Nata nel 1975, in 35 anni di attività V.E.D. Carta ha raggiunto la
dimensione di un’azienda in grado di soddisfare le esigenze

una unità produttiva, due magazzini per la distribuzione sul
territorio nazionale e uno show-room locale, sommate alle
capacità di chi vi opera, V.E.D. Carta offre un vasto catalogo di
prodotti alla Grande distribuzione, all’industria e alle comunità,
con linee di prodotti propri quali sacchetti e vassoi per uso
alimentare e linee di prodotti complementari. V.E.D. Carta
ha inoltre adottato una filosofia e un sistema di produzione
dove l’uso dei materiali e dei metodi di lavorazione siano ecocompatibili e nel rispetto dell’ambiente.
Established in 1975, V.E.D. Carta in 35 years of business has grown
into a company capable of meeting the requirements and the
quality demanded in the market which it operates.
With one production department, two warehouses for national
distribution and a showroom, combined with the skills of its
employees, V.E.D. Carta offers a wide assortment of products for
large scale distribution centres, industries, and the community
with its own product line, including food grade bags and trays
and accessory product lines. V.E.D. Carta has adopted
a philosophy and production system that involves using
eco-compatible and environmentally sound materials and
processing methods.

also subject to annual inspection.
The product is tracked in conformity to
Art. 17 of CE regulation No. 1935/04.
There is a Food Safety Group within
V.E.D. Carta which is constantly
updated on new legal provisions and
problems connected with packaging.

Tutta la produzione viene
costantemente sottoposta a severi
controlli, tutto il personale è addestrato
al mantenimento della qualità e della
conformità del prodotto. Le materie
prime sono attentamente selezionate e
provengono da fornitori accreditati dal
nostro ufficio assicurazione qualità.
Grazie all’esperienza maturata negli
anni, garantiamo ai nostri clienti
la massima affidabilità delle merci:
il nostro processo produttivo è
conforme al Reg. CE 1935/04, al
Reg. CE 852/04 (H.AC.C.P), al Reg. CE
2023/06 (GMP - buone pratiche di
fabbricazione), soggette per altro a
revisione e verifica annuale.

V.E.D. Carta produce, presso la sede di Barzago (LC),
la linea di sacchetti e la linea di vassoi indirizzati
principalmente alla vendita di prodotti alimentari.
La lavorazione consiste nella trasformazione di
carta e cartone anche in accoppiamento ad altri
materiali quali alluminio e films. Il personale,
altamente qualificato, è in grado di rispondere a
tutte le problematiche relative alla produzione e,
grazie all’ausilio di apparecchiature dedicate, il
pieno controllo sulla qualità. Un’ampio magazzino
di materie prime permette di produrre qualsiasi
prodotto a catalogo in tempi brevi, garantendo al
cliente il pieno rispetto delle consegne.
The V.E.D. Carta factory in Barzago (LC) manufactures
a paperbags line and tray line mainly targeted for
use in the food industry. The process consists in
transforming paper and cardboard that is sometimes
coupled with other materials such as aluminium and
films.
Highly qualified employees are able to respond to all
production -related problems and thanks to the use
of dedicated equipment, full quality control. A large
stock of raw materials allows us to manufacture any
type of product from our catalogue in very short times,
ensuring full compliance with the given delivery date.

TRAYS
Dalle dimensioni realizzate
su misura, alla finestratura
che ne permette la visione
del contenuto, passando
dalla stampa a più colori
per personalizzare e
creare messaggi, il classico
sacchetto del pane, si è
evoluto fino a diventare
un veicolo di vendita e di
comunicazione attuale e
ricercato.
Realizzati in cartoncino teso o accoppiato
a speciali materiali adatti alle più svariate
esigenze di confezionamento, possono essere
personalizzati con stampe a più colori sul lato
esterno.
La linea di vassoi si completa con una serie
di prodotti a nome “Ecoland” e “Valentina”,
realizzati in cartone e rivestiti con films antigrasso
completamente ecologici, mantengono le
caratteristiche di robustezza e permeabilità di
quelli realizzati con materiali tradizionali.
La linea ORO, dedicata prevalentemente alle
pasticcerie, si arricchisce di un comodo ed
elegante coperchio in PET trasparente.
Manufactured in stiff cardboard or coupled
with special materials adapted to meet a wide
assortment of packaging requirements, the trays
can be personalized with multi-colour prints on the
outer side.
The tray line is completed with a series of
products called “Ecoland” and “Valentina”, made in
cardboard and coated with environmentally friendly
greaseproof film, which maintain the same strong
and permeability as those made with traditional
materials. The ORO line, dedicated mainly to pastry
shops, is even more valuable with a convenient and
elegant lid made of clear PET.
V.E.D. Carta è in grado di garantire consegne su tutto il
territorio nazionale in tempi relativamente brevi.
È inoltre possibile effettuare senza alcun limite TransferOrder o successive consegne presso i Punti vendita,
Cedis o Cash and Carry.
V.E.D. Carta guarantees delivery all over the nation in
relatively short times. Unlimited Transfer-Orders or
subsequent deliveries to Sales Points, Co-ops, or Cash and
Carry are also possible.
Presso la sede di Cremella (LC) è aperto uno speciale
show-room per la vendita diretta sul territorio locale dei
prodotti V.E.D. Carta.
A special showroom is open at the facility in Cremella (LC)
where locals can buy V.E.D. Carta products.
Il personale aziendale è costantemente
formato ed addestrato in materia di salute e
sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro come previsto
dal D.Lgs 81/2008.
