URGENT DEMANDS1 1. Our asylum should be continued as far as the situation in our countries does not get better. If this is not the case, we should have the possibility to prolong our legal stay here in Austria. If you don´t allow us to stay any longer here or before you decide to deport us, please cancel our fingerprints so we have the possibility to seek for asylum in other countries and avoid getting us deported. 2. We need a work permission. We want to be self-sustainable, we don´ t want to depend on the State. We reclaim back our dignity as human beings. If you agree with our demands, please support and join us at the refugee camp at Sigmund Freud Park! 24th of November 2012 RIVENDICAZIONI URGENTI 1. Il nostro asilo dovrebbe essere prolungato finché la situazione nei nostri paesi non migliori. Se ciò non avviene, vorremmo avere la possibilità di prolungare il nostro soggiorno legale qui in Austria. Se non ci permettete di rimanere o se decidete di deportarci, vi preghiamo di cancellare le nostre impronte digitali, in modo che possiamo domandare asilo in altri paesi per non essere deportati. 2. Abbiamo bisogno di avere il permesso di lavorare. Vogliamo auto-sostenerci, non vogliamo dipendere dallo Stato. Vogliamo che ci sia restituita la nostra dignità come esseri umani. Notre asile devrait être continué tant que la situation dans notre pays ne s’améliore pas Quand ce n’est pas le cas, nous devrions avoir la possibilité de prolonger notre séjour ici en Autriche. Si vous ne nous permettez pas de rester ou avant de décider de nous déporter, svp effacez nos empreintes digitales, afin de nous donner la possibilité de demander l’asile dans d’autres pays et d’éviter de nous faire déporter. 2. Nous avons besoin de permis de travail. Nous voulons gagner notre vie, nous ne voulons pas dépendre de l’état. Nous voulons regagner notre dignité humaine. Si vous êtes d’accord avec nos demandes, svp supportez et rejoignez nous auprès du refugee camp au Sigmund Freud Park! 24 Novembre 2012 DRINGENDE FORDERUNGEN 1. Unser Asyl sollte gewährleistet sein. Insbesondere, solange die Situation in unseren Ländern sich nicht verbessert hat. Ist dies nicht der Fall, sollten wir die Möglichkeit haben, unseren legalen Status in Österreich zu verlängern. Wenn ihr uns nicht erlaubt länger hier zu bleiben und uns abschieben wollt, dann bitte löscht unsere Fingerabdrücke, sodass wir in einem anderen Land um Asyl ansuchen können und nicht abgeschoben werden. 2. Wir brauchen eine Arbeitserlaubnis. Wir wollen für uns selbst sorgen. Wir wollen nicht vom Staat abhängig sein. Wir verlangen, dass man uns unsere Würde als Menschen zurückgibt. Stimmen Sie mit unseren Forderungen überein, dann unterstützten Sie uns und schließen sich unserem Flüchtlingscamp im Sigmund Freud Park an! 24. November 2012 © LEFÖ - Lernzentrum 2 Die Forderungen im Konkreten lauten, 18.12.2012: 1. Grundversorgung für alle AsylwerberInnen, unabhängig von ihrem Rechtsstatus, solange sie in Österreich sind; 2. freie Wahl des Aufenthaltsortes sowie Zugang zum öffentlichen Wohnbau für alle in Österreich aufhältigen AsylwerberInnen – keine Transfers gegen den Willen der davon Betroffenen; 3. Zugang zu Arbeitsmarkt, Bildungsinstitutionen und Sozialversicherung für alle in Österreich aufhältigen MigrantInnen; 4. Stopp aller Abschiebungen nach Ungarn – Stopp aller Abschiebungen im Zusammenhang mit der Dublin 2-Verordnung; 5. Einrichtung einer unabhängigen Instanz zur inhaltlichen Überprüfung aller negativ beschiedenen Asylverfahren; 6. Anerkennung von sozioökonomischen Fluchtmotiven neben den bisher anerkannten Fluchtgründen Wenn ihr unsere Forderungen nicht erfüllen wollt, dann löscht zumindest unsere Fingerabdrücke aus euren Datenbanken und lasst uns weiterziehen. Wir haben ein Recht auf unsere Zukunft. The following are the concretized demands, 18.12.2012: 1. Grundversorgung (basic support) for all asylum seekers, as long as they reside in Austria, irrespective of their legal status; 2. Free choice of their location of residence in Austria, and access to public housing for all asylum seekers residing in Austria – no transfers against the wishes of the people concerned; 3. Access to employment, educational institutions and social security for all migrants residing in Austria; 4. Stop all deportations to Hungary – stop all deportations associated with the Dublin Regulation 2; 5. Establishment of an independent authority for substantive review and appeal of all negative replies to asylum applications; 6. Recognition of socio-economic motives in addition to the previously recognized escape reasons If you don’t want to meet our demands, then please delete our fingerprints from your data bases and let us move on. Supporto nei bisogni di prima necessità per tutti coloro che chiedono asilo politico finché risiedono in Austria, indipendentemente dal loro status giuridico; 2. Libera scelta del luogo di residenza in Austria e accesso alle case popolari per coloro che risiedono in Austria – nessun trasferimento contro la volontà delle persone coinvolte; 3. Accesso al mercato del lavoro, all’educazione e alla previdenza sociale per tutti i migranti residenti in Austria; 4. Fine delle espulsioni verso l’Ungheria, e di tutte le espulsioni associate al Regolamento Dublino II; 5. Istituzione di un’autorità indipendente per l’appello contro i dinieghi di asilo e la revisione delle domande; 6. Riconoscimento di motivi sociali ed economici oltre a quelli già riconosciuti per la fuga; Se non volete realizzare le nostre rivendicazioni, vi preghiamo di cancellare almeno le nostre impronte digitali dalle vostre banche dati e lasciateci proseguire la nostra fuga. Grundversorgung (apoyo básico) para todos los solicitantes de asilo, mientras residan en Austria, independientemente de su estatus legal; 2. El derecho de elegir libremente el lugar de residencia en Austria; acceso a viviendas publicas para todos/as los/as solicitantes de asilo en Austria – estamos en contra de transferencias llevadas a cabo en contra de la voluntad de las personas afectadas. 3. Acceso al mercado laboral; instrucción y capacitación; seguro social para todos los migrantes residentes en Austria; 4. Suspensión inmediata de todas las deportaciones hacia Hungría; suspensión inmediata de todas las deportaciones asociadas con la Regulación de Dublin II; 5. Establecer una autoridad independiente y competente para revisar y revocar todas las decisiones en las que se negaron aplicaciones de asilo. 6. Reconocimiento del criterio “razones socioeconómicas” para justificar la necesidad de asilo, en adición a los criterios ya reconocidos actualmente. Die Regierung ignoriert unsere Forderungen. Stattdessen schickt sie die Polizei, um unser Camp zu zerstören und einige von uns in Schubhaft zu sperren. Die Regierung hört unsere Argumente nicht.
