facilmente asportabile in caso di prosecuzione della
linea) raccoglie i contenitori riempiti e tappati

SAV-2 is an automatic line for the counting and bottle
packaging of the diverse solid pharmaceutical forms such
as capsules, round or oblong tablets, soft gel and other
tablet dimensions between 5 and 25 mm in diameter and
up to 20 mm in thickness.
The SAV 2 line is composed of two machines constructed
on steel structures: one on which the CPE 6 electronic
counting machine is positioned and a compact unit for the
automatic capping of filled bottles. The bottle capping
machine is equipped with a rotating star, a vibrating cup
for the automatic feeding of caps and a closure head
adaptable for various types of caps.
The machines can be positioned in line or in “L” shape
connected by a conveyor belt that has controls according
to the dimensions of the bottles connected to a rotating
loading table on which the empty bottles are placed.
A final collection tray (easily removable in case of line
extension) collects the filled containers and caps.
All operations and settings are operated by a backlit touch
screen connected to a CPU Siemens able to coordinate
all packaging operations.
Other than safety guards that stop the machine in the
case that there is no product or container, there are stops
for the lack of caps, the overloading of belt or a block of
the conveyor belt.
The machine is equipped with reduction gears in order to
adjust the outlet of the product to the opening of the used
bottle.
On request, it is possible to equip the machine with a
suction system that clears the powder created by the
handling of the product, specifically of tablets.
Available individually on request is the mod. SAV-1 counting
line composed of one steel structure on which the counting
machine and the conveyor belt are positioned, a rotating
table for empty bottle feeding and a fi nal collection tray
for filled bottles.

Macchina automatica per il confezionamento di creme,
polveri, liquidi e corpi solidi in buste di materiale termosaldabile
utilizzabile nei settori farmaceutico, cosmetico, erboristico,
chimico ed alimentare.
La macchina è comandata da un PLC collegato ad un touchscreen retroilluminato dal quale è possibile settare le diverse
funzioni quali ad esempio la lunghezza delle bustine, la velocità
di funzionamento e temperatura di saldatura della bustina.
La larghezza delle buste può essere di 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100,
110 e 120 mm. e la lunghezza può variare da 30 a 135 mm.
Il volume massimo dosabile e di 40 ml.
Sono disponibili diversi gruppi di dosaggio per le varie tipologie
di prodotti da trattare facilmente intercambiabili tra loro.
E’ possibile utilizzare carte anonime o carte prestampate con la
possibilità di centraggio della stampa su di un lato o su entrambi
i lati della busta su cui è comunque possibile la stampa dei dati
variabili quali lotto e scadenza.
La macchina è dotata di quadro elettrico integrato e di tutte le

An automatic machine for packaging of creams, powders,
liquids, and solid bodies in sealed packets utilizable for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, herbalistic, chemical and food sectors.
The machine is operated by a PLC connected to a backlit
touch-screen from which it is possible to set the different functions, for example, the length of the packets, the operation
speed and the sealing temperature of the packets. The packet
width can be of 40, 50, 60,70, 80, 90, 100, 110 and 120 mm and
the length can vary from 30 to 135 mm.
The maximum measurable volume is 40 ml.
Various dosage groups are available for various typologies of
treated products that are easily interchangeable.
It is possible to utilize blank paper or printed paper with the possibility to centre the printing on one or both sides of the packet,
on which it is also possible to print variable data such as batch
numbers and expiration dates.
The machine is equipped with an integrated electronic panel
and with all the safeguards fit to guarantee the greatest
productivity with respect to the safety regulations in force and
to the GMP directive (on request).
Optional devices, for example; 25 lt. steel hoppers for powder or
cream, heated and with motorized shakers; strips for powder
dosage with different loading capacities; and different devices
for the processing of “difficult powders” make the machine
particularly flexible and suitable for different typologies of use.

Monoblocco automatico per il riempimento di liquidi in
flaconi di vetro o plastica con dosaggi variabili da m l .

