2. Assembly Instructions
1. Unpack all items carefully and check inventory.
2. Place frame structure (one piece) on soft and clean ground to protect frame
from being scratched. Erect Frame by unfolding and connecting the main
frame tube together at the joint and locking the Y-shape lower support
structure to the main frame with the frame lock mechanism.

3. Attach wheels to axles by pushing wheel locking button on the outside of the
wheel and inserting the axle extension into the wheel. Make sure to keep the
locking button on the outside of the wheel pushed in during this process,
in order to enable the axle extensions, including the two pins, to be
inserted all the way into the wheel. If not locked in, the wheel will not be
connected to the clutch and will not be propelled!!! Test the lock by trying to pull
the wheel out. To disassemble the wheels proceed in reverse order.
4. Place battery pack on battery tray and fasten Velcro strap around battery
and fasten tightly. Insert battery plug into caddy outlet.

3.2 New Timer Function ( Distance function) :
: When your press 10M , The trolley will run 10 Meters and stop by itself .
: When your press 20M , The trolley will run 20 Meters and stop by itself .
: When your press 30M , The trolley will run 30 Meters and stop by itself .
3.3 New forward and reverse function:
: Start up the trolley by pressing the power button, once all three battery
displays are lightened up the trolley is ready to move forward or backward, speed
could adjust by turning the knob, to reduce the speed, simply turn the knob in
opposite direction. To stop the trolley, please turn the knob to the end of
anti-clockwise direction.
To change trolley’s moving direction please always turn the knob to the end and
make it stop before pressing GO/BACK button. After press GO/BACK button, please
wait till all three battery displays are flashing before adjusting the speed.
P.S. GO/BACK: button for switching forward and backward

3.4 ON/OFF power switch
ON/OFF button controls the caddy’s power supply. Press for ca. 2 seconds in order to
switch the caddy ON or OFF (similar to a mobile phone operation). After you connected your
battery, you need to press ON, and the battery LED will illuminate. Now your caddy is ready for
operation!
4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Operating your Caddy
In order to turn the caddy on push the On/Off switch to On. The battery charge LED
should light up.
While holding on to the handle start dialing the speed control with your index finger slowly
forward or clockwise. The caddy will start moving forward. Adjust the speed seamlessly to
the desired pace.
To stop or slow the caddy down either dial the speed control knob backwards or use the
cruise control or On/Off buttons as described previously.
Operation in downhill sections:
the electronic controller it gives you a brake function when you are in downhill setions:
please regulate the speed at lower speed than the motors will have a brake .
4.2. Battery Use and Care
PLEASE OBEY THESE PRECAUTIONS FOR BATTERY USE & CHARGING
a) Please do not charge the battery in a sealed container or in upside down position.
It is recommended to charge the battery in a well ventilated area.
b) Please do not charge the battery near a heater, or where heat accumulation may
occur or in direct sunshine.
c) In order to prolong the service life of the battery, please avoid complete discharge
and charge the battery after every use. When the trolley is not in use for an
extended period of time, it is recommended to charge the battery once a month.
d) The battery’s poles red color stands for positive, and the black for negative. In
case of battery replacement please reconnect the poles of the battery correctly.
Otherwise your caddy could suffer severe damage.
e) Please do not disassemble the battery or throw it into a fire. EXPLOSION!!!
f) NEVER TOUCH THE ELECTRIC POLES OF THE BATTERY!! SAFETY
HAZARD!

