Was während der Ideenfindung und der Planung unsere Köpfe oft zum Glühen bringt, erhält in rund 1000 Grad Celsius seine
endgültige Form. Die Produktion hat begonnen und damit die Geschichte einer Armatur. Das Schöne ständig vor Augen,
begleiten wir sie von Station zu Station und nähern uns ihrer Vollendung. Und wo modernste Maschinen an Grenzen stossen,
treffen wir wieder auf die Kunst: die Kunst der Armaturenmacherei. Denn reines Handwerk ist gefragt.
Des idées torrides au robinet cool
Ce qui fait chauffer nos méninges lors de la création et de la planification trouve sa forme définitive à quelque 1000 degrés
Celsius. L’histoire d’un robinet commence dès sa production. Poursuivant l’idéal du beau, nous l’accompagnons à tous les
stades de son élaboration, qui la rapprochent toujours un peu plus de la perfection. Et quand les machines les plus modernes
se heurtent à leurs limites, c’est à nouveau à l’art de jouer: l’art de la robinetterie. Car tout le savoir d’un artisan est requis.

Ciò che spesso fa salire la temperatura nelle nostre menti durante la fase di ideazione e pianificazione, trova la sua forma definitiva a circa 1000 gradi Celsius. La produzione è iniziata, e con lei la storia di un rubinetto. Senza perdere di vista la bellezza,
lo accompagniamo da una fase all’altra avvicinandoci al suo completamento. E dove non arrivano i macchinari più moderni,
ricorriamo di nuovo all’arte: l’arte della rubinetteria. È necessario un lavoro artigianale impeccabile.
From hot ideas to cool faucets
What often brings our minds to fever pitch during brainstorming and planning is moulded into its final shape at around 1,000
degrees Celsius. Production is launched and the story of a faucet unfolds. Accompanied by a vision of beauty, we follow its
progress, stage by stage, almost to completion. And, at the point where advanced machinery reaches its limits, comes art: the
art of faucet-making. For the craftsman’s hand is required.

Die Reduktion auf das Wesentliche liegt twin zugrunde. Der Zylinder als Grundform nimmt sich den Platz, den er braucht, steht
geschliffen ruhig im Raum und überlässt das grosse Schauspiel seiner attraktiven Umgebung.
La réduction à l’essentiel est la quintessence de twin. Un cylindre poli comme forme de base occupe l’espace dont il a besoin,

Die Kombination von konventioneller
Hebelbetätigung und sensorgesteuerter, berührungsloser Wasseraktivierung
eröffnet neue Freiheiten in der Küche.
Ist einmal keine Hand frei, um den Hebel zu betätigen, kann der Wasserfluss
über den Nahsensor des Infrarotfeldes
gestartet werden. Ein erweiterter Sensorbereich erfasst alle bewegenden
Objekte im Beckenbereich. Entfernt
man sich aus dem erweiterten Sensorfeld, wird der Wasserfluss automatisch
gestoppt. Die Wassertemperatur wird
über den Hebel eingestellt. Die Zukunft
der Armatur: berührungslos, hygienisch
und sparsam.
La combinaison d’une commande
conventionnelle par levier et d’une commande de l’eau activée par capteur,
sans contact, annonce de nouvelles
libertés dans la cuisine. Quand on n’a
pas de main libre pour actionner le levier,
l’écoulement d’eau peut être déclenché
par le capteur de proximité du champ
infrarouge. Un rayon de détection élargi note tous les mouvements d’objets
dans la zone de l’évier. L’écoulement
d’eau s’arrête automatiquement dès
que l’on s’éloigne du champ de détection. La température de l’eau se règle au
niveau du levier. L’avenir du robinet: sans
contact, hygiénique et économe.

The combination of traditional lever actuation and sensor-controlled, touchless
water activation opens up new options
