Finalità Specifiche Disciplinari
◦ Padronanza della Lingua Inglese nella ricezione e nella produzione orale e
scritta sia in ambito letterario che in situazioni comunicative diverse.
◦ Conoscenza delle tematiche e delle tecniche narrative presenti nelle opere
letterarie prese in esame.
◦ Organizzazione dell’esposizione orale e scritta con terminologia specifica
appropriata secondo criteri di pertinenza, coerenza e consequenzialità
Obiettivi disciplinari specifici:
Nel corso del triennio l’insegnamento della Lingua Inglese ha come obiettivo primario
quello di portare gli studenti ad acquisire i contenuti proposti in ambito letterario e di
saperli esprimere oralmente e per iscritto in modo sufficientemente corretto, usando
un lessico appropriato sforzandosi di rielaborarli in modo chiaro e sintetico. In
particolare in IV Liceo gli studenti devono essere in grado di conoscere a grandi linee
la storia, il contesto sociale e letterario (americano ed inglese) dalla fine del 18° secolo
circa, all’Età Vittoriana (esclusa), e devono essere in grado di parafrasare in Inglese
Moderno i testi presi in esame, essendo in grado di focalizzare la loro attenzione su un
aspetto essenziale di un argomento proposto.