4.3. How to Charge the Battery :
Charge the battery by plugging the charger into the battery and then plug the charger into
the main electricity supply. Charge the battery after each round of golf. Charging is
complete when charger light (See type of charger) changes color. Battery charging takes
anywhere between 5 - 12 hours.
Once the battery is charged there is no need to leave it plugged into the charger .There are two
types of battery chargers. The changes in LED in colors for these different chargers are as follows:
the LED light starts as steady green. If the battery requires charge and while charging
the LEDs will revert to flashing green. When the battery is fully charged, the LED will stop
flashing and revert to steady green.
Battery has no warranty unless troubles occours just on the beginning
5. General Maintenance
The steps below will ensure that you get a prolonged and reliable life out of your Bat-Caddy.
1) The Caddy has been designed so that the user can concentrate on playing golf, while
the caddy does the work of carrying your bag. In order to keep your Bat-Caddy looking
at its best, we advise that you wipe any mud or grass from the frame, wheels and
chassis after every round with a damp cloth or paper towel.
2) Do NOT use any high-pressure jet washers to prevent moisture entering the
electronic systems, motors or gear boxes of the caddy. Warranty does not cover tjis
situation
3) Remove the rear wheels every few weeks and remove any debris that might cause the
wheels to drag. You might also apply some lubricant, such WD-40 to keep moving parts
smooth.
4) A four - five hour round of golf played once a week for 12 months is equivalent to ca.
four years use of a lawnmower, so please inspect your cart at least once a year
thoroughly, and if you notice any symptoms of wear, contact your Bat-Caddy Service
Center. Alternatively, you can have your caddy inspected and tuned by our Service
Center, so it’s always in great shape for the new season.
5) Always disconnect the battery when you store the caddy, and always put your caddy
together before re-connecting the battery. If you are not planning to play for at least a
month, store the battery in a warm and dry place (not on concrete floor).
6) Your trolley IS NOT WATER-PROOF . As your mobile is suffering in dump and
water conditions. At least cover the handle with a plastic bag. Warranty does not
cover in this case.
All of these recommendations will help keep your trolley in top condition and ensure that it
remains your reliable partner, both on and off the links.

6. Trouble Shooting Guide

2. Istruzioni di montaggio
1. Toglietelo dalla scatola e controllate I pezzi
2. Posizionate il carrello su un piano in modo da non danneggiare la
verniciatura. Alzate la struttura e collegate il corpo al giunto della struttura
inferiore e agganciatelo con il meccanismo di blocco.

3.Collegate le ruote all’asse spingendo il pulsante di blocco delle ruote che si
trova sulla parte esterna. Inserite la ruota nell’ aggancio preventivamente
inserito.. Fate attenzione a tener premuto il pulsante di blocco durante
l’inserimento della ruota in modo da poterla fissare sull’asse.Se non e’
ben agganciata la ruota non girera’ .Provate il blocco tirando verso l’esterno la
ruota. Per smontare la ruota procedete con operazione inversa.
4. Posizionate la batteria sul pianale portabatteria e chiudetela con le cinghie a
chiusura Velcro . Inserite il connettore nell’apposita sede.

3.1

3.2 Funzione di distanza automatica :
: Quando premete il tasto 10M il carrello percorrera’ 10 metri e si fermera’
automaticamente..
: Quando premete 20M il carrello percorrera’ 20 metri e si fermera’
automaticamente.
: Quando premete 30 M il carrello percorrera’ 30 metri e si fermera’ automaticamente.
3.3 Retromarcia:
: Accendete il carrello premendo il tasto accensione una volta ache le 3 luci si
accenderanno sul display e’ pronto per la retromarcia o la marcia avanti. La velocita’ si
regola con il reostato laterale. Girando in senso orario si aumenta la velocita’ per ridurre,
basta girare in senso opposto. Per fermare il carrello, portare il pomello del reostato a fine
corsa
Per cambiare la direzione del moto posizionate sempre il reostato sul fine corsa,