La macchina è dotata di un tavolo rotante per
l’accumulo delle bottiglie vuote che con un nastro
trasportatore arrivano sotto la stazione di riempimento a
ugelli discendenti tali da consentire la lavorazione anche
di liquidi altamente schiumogeni. Gli ugelli, da 1 a 4 a
seconda dei dosaggi da effettuare, sono collegati a delle
siringhe volumetriche motorizzate.
Una tazza vibrante dotata di scivolo regolabile in altezza
consente il posizionamento automatico dei tappi sulle
bottiglie prima di arrivare sotto la testa di chiusura
equipaggiata per la chiusura delle diverse tipologie di
tappo (PFP, plastica a vite e/o pressione, con contagocce
a pompetta ecc.).
La macchina è interamente controllata da un PLC Siemens
collegato ad un touch screen in grado di coordinare e
settare le diverse motorizzazioni delle parti in movimento
(autonome tra di loro).
A fine nastro è disponibile un vassoio di raccolta finale
dei flaconi riempiti e tappati facilmente asportabile in
caso di prosecuzione della linea con altre macchine, tipo
etichettatrice o altro.
E’ inoltre possibile l’aggiunta sulla macchina di dispositivi
opzionali quali ad esempio un gruppo di posizionamento
per i sottotappi (goccimetri) o una seconda stazione di
chiusura per tappi in gomma. Se necessario, è possibile
aggiungere una stazione per l’insufflamento dell’azoto
all’interno dei flaconi.
La struttura della macchina è interamente in acciaio e
tutte le parti a contatto con il prodotto sono in AISI 316.
La macchina è realizzata seguendo le norme GMP
ed in conformità alle disposizioni di legge in materia di
sicurezza.
An automatic compact unit for the filling of liquids in
glass or plastic bottles with a variable dosage from 10
to 500 ml.
The machine is equipped with a rotating table for the
accumulation of empty bottles that arrive on a conveyor
belt under the filling station. The filling station is equipped
with downturned nozzles that allow the manufacturing of
highly foaming liquids. The nozzles, from 1 to 4, according
to the dosages to be carried out, are connected to
motorized volumetric syringes.
A vibrating cup with a slide adjustable in height, allows the
automatic positioning of the caps on the bottles before
they arrive under the closure head, which is equipped
for the closure of various cap typologies (PFP, screw and/
or pressure plastic, with pump droppers etc.).
The machine is entirely controlled by a PLC Siemens
connected to a touch screen that coordinates and sets
the movable parts that are autonomous among them.
At the end of the belt, a collection tray is available to
gather the fi lled and capped bottles. The tray is easily
removable in case of extension of the line with other
machines, like labellers or other.
It is also possible to add optional devices, for example
a positioning unit for undercaps (dropper) or a second
closure station for rubber caps. It is also possible to add
a station to insufflate nitrogen inside the bottles.
The structure of the machine is entirely made of steel
and all parts in contact with the product are of AISI 316.
The machine was designed according to GMP norms
and in conformity with the provisions regarding security.

DOSATRICE PER SUPPOSTE / SUPPOSITORIES DOSING MACHINE
Macchina dosatrice automatica per il riempimento di
alveoli preformati per ovuli e supposte.
La gamma di dosaggio varia da 0 a 3.5 ml e da 2 a 5,5 ml
a seconda di quale gruppo di dosaggio viene installato.
La produzione oraria varia da 3.000 a 6.000 supposte o
ovuli all’ora.
Dallo schermo touch screen collegato ad una CPU
Siemens è possibile effettuare alcune impostazioni della
macchina.
La macchina è dotata di una tramoggia riscaldata e
termostatata ad acqua contenuta nella doppia parete
con possibilità di regolazione della temperatura e con
pompa di ricircolo. Sulla tramoggia è inoltre presente una
girante in grado di mantenere in costante ed omogeneo
movimento la massa fusa. Sia la velocità dell’agitatore
che la temperatura dell’acqua contenuta nella camicia
della tramoggia sono regolabili.
Il dosaggio è garantito da una valvola di dosaggio in
acciaio inox riscaldata regolabile micrometricamente con
incrementi pari a 1/10 di ml.
Gli alveoli vuoti, tipo “Rotoplast”, sono posizionati su un
disco di alimentazione da cui vengono trascinati ed in
automatico fatti passare sotto la stazione di dosaggio.
Altrettanto automaticamente vengono raccolti su un
secondo disco che, una volta riempito, viene prelevato e
posto nella unità di raffreddamento. Tale operazione può
essere agevolata ed avvenire in modo semiautomatico
impiegando l’unità di raffreddamento Mod. SC-6. Dopo il
riempimento e il successivo raffreddamento della massa,
le bobine vengono poste sulla macchina sigillatrice SS-6.
La macchina dosatrice SD-6, unitamente alla macchina
sigillatrice,
può essere allestita, su richiesta, per la
lavorazione di prodotti in confezione “monodose”.

