Contribute to the management of Accelera local operations; support site based and worldwide
interactions within R&D Plan and coordinate activities in the Section/Laboratory and optimize use of
resources in order to keep project milestones. Ensure the quality and timeliness of results Ensure
compliance with GLP and safety regulations according to international guidelines and standard Provide
the scientific competence and ensure external network in the specific discipline Ensure the scientific and
technical competence and updating of the Section/Laboratory through: recruitment, training and
development of the staff

assessment of new drug candidates in regulatory documents
In addition, the Director of Compliance & Administration is responsible for ensuring the correct use of
experimental animals (Health Ministry Decree No. 116 dated January 27, 1992) within all the
Departments of R&D, according to the Italian law.
