meeting internazionale annuale dei professionisti dei mercati monetari. Questa 12a
edizione del congresso si svolge a Nervi,
piccola località del Levante genovese sulle
sponde dello splendido Mar Ligure.

ASSIOM FOREX - the Financial Markets Association of Italy - welcome you to LIQUIDITY2013,
the annual cross-border meeting for money
market professionals. The 12th edition of the
Liquidity will take place in Nervi close to Genoa
on the splendid Ligurian Sea.
Il Regolamento EMIR (European Market
Infrastructure Regulation) prevede nuove
modalità di trattamento dei derivati OTC
comprendendo una serie di obblighi informativi, di compensazione e di condotta, con
il fine di aumentare il livello di trasparenza
nel mercato dei derivati e ridurre i rischi. Le
sfide poste dal nuovo quadro normativo ci
hanno portato a scegliere per il seminario
questo ed altri temi di primaria importanza
affrontati, come di consueto, da esperti capaci
di dare valore alla nostra offerta formativa e
di coinvolgere i partecipanti in una discussione proficua e interessante.
La Tavola Rotonda dal titolo “Prospettive di
exit strategy e ruolo dei mercati” riprende un
tema ampiamente discusso dopo lo scoppio
della crisi finanziaria ma che non ha ancora
trovato sviluppi concreti.
EMIR (the European Market Infrastructure Regulation) introduces new requirements for OTC
Derivatives through the introduction of informative and clearing obligations with the ultimate
aim of increasing transparency and minimizing
risk. The challenges resulting from this new
regulatory framework have led us to choose this
and other important subjects for the seminar.
These subjects will be dealt - as usual - by
professionals able to involve the participants in a
profitable and interesting discussion. The Round
Table “Perspectives of an Exit Strategy and the
Role played by the Markets” faces again a topic
discussed a lot after the onset of the financial
crisis which has however not found practical
development.
We hope that this event on the seaside represents
the opportunity “to ride again on the wave”.