The automatic dosing machine is used to fill preformed
cells for vaginal suppositories and suppositories.
The dosage range varies from 0 to 3.5 ml and from 2 to

The dosage is guaranteed by a heated stainless steel
dosage valve that is micrometrically adjustable with
increments equal to 1/10 ml.
The empty cells, like “Rotoplast”, are positioned on a
feeding disk from which they are dragged and let pass
automatically under the dosage station. They are also
automatically collected on a second disk that, once
filled, is taken and placed in the cooling unit.
Such an operation can be facilitated and done
semiautomatically using the Mod. SC-6 cooling unit.
After the filling and the successive cooling of the mass,
the reels are put on the SS-6 sealing machine.
The SD-6 dosing machine, together with the sealing
machine, can be set, on demand, for the manufacturing
of products in single dose packets.
Macchina sigillatrice automatica con una produzione
oraria di 6.000 supposte o ovuli.
La sigillatura viene eseguita tramite riscaldamento a
impulso e pressione con stabilizzazione della temperatura
delle griffe di sigillatura attraverso due ventilatori ad alto
flusso. La temperatura di sigillatura è regolabile.
La macchina effettua la rifilatura del bordo superiore degli
alveoli e imprime la codifica attraverso un cliché a rilievo
ottenuto tramite un dispositivo di codifica.
Il taglio è programmabile in strip da 1 a 10 supposte o
ovuli.
Le operazioni di impostazione sono affidate ad un PLC
Siemens comandato da un touch screen.
L’unità di raffreddamento SC-6 combinata con la
macchina dosatrice SD-6 permette agli alveoli riempiti
un rapido raffreddamento evitando deformazioni e
spaccature causate dalla cristallizzazione del prodotto.
La macchina ha due alloggiamenti per il raffreddamento
simultaneo di due dischi.
E’ dotata di termoregolatore per l’impostazione della
temperatura di raffreddamento.

Sealing is performed by impulse heating and by pressure
with temperature stabilization of the sealing jaws performed
by two high flow fans.
Temperature sealing is adjustable.
The machine automatically trims the top edge of the
cells and imprints the code through a relief plate that is
obtained by a coding device.
It is possible to set the cutting for strips from 1 to 10
suppositories or vaginal suppositories.
All operations and settings are controlled by a Siemens
PLC and a touch screen.
The SC-6 cooling unit combined with the SD-6 dosing
machine enables the filled cells to cool down quickly in
order to avoid deformations and breakings caused by the
crystallization of the product.
The machine has two slots for the simultaneous cooling of
two disks.
It is equipped with a heat regulator to set the cooling
temperature.

Costruiti interamente in acciaio inox AISI 304, sono componibili tra di loro in modo da rendere perfettamente funzionale qualsiasi tipo di locale destinato al laboratorio.
La struttura portante è costituita da profilati di acciaio a sezione tonda per migliorarne la pulizia e i piani di lavoro sono
con i bordi stondati nel rispetto della normativa antinfortunistica.
I mobili ad armadio ed a cassettiera da posizionare sotto i
piani di lavoro sono montati su ruote piroettanti, di cui due
bloccate, in modo da rendere ispezionabile e facilmente
pulibile le superfici a pavimento.
Tutti i piani di lavoro, oltre al bordo raggiato, sono dotati di
una plancia sulla quale vengono inserite le prese di servizio
(elettricità, gas, acqua osmotizzata ecc.).
Sono inoltre disponibili degli allestimenti speciali quali ad esempio il piano di lavoro a vasca per il trattamento di prodotti
liquidi o creme, lavelli armadiati a una o più vasche, mensole portareagenti, armadi pensili e non, scaffalature.
