SITUAZIONE ATTIVITA’ PRINCIPALE DI PROCUREMENT SVOLTE
L’attività di approvvigionamento di competenza,in base ai requisiti delle FFAA e degli enti della Pubblica
Amministrazione, ha compreso la definizione del capitolato tecnico, l’analisi di costo delle offerte industriali,la
negoziazione (anche in lingua inglese in caso di ditte estere) con la contro parte delle clausole contrattuali,la
gestione tecnico amministrativa del contratto stipulato, il collaudo delle forniture,la gestione tecnico
amministrativa del supporto logistico alle nuove linee,il controllo del conseguimento del ritorno industriale,la
gestione tecnico amministrativa della cessione in permuta dei velivoli obsoleti.
L’attività tipica svolta per ogni Esercizio Finanziario è più completamente descritta nelle due relazioni annuali
che si allegano riferite a due diversi esercizi finanziari.
In tutto sono stati acquisite 18 diverse configurazioni di aeroplani da trasporto con cessione in permuta di 7
flotte obsolete (C130H, G222, DC9, GULFSTREAM, B707, FALCON 50, SF260), vale a dire sono stati
acquisiti complessivamente 101 aerei nuovi + un velivolo storico (Storch) e ceduti in permuta 81 velivoli
obsoleti.
Il totale complessivo dei contratti posti in essere nei vari esercizi finanziari è stato di: L. 8.820.781.776.180
pari a Euro 4.555.553.604,00
L’abbattimento medio conseguito dell’offerta ditta è stato del 10% che, applicato al suddetto
importo complessivo, risulta equivalente al budget di un intero EF di una Forza Armata come
l’AM.
E’ stato parallelamente realizzato un ritorno industriale pari a $1.889.000.000 (166 pacchetti di
offset a favore di circa 100 ditte italiane equamente distribuite tra centro,nord e sud Italia) e
sono state poste le basi per conseguire il 100% del ritorno industriale previsto a fronte dei
maggiori contratti stipulati all’estero.
