Come nasce un’ opera d’a
Artioli produce calzature di alta qualità dai
primi decenni del ‘900 ed è diventato il

La lavorazione degli Artioli trae la sua origine dai segreti e dall’amore per l’“ARS
SUTORIA” che sono stati tramandati dal
fondatore Severino Artioli ai suoi discendenti, il figlio Vito e il nipote Andrea.
Questa inesauribile passione ha raccolto
negli anni importantissimi risultati che
hanno consentito alle scarpe Artioli di essere presenti in tutte le città importanti del
mondo nei punti vendita più prestigiosi e di
farsi apprezzare dall’elite più esigente del

Il processo di produzione di una scarpa
Artioli è composto da più di 200 operazioni
frutto di due secoli di conoscenza ed esperienza.
I mastri calzolai plasmano calzature che
potrebbero essere definite sculture. La
grande qualità delle pelli e degli altri materiali tutti naturali, combinata al tradizionale metodo di lavorazione, permette al piede
di respirare mantenendolo fresco e asciutto.
Il comfort che offre questa calzatura deriva da una costruzione morbida, flessibile e
generosa nella parte frontale, una punta
rinforzata che dà forma e corpo, un moderato sostegno all'arco plantare e un tallone

manualmente con l’ausilio di antichi utensili.
La tomaia resta in forma per molti giorni a
stagionare naturalmente (per tre settimane
circa) e una volta ultimata questa lunga operazione, si ottiene una scarpa sagomata
naturalmente, è questa una condizione che le
permette di conservare la forma per la vita.
Anche la cucitura della suola è un'operazione molto preziosa: nella maggior parte
viene utilizzata la lavorazione della suola

must perfectly adhere to the last when the shoe
upper and the insole are mounted.Finally the
shoe is manually beaten with the hammer and
pressed with the iron.The upper rests on the
last for many days to slowly dry.Following the
drying, the sole is stitched to the upper part.The
hand stitching operation is a magical moment,
it fully expresses the mastery of the shoemaker.
