Awards
F.M.Sacerdoti has developed since 1988 hardware/software systems
for companies and research centers, from Artificial Intelligence
systems to advanced industrial control, to complex measurement
systems.
He develops the ground control center for four Space Shuttle missions
and for several Sounding Rockets.
He is Certified LabView Architect of National Instruments:
There was about 40 Architects all over the worlds (2 in Italy on
70.000 developers)
He won three years one after the other the second place of National
Instruments for the best Test & Measurement italian application
He is Consultant for the Italian Ministry for the diffusion of
Innovation and Research (DIRCE).
He is ECSS Software Engineer Certified by European Space Agency
(ESA)
Euroleader Award

SISTEMA CONTROLLO VERNICIATURA
Per questo sistema è evidente la necessità di approfondire la fattibilità, in
quanto le problematiche connesse all’ispezione automatica dei difetti di
verniciatura sono molto complesse. Per poter svolgere questi approfondimenti
è necessario l’invio presso il laboratorio di visione Eidon 4C di nuovi campioni.
Attualmente le valutazioni sono state fatte sull’unico campione verniciato che è
stato oggetto di alcuni test di acquisizione e valutazione.
I test eseguiti hanno avuto come obiettivo la definizione delle possibili strategie
per evidenziare al massimo la visibilità dei difetti, minimizzando la visibilità
della trama del legno.
Acquisizione in luce radente con inquadratura ortogonale
Lo schema di acquisizione è stato montato e testato in laboratorio con due tipi
di illuminazione radente: luce alogena e luce a del bianchi. Lo schema è
riassunto nella seguente figura.
