EDUCATIONAL E PRESS TOUR PER LA PROMOZIONE TURISTICA DELLA DESTINAZIONE PUGLIA –
AVVISO PER LA PRESENTAZIONE DI MANIFESTAZIONI DI INTERESSE - PROROGA DEI TERMINI.
Si comunica che, con Determinazione n. 1 del 13.01.2017, questa Amministrazione ha prorogato al
31 marzo 2017 i termini per la presentazione delle proposte (manifestazioni di interesse) per
l’organizzazione di educational e press tour di cui all’avviso pubblicato in data 03.08.2016 prot. n.
0006639-U-2016 (Det. n. 391/2016).

Attività di Educational e press tour per la promozione turistica della destinazione Puglia
COMUNICAZIONE SPESE AMMISSIBILI- INDICAZIONI OPERATIVE
Le spese ammissibili a contribuzione finanziaria sono definite a livello nazionale (sulla base di quanto
previsto dal Reg. (UE) n. 1303/2013, recante disposizioni generali sul Fondo Europeo di Sviluppo Regionale
FESR, sul Fondo Sociale Europeo FSE e sul Fondo di Coesione), dal Decreto del Presidente della Repubblica,
n. 196 del 3 ottobre 2008.
In particolare, saranno ritenute ammissibili le seguenti spese:
• Titoli di viaggio: biglietteria aerea, ferroviaria, terrestre, marittima.
• Alloggio per i soli ospiti non residenti in Puglia, ad esclusione della guida/interprete e di un
eventuale accompagnatore selezionato tra i funzionari di puglia Promozione o del Dipartimento
regionale. Si precisa che non verrà riconosciuta la spesa per le stanze prenotate ma non fruite (c.d.
no-show).
• Pasti, con un limite giornaliero complessivo pari a euro 80,00 (elevabile fino a euro 100,00 in caso di
particolari manifestazioni, come ad esempio cene di gala).
• Transfer da/per Aeroporto, stazione ferroviaria e/o autobus, porti: in caso di arrivi e/o partenze
individuali, si privilegerà l'utilizzo di taxi, laddove più conveniente rispetto al transfer privato;
• Educational tour: bus di varia tipologia, guida e accompagnatore turistico, interprete (laddove
necessario e per la sola durata dell'educational), biglietti d'ingresso per musei, gallerie, monumenti,
mostre, parchi, ecc.
• Costi di set up (in caso di cooking show, riprese televisive, ecc.) da valutare caso per caso.
Non saranno ritenute ammissibili le spese di:
• Segreteria;

Pubblicità;
Ufficio stampa;
Ingaggio/gettoni di presenza;
Spese di staff o del personale a vario titolo coinvolto nel progetto;
Prestazioni professionali in genere.
Si invita inoltre a voler rispettare le seguenti indicazioni operative: le proposte di attività di educational non
potranno indicare specifici operatori del settore, ove soggiornare, pranzare, cenare o realizzare attività in
generale.

SUBJECT: TOURISM PROMOTION PROGRAM FOR INTERMEDIATE MARKETS - EDUCATIONAL AND
PRESS TOUR ACTIVITIES FOR THE TOURISM PROMOTION OF PUGLIA DESTINATIONS. NOTICE FOR
THE SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST – DEADLINE EXTENSION
It is hereby made public that this Administration, with Decision n. 1 of January 13, 2017, has
extended to March 31st , 2017, the expiration deadline for submitting proposals (expressions of
interest) related to educational and press tour activities as thoroughly described in notice
published on August 3, 2016, with registration n. 0006639-U-2016 (decision n. 391/2016).

Educational and press tour activities for the tourism promotion of Puglia destinations.
ADMITTED EXPENSES – OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
Admitted expenses with cash contribution are defined at a national level (based on provisions included in the EU
Regulation n. 1303/2013, providing general guidelines on the European Fund for Regional Development, on the
European Social Fund and on the Cohesion Fund), and by the Italian Presidential Decree, n. 196 or October 3 2008.
In particular, the following expenses shall be admitted:

Travel tickets: airline, railway and ferry boat tickets.
Accommodation only for guests who are not residing in Puglia, except for certified tour
guides/interpreters, and possibly one officer from Puglia Promozione or the Regional
Department for Tourism. The costs of booked rooms will not be paid in case such room was not
occupied (so called no-show).
Meals, within a daily limit of 80,00 Euros (this could be upped to 100,00 Euro in case of particular

events, as may be the case of gala dinners).
Airport, rail station, sea port and bus transfers: in case of individual arrivals and/or departures, a
taxi transportation will be preferred to private transfers in case it is more convenient;
Educational tours: various kinds of buses, tour guide and tourism official, interpreter (whenever
necessary and only for the duration of the educational tour), tickets for museums, galleries,
monuments, exhibitions, parks, etc.
Set-up expenses (as may be the case of cooking shows, TV shootings, etc.), to be assessed case by case.
The following expenses shall NOT be admitted:
• secretary;
• planning and projects;
• advertisements;
• press office;

staff or personnel expenses participating to the project;
general professional tasks expenses.
Please note that educational proposals for activities may not suggest specific tourism-sector operators for
sojourns, meals or carrying out any activity.
