PUSH&BLOCK ANTI-THEFT KIT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
MOD. P01 FOR PIAGGIO 125/300 BEVERLY AND SIMILAR
IMPORTANTE: Attenersi alle istruzioni, spezzare le teste dei perni di sicurezza solo quando indicato. Non verrà
riconosciuta alcuna garanzia per cattiva esecuzione del montaggio.
IMPORTANT: Please follow instructions closely. Break off safety pin heads only when indicated. Failure to closely
follow the installation instructions will void any warranty.
Si raccomanda di utilizzare in fase di assemblaggio su tutte le filettature una sostanza
frenafiletti di tipo forte.
1. Verificare che il kit P01 sia completo di tutti i suoi componenti. Come da foto

2. Sollevare il veicolo in maniera tale che la ruota posteriore ed il cavalletto non tocchino al suolo. Rimuovere dal
veicolo le molle di ritorno del cavalletto. Estrarre l’asse di sostegno del cavalletto.

2. Lift the vehicle so that the rear wheel and the stand do not touch the ground. Remove the stand return springs.

3. Inserire sul’asse filettato del cavalletto fornito nel kit la rondella di sicurezza facendo
attenzione che formino insieme un unico cono, non invertire il verso di montaggio
della rondella di sicurezza (vedi foto).
3. Insert the safety washer in the threaded shaft included in the kit, so that they form
a single body together, making sure you face the safety washer the right way (see
pic).
4. Rimuovere dal lato sinistro del veicolo le viti con le staffe passacavo, se presenti.
Vedi foto.
4. Remove all screws holding cable fasteners, if any, from the left-hand side of the
vehicle (see pic).
5. Inserire sul mozzo filettato la piastra mobile e la rondella di spessoramento. Vedi
foto
5. Insert the movable plate and the spacer washer onto the threaded hub (see pic).

6. Inserire sul mozzo la piastra mobile recante il corpo serratura sulla piastra fissa
assemblata al punto 5. Vedi foto
6. Insert the movable plate bearing the locking block, assembled at point 5, onto the
hub (see pic)
7. Accavallare l’insieme così assemblato al cavalletto. Vedi foto
7. Place the parts as assembled at point 6 onto the stand (see pic)
8. Agganciare la piastra fissa all’asse di supporto anteriore del motore, vedi foto A.
Sollevare quindi l’insieme fino ad allineare il mozzo filettato al foro dell’asse di
sostegno del cavalletto come indicato nelle foto B.
8. Hook the fixed plate onto the front engine frame bar, as shown in pic A.
Then, lift the whole assembled part so that the threaded hub is in line with the
stand shaft hole, as shown in pic B.
9. Inserire dal lato destro del veicolo, l’asse cosi come assemblato al punto 3,
mettendo la sostanza frena filetti sulla filettatura. Avvitare con le mani fino in
fondo

applying thread-blocking fluid. Tighten by hand up to the stop point

10.Inserire una chiave piana nell’apposita sede sul mozzo filettato vedi foto.

11.Mantenendo la chiave piana da 19 mm nella sua posizione, avvitare a fondo l’asse
del cavalletto dal lato destro aiutandosi con una pinza, (vedi foto) senza spezzare la
testa del perno.

12. Inserire il grano di arresto nel mozzo filettato mettendoci sopra la sostanza frena
filetti. Mantenendo con la pinza la testa dell’asse serrare energicamente il grano,
verificando che il cavalletto non si blocchi e non abbia gioco eccessivo. Il gioco, è
regolabile serrando o allentando l’asse, con il grano che ha il compito di
contrastare e bloccare l’’asse stesso, una volta regolato il gioco

13. Senza estrarre ancora la chiave
chiave da 19 mm dalla sua sede, assemblare il bullone di
sicurezza con testa da 15 mm con la rondella di sicurezza e la molla. Vedi foto

15. questo punto estrarre la chiave da 19 mm, posizionare il veicolo a terra
sostenuto dal suo cavalletto inserire e disinserire più volte l’antifurto verificando
che tutto funzioni correttamente. Inserire la chiave da 19 mm nella sua sede e
tenendola ben salda, stringere dal lato destro il bullone di sicurezza con una pinza
fino a spezzarne la testa.

15. You can now extract the 19mm wrench,
wrench lower the vehicle back to the ground,
and with the vehicle being held up by its own stand, test the device is working
correctly by repeatedly engaging and disengaging the lock-button. If the device is
working correctly, reinsert the 19mm wrench holding it firmly and tighten the
safety bolt from the right-hand side with pliers until its head breaks

back in place all cable fasteners, which had been removed from the left-hand side of the carter (point 4).

Mount the stand return springs back in place. Installation of the anti-theft device is now complete: congratulations!
