D’origine belge, je vis en Italie. Ma formation professionnelle a suivi un parcours très hétérogène :
en Belgique avec la dance - théâtre, l’expression corporelle et le psychodrame au laboratoire de
Art Therapy de la régiste E.Bjornstrom; un enseignement chamanique avec le chamane-artiste
hongrois Joska Jòos qui m’a ouvert les portes sur le monde onirique. Une fois en Italie ma
recherche personnelle et ma formation se sont nourries de différents parcours psychologiques et
spirituels , la psychologie transpersonnelle, la connaissance d’instruments énergétiques comme
l’EFT et PSy K, la psychogénéalogie, la psychologie énergétique de David Feldstein, la pratique de
Mindfulness. En Suisse, j’ai suivi la formation du Dr Carl Simonton pour laquelle je suis diplomée
comme Thérapeute Conseillère et Superviseur pour la formation. J’ai diffusé par la suite sa
méthode en Italie en créant le premier centre Simonton italien que j’ai dirigé jusqu’en 2009.
Pendant des années, j’ai également enseigné l'histoire de la médecine et symbologie des plantes
au Master en Phytothérapie à l’Université de la Tuscia.
Actuellement je dirige en Italie le Centre Terapie CorpoMente de l’Association Viriditas que j’ai
fondée avec des médecins et psychothérapeutes (www.viriditas.it) et où je propose un
programme anti-cancer basé sur la méthode Simonton et intégrant aussi d’autres instruments en
affinité. Je m'occupe également de formation en Counseling dans certaines écoles en Italie. Je suis
co-fondatrice de la Rete Humana Medicina à Turin qui a comme mission l’humanisation de la
médecine à travers les Arts (www.humanamedicina.eu)
Depuis plus de 20 ans je conduis une recherche très approfondie sur les états modifiés de
conscience et sur leur rôle dans la guérison. Mon expérience chamanique unie à ma passion pour
la physique quantique, m’ont conduite à revoir la fonction thérapeutique des rêves, hors des
paradigmes psychologiques traditionnels. Je conduis depuis des années en Italie une trilogie
d’ateliers sur l’aspect transpersonnel des rêves et sur les techniques d’incubation. Sur youtube
vous trouverez des videos et quelques interviews sur cet argument ainsi que sur la guérison du
cancer.
Je suis l’auteur de nombreux articles sur la spiritualité dans l’art, sur Hildegarde de Bingen et sur la
méthode Simonton. J’ai écrit des livres en italien : Il cielo in Terra, ed. Ludika; Ildegarda di Bingen,
le ali della guarigione, ed. FN ; I sogni e l'infinito ed. Anima; Tu puoi vincere il cancro, manuale di
auto aiuto, ed. Anima. Je collabore régulièrement avec le périodique L’eterno Ulisse.

Of Belgian origin, I live in Italy. My professional training has always been very heterogeneous : in
Belgium I met dance therapy, corporal expression, and psychodrama in the Art Therapy
laboratory of the Swedish director Elizabeth Björnstrom. Successively, meeting the Hungarian
shaman Joska Joos, artist and therapist, opened to me the doors to the oniric worlds. Once in Italy,
my research and formation were substantiated in various psychological and spiritual formative
courses like Transpersonal Psychology, Psychogenealogy, Counselling, Mindfulness practice,
application of TFT and PsyK, energetic psychology of David Feldstein. In Switzerland, I attended
the Carl Simonton’s Method and got my both diploma as Counselor and Supervisor. I officially
represented Dr Simonton’s method in Italy, directing the first Italian center till 2009. For some
years I lectured of History of Medicine and of Symbology of Plants at the Master's Degree in
Phytotherapy at the University of the Tuscia in Viterbo.
Presently I m the director of the Center of Body-Mind Therapies of the Viriditas Association
(www.viriditas.it) that I founded together with doctors and psychotherapists. We offer to cancerpatients a special program based on the Simonton Method , integrating also other tools. I am
involved in formation, teaching counselling to health professionals in Italy. I am also co-founder of
the Rete Humana Medicina, in Turin, whose mission is to humanize the world of medicine through

Since more than 20 years, my research has been focused on modified states of Counsciousness.
The shamanic experience, together with my passion for quantum physics, have brought me to
revisit the oniric dimension, beyond the traditional psychological paradigms, and to elaborate new
methods for using dreams for therapeutic purposes. Since many years, I’ve been conducting a
trilogy of workshops about the Art of dreaming in Italy. Many videos of which can be found on
Youtube together with some lectures on cancer healing.
I have published numerous articles on spirituality in Art, on personal growth, on Hildegard of
Bingen and on the Simonton Method. I have written the books: Il cielo in Terra, Ed. Ludika ,

Di origine belga, vivo in Italia. La mia formazione ha seguito un percorso molto eterogeneo. In
Belgio: la danza/teatro e espressione corporea presso il laboratorio di Art Therapy della regista
svedese Elizabeth Bjornstrom, lo sciamanismo con lo sciamano artista ungharese Joska Joos che mi
ha aperto le porte sul mondo onirico. Una volta in Italia, il mio percorso personale e professionale
si è nutrito a varie scuole psicologiche e spirituali:
la Psicologia Transpersonale, la
psychogenealogia, il Counseling, l’applicazione di EFT e PsyK, la pratica di mindfulness, la
psicologia energetica di David Feldstein. In Svizzera, nel 2001, incontro il Metodo di Carl Simonton
in cui mi sono diplomata sia come Counselor che come Supervisore del suo metodo. Ho portato il
suo metodo in Italia dove ho fondato e diretto il suo primo centro fino al 2009. Per qualche anno,
ho insegnato storia della medicina e della simbologia delle piante al Master in Fitoterapia presso
l’Università della Tuscia.

Da una ventina di anni, conduco una ricerca sul ruolo degli stati modificati di coscienza nella
guarigione. In particolar modo, la mia esperienza sciamanica unita alla mia passione per la fisica
quantistica, mi hanno portata a rivedere la funzione dei sogni fuori dal paradigma psicologico
tradizionale e di proporre un metodo originale. Per questo motivo, da anni conduco in Italia una
trilogia di seminari dedicati all’Arte del sognare. Su Youtube si trova una serie di miei video,
interviste dedicati sia ai sogni che alla guarigione dal cancro.
Ho scritto molti articoli sulla spiritualità in Arte, su Ildegarda di Bingen e sul metodo Simonton.
