BABIES 2005‐2006‐2007 W.A. rope, hoop, ball GIRLS 2003‐2004 W.A., rope, hoop, clubs JUNIORS 2000‐2001‐2002 rope, hoop, ball, clubs SENIORS 1999 or older hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon 2 gymnasts per category and each gymnast can enter with max of 2 apparatus. After all applications will be submitted, if a minimum of 3 participants for apparatus will not be reached, Confsport Italia reserves the right to modify the program. 1 coach 1 Judge (in possession of brevet IV) preferred but not required. It is necessary to to fill in, sign and send back the registration form of the X International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament. Applications must be received by fax or e‐mail to Confsport Italia no later than 25 May 2015. Registration fee for each gymnast is free. There will be the Medical services provided. Please verify immediately with your travel agent or your local Embassy or Consulate in your country if a VISA is required for your travel to Italy. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made on time (until 1 April 2015 – as soon as possible). The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Member as well as the city. The VISA application support letter must be sent to. The Organizing Committee will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. All participants are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. Delegation member with insufficient insurance cover must inform the OC in advance. The invited participating teams must pay for the travel costs of their delegations members to/from Italy. The Travel Schedule must be returned to the OC by 25 May 2015. CONFSPORT ITALIA A.S.D. – X International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament 2 LOCAL TRASPORTATION: ACCOMODATION: AWARDS: The OC will cover the transportation to/from Hotel from the airport Capodichino (Naples), airport Salerno, Salerno or Paestum train station upon arrival and departure. The OC will cover the transportation to/from Hotel to/from Archeologic Area. The costs of the hotels can be viewed in "Hotel Reservation Form”. Five gymnasts will be our guests with free accommodation from Saturday 13 to Sunday 14 June 2015 (two night stay). (See regulation XVII InternationalGym Trophy). First 3 positions for each apparatus and category will be awarded with medals: Gold‐Silver‐Bronze, cups and special gifts. The other gymnasts will be awarded with medals.
