REGOLAMENTO DE “IL LEONCINO”
CHECK-IN
- Salvo necessità particolari dei nostri ospiti, la consegna delle stanze è prevista dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 20.00. Vi
preghiamo comunque di comunicare l’orario previsto di arrivo almeno nella mattinata del giorno dell’arrivo
stesso.
- I Sig.ri Clienti sono invitati, al momento dell’arrivo, a fornire un documento di riconoscimento ed a regolarizzare
nel contempo il pagamento del soggiorno prenotato.

CHECK-OUT
- Si rammenta che, il giorno della partenza, le camere vanno lasciate libere entro le ore 11.00 per permettere la
pulizia e la consegna ai nuovi arrivi. E’ tuttavia possibile concordare, compatibilmente con le esigenze della
struttura, una permanenza extra al massimo fino alle ore 14.00 con un supplemento di € 20,00.
- A fine permanenza dovranno essere riconsegnate le chiavi.
- Vi sarà chiesta una cauzione di € 30,00 per la consegna delle chiavi, in alternativa potete lasciare un documento
d‘identità. La cauzione vi sarà restituita alla vostra partenza contestualmente alla riconsegna delle chiavi.
COLAZIONE
- La colazione viene servita dalle ore 7.30 alle ore 10.30.
- E’ vietato l’utilizzo della cucina comune della struttura.
REGOLE GENERALI
- Per l’entrata e l’uscita dalla struttura non ci sono orari da rispettare, gli Ospiti potranno uscire ed entrare a loro
piacere in quanto verranno provvisti della chiave di accesso della struttura.
- All’interno della camera da letto e del bagno troverete tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno: coperte, cuscini,
asciugamani, prodotti per l’igiene personale, etc.
Per qualsiasi altra necessità non esitate a chiedere, faremo il possibile per accontentarVi.
- Le camere e il bagno di norma dovranno essere lasciati liberi entro le ore 10.00 per permettere il rassetto e la
pulizia quotidiana, oltre detti orari non viene assicurata la pulizia giornaliera; se desiderate non essere disturbati
vi preghiamo di appendere all’esterno della porta della camera l’apposito cartello.
- Si raccomanda un uso corretto e civile dei servizi igienici, evitando di gettare alcunché nel W.C. (usare gli
appositi cestini).
- Abbiate cura di spegnere le luci delle camere, i condizionatori, tv, ed altri impianti quando siete fuori dalla
camera.
- Sono ammessi animali di piccola taglia ove sia disponibile la stanza attrezzata con il pagamento di un
supplemento di 10€ a notte
- E’ vietato fumare all’interno dei locali (è possibile farlo sulla terrazza comune e nel cortile esterno).
- Si raccomanda di rispettare il silenzio nelle ore notturne. In ogni caso si prega di mantenere un comportamento
che in nessun momento della giornata e in nessun modo danneggi l’altrui tranquillità.
- Ogni Ospite è tenuto a risarcire per eventuali danni arrecati alla struttura e per l’uso improprio delle dotazioni
complementari.
- I bambini sotto i 5 anni di età, se pernottano nei letti presenti, alloggiano gratis. Un bambino di età superiore che
pernotta in un letto supplementare paga 20€ a notte.
Si declina ogni responsabilità per smarrimento, furto o danneggiamento di oggetti di Vostra proprietà.

CHECK-IN
- Unless special needs of our guests, delivery of the rooms is scheduled from 14.00 to 20.00.
However, please provide an estimated time of arrival, at least on the morning of the same day of arrival. - The
Customers are encouraged, upon arrival, to provide an identity document and at the same time regularize the
payment of the reservation.
CHECK-OUT
- It is recalled that on the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am to allow cleaning and delivery
for new arrivals.
However, is possible to agree, if feasible, a maximum stay extra up to 14.00 with an extra charge of € 20,00.
- At the end of stay will be handed the keys.
You will be asked for a deposit of € 30,00 for the delivery of the keys, or you can leave an identity document.
The deposit will be returned at your departure together with the return of the keys.
BREAKFAST
- Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
- Is forbidden the use of the common kitchen of the B&B.
RULES
- For entry and exit from the structure there are no time limits, guests will have the keys to the facility and may
come and go as they please.
- Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene
products, etc.
For any other needs please do not hesitate to ask, we will endeavor to satisfy you.
- The rooms and the bathrooms normally must be vacated by 10.00 am to allow for the daily cleaning and tidying,
beyond these times are not guaranteed daily cleaning; if you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang outside
the door of the room the appropriate sign.
- It is recommended that a proper and civil use of sanitation, not throwing anything into the toilet (use the
appropriate bins).
- Take care to turn off the light of the rooms, air-conditioners, TV, and other equipment when you are outside the
room.
- Small pets are allowed if the equipped room is available with an extra cost of 10 € per night
- Is forbidden to smoke inside the B&B (you can do on the common terrace and in the courtyard)
- It is recommended to observe the silence at night. In any case, please keep a behavior that in any moment of
the day and in no way harm the tranquility of others.
- Each Guest is required to pay compensation for any damage caused to the B&B and for the improper use of
additional equipment.
- One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR
20 per person per night in an extra bed.
- We accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to objects of your property.
