Dopo il successo ottenuto con la mostra Alza lo sguardo a Milano e
Londra, Aaron Baghetti presenta una selezione di immagini all’Aeroporto
Internazionale di Napoli.
Ovunque nel mondo, percorrendo le strade delle moderne metropoli, si
osservano persone assorte nel proprio microcosmo, distanti dagli altri e
da ciò che le circonda, immerse nel proprio quotidiano, ferme in un
presente distratto. Alza lo sguardo è una mostra che vuole contrastare
questa sensazione di estraneazione globale e stimolare l’individuo ad
acquisire dettagli al di fuori della propria portata visiva, ad alzare
lo sguardo verso prospettive futuristiche, reali, concrete, che nascono
dall’ingegno umano, dalla volontà di evolversi e di superare sempre i
propri limiti. In questo contesto si inserisce la città di Napoli con i
suoi contrasti tra modernità e degrado, ottimismo e rassegnazione.
L’Aeroporto
Internazionale
di
Napoli
intende
dare
un
messaggio
di
apertura verso nuove frontiere, verso mete che appaiono lontane ma che,
in realtà, tramite connections , sono facilmente raggiungibili proprio a
partire da Napoli.
La mostra presenta 10 fotografie scattate in diverse città del mondo,
incluso
un’immagine
“inedita”
realizzata
dall’artista
al
Centro
Direzionale di Napoli.
After the success of his shows in Milan and London, Aaron Baghetti
presents a selection of Tilt Up images at Naples International Airport.
Everywhere
in
the
world,
in
the
modern
metropolis,
walking
in
the
street, we see how people are absorbed in their own microcosm, distant
from each other and from what surrounds them, each taken from their own
daily
lives,
living
still
in
a
distracted
present.
Tilt
Up
is
an
exhibition that is inspired by this feeling of global alienation, it
wants to stimulate the individuals to acquire details outside of their
visual range, to raise their gaze towards futuristic perspectives, real,
concrete, which arise from the human intelligence, by the need to evolve
and to always overcome its limits. In this context, here it is Naples
with its contrasts between modernity and degradation, optimism about the
future and resignation.
The Naples International Airport wants to give a message of openness to
new frontiers, to places that seem far away, but in reality, with only
one stop, can be reached also from Naples.
The exhibition presents 10 photographs taken by the artist in different
towns around the world, including an “unpublished” image shot at the
Business Centre of Naples.

esordiente ad avere vinto un Gran Premio di F1 alla prima gara. Aaron si
interessa alla fotografia sin da bambino e già a sedici anni decide di
seguire la propria passione e diventare fotografo professionista.
La sua carriera si sviluppa per anni in ambito commerciale, spaziando
dall’automobilismo alla musica, dalla moda al design, appassionandosi ad
ogni progetto con ardore e dedizione e rifiutando ogni specializzazione
per essere libero di seguire l’ispirazione e le opportunità del momento.
Alcuni
accadimenti
della
sua
vita,
come
la
prematura
scomparsa
del
padre, lo segnano profondamente, favorendo allo stesso tempo lo sviluppo
del suo mondo interiore più profondo e di uno spirito di osservazione
molto acuto. Da ciò deriva la sua ispirazione artistica, l’esigenza di
esprimere con le immagini il proprio stato d’animo, di costruire sul
proprio bagaglio emozionale e culturale (futurismo, transavanguardia e
fantascienza),
di
guardare
in
alto,
generando
gli
scatti
potenti
e
univoci della sua prima mostra Alza lo sguardo e di dedicarsi alla Fine
Art Photography.
Alza lo sguardo è stata presentata per la prima volta nel maggio 2013 a
Milano e poi nel luglio 2014 a Londra. Nel 2014 ha esposto in due
edizioni del London Photo Festival e alla Saatchi Gallery insieme ad
altri finalisti del Google+ e Saatchi Gallery Prize.
Dopo Milano (luogo di nascita) e Londra (città dove risiede), per amore
viene Napoli.
Aaron Baghetti was born in Milan by father Giancarlo, journalist and
photographer, as well as known Ferrari Formula 1 pilot (the only rookie
to have won a Grand Prix F1 at his first race). Aaron is interested in
photography since childhood and already at the age of sixteen he decides
to follow his passion and become professional photographer.
For years pursuing his career in the commercial sector, spanning in
different fields, from cars to music, from fashion to design, he has
become fond of any project with enthusiasm and dedication to the point
of deciding not to get limited to a specific boundary, but to be free to
follow his inspiration of the moment.
Some events of his life, such as the premature death of his father, have
deeply
marked
him,
but
have
also
encouraged
the
growth
of
his
own
charisma, the development of a deep inner world, and a very keen sense
of observation. This led to his artistic inspiration, to build on his
cultural
and
emotional
baggage
(futurism,
trans-avangarde,
science
fiction), generating his desire to emerge, to look up/ahead, to travel
around the world for shooting the powerful images of his exhibition Tilt
up - Alza lo sguardo and to focus on Fine Art Photography.
He has performed his first exhibition of Alza lo sguardo in May 2013 in
Milan and in July 2014 in London . In May 2014 he has exposed three
pictures
at
the
London
Photo
Festival
and
has
exposed
a
motion
photograph at Saatchi Gallery together with other shortlisted works from
the Google+ and Saatchi Gallery Prize.