attendete che si Fermi e premete il pulsante GO_BACK .Dopo averlo premuto le 3
luci di carica lampeggeranno quindi potete regolare la velocita’ con il reostato ed il
carrello andra’ indietro. Per eliminare la funzione riportate il reostato a fine corsa e
le luci si stabilizzeranno, regolando il reostato a luci stabilizzate si inserira’ di
nuovo la marcia avanti.
3.4 ON/OFF interruttore
ON/OFF Controlla l’accensione o spegnimento del carrello.Premete per circa 2
secondi per accenderlo o spegnerlo. Dopo aver connesso la batteria , premete ON ed I led della
batteria si accendono ed il carrello e’ pronto per l’uso.
4. Istruzioni d’uso
4.1. Uso del carrello
Per far funzionare il carrello premete il tasto ON/OFF e le luci a led si accenderanno.
Impugnando la manopola regolate il reostato girandolo in senso orario lentamente ed il
carrello iniziera’ a muoversi. Regolate la velocita’ al vostro passo.
Per arrestare il carrello girate in senso antiorario il reostato fino a fine corsa oppure
premete il tasto ON/OFF.
Uso in sezioni di discesa.:
Il carrello ha un freno elettronico quando siete in discesa: regolate la velocita’ al limite
minore ed il motore frenera’. A fine corsa ha il massimo di freno .
4.2. Uso e manutenzione batteria
Osservate queste precauzioni per un uso corretto della batteria.
g) Non caricate la batteria in una scatola o in posizione capovolta. E’ consigliato
caricarla in un area ben ventilata..
h) Non caricare la batteria vicino a fonti di calore oppure In pieno sole..
i) Per prolungare la vita della batteria evitate di scaricarla completamente e
caricatela dopo ogni uso anche se breve. Quando non usate il carrello per lunghi
periodi, dovete caricare la batteria almeno una volta al mese..
j) I poli della batteria sono il rosso per il positivo ed il nero per il negativo.Quando
sostituite la batteria , non invertite i poli, altrimenti procurerete danni irreparabili al
carrello..
k) Non gettale sul fuoco la batteria :ESPLODE!!!
l) NON METTETE IN CORTO LA BATTERIA.

4.3. Come caricare la batteria :
Caricate la batteria collegando il cavo al rispettivo del caricature e poi collegate il
caricature alla rete. Caricate la batteria dopo ogni giro . La carica e’ completa quando il
caricatore cambia il colore del led . La carica richiede da un minimo di 5 ad un massimo di
12 ore.Quando la batteria e’ carica non e’ necessario lasciarla attaccata al
caricatore.Meglio staccarla. La batteria non ha garanzia a meno che il problema si
presenti immediatamente.
5. Manutenzione generale
I passi seguenti vogliono aiutarvi a prolungare la vita del vostro carrello.
7) Il carrello e’ stato progettato in modo che Voi possiate concentrarvi sul gioco e lui vi
trasporta la sacca. Per mantenere il carrello alla massima efficienza dovreste pulirlo dal
fango e dai residui d’erba dalle ruote e dal chassi ad ogni giro con un panno umido..
8) Non usate idropulitrici per pulire il carrello. Umidita’ e condensa potrebbe entrare
nelle parti elettroniche. La garanzia non copre questi danni.
9) Togliete le ruote posteriori ogni 2 settimane e rimuovete ogni cosa che potrebbe
danneggiare il loro movimento, appilcate un lubrificante (WD-40 o svitol ) per
mantenere il moto piu’ leggero possibile.
10) 4-5 ore di golf giocate una volta alla settimana per 12 mesi corrisponde ad un uso di
circa 4 anni di un tosaerba. Controllate il carrello almeno una volta l’anno e se notate
qualche malfunzionamento inviatelo al nostro centro assistenza in modo da avere
sempre il carrello in perfette condizioni.
11) Stacate sempre la batteria quando lo riponete. Se prevedete di non giocare per lungo
tempo,ritirate la batteria caricata in luogo asciutto e tiepido . non lasciatela sul
pavimento.
12) Il vostro carrello NON E’ STAGNO,come il vostro telefonino soffre in
condizione di umidita’ ed acqua battente, Se lo dovete usare sotto la pioggia
abbiate l’accortezza di coprire con un sacchetto di plastica la manopola. La
garanzia non copre questo tipo di danni.
