I pirottini della "serie Forno" della Novacart sono il frutto di una produzione interamente a
ciclo interno, dalla progettazione e costruzione dello stampo, fino alla fornitura di linee automatiche di spirottinamento. Novacart ha progettato e realizzato questi collaudati prodotti per
i più importanti marchi dolciari Europei. Artefice di questi consensi è la capacità di adeguarsi
alle più severe tolleranze e alle più svariate forme con precisione e rapidità.
Descrizione tecnica
I
I pirottini della serie "Forno" sono realizzati con carta speciale resistente ai grassi e al calore e particolarmente adatti per
la cottura di monodose di piccole dimensioni. Si utilizzano da soli o inseriti in teglie di metallo. L'immissione nelle teglie
è automatizzabile e può essere sincronizzata con la linea forno. Perfetti da utilizzare con macchine spirottinatrici.

Novacart "Forno series" baking cups are the result of a completely in-cycle production, of the
design and manufacture of the mould up to the supply of the automatic lines to take baking
cups out. Novacart planed and developed these tested products for the most important European confectionery trade-marks. The ability to adapt to the most limited tolerances and to
the most complex designs with accuracy and rapidity, has been the creative quality of these
approvals.

Technical data
"Forno" series baking cups are made of a special paper resistant to fats and heat; they are particularly suitable for
the baking of single small sizes. They can be used alone or they can be put into metal pans. Their introduction in pans
can be automated and can be synchronized with the oven line. Perfect to use with denesting-machine.

Descrizione tecnica
Questo brevetto internazionale della NOVACART per la cottura di muffins riscuote da anni un grande successo su tutti i mercati;
esso ovvia alla necessità degli stampi in metallo, l’ingrassaggio e il loro lavaggio.
Si tratta di un sistema di teglia a pirottini multipli che richiede una temperatura più bassa nel forno e tempi di cottura più brevi,
così da realizzare un aumento della produzione pur risparmiando energia.
Si ha inoltre una totale automatizzazione, dal riempimento al confezionamento, senza nessuna manipolazione.
Com’è noto inoltre gli stampi di metallo richiedono l’ingrassaggio, la pulitura, il raffreddamento e un ingombrante e costoso impianto per la movimentazione: NTS elimina completamente tutte queste cose!

Technical data
Novacart Tray System is a NOVACART international paten for muffins baking; that meets a great success in every market since
several years; it is the alternative to metal moulds, their greasing and washing.
It is a multiple baking cups pan system which requires a lower temperature in the oven and a shorter baking time so that it is
possible to increase production and to save energy; the cooling down cycle is faster too.
It is totally automated from the filling cycle to the packaging cycle with no need of human interventions.
It is generally accepted that metal moulds need to be greased, cleaned and cooled down in an expensive and bulky handling
system: N.T.S. eliminates all this!

L’impasto è versato direttamente negli speciali pirottini che saranno poi
utilizzati sia per la cottura che per la presentazione del prodotto.

La teglia multipla di pirottini contenente l’impasto crudo è ora surgelata

Founded in 1926, Novacart is today the biggest full cycle factory manufacturing a complete range of paper and cardboard products for confectionary with a daily production of several millions of pieces varying from the baking cups to the baking moulds, from lace doilies to bags and paper trays in different colour and dimension.
