Mekar manufactures one of the largest ranges of water cooling towers 6 for civil and industrial use to be found on the market today. This range is divided into three different groups of products offering a total of 26 constructional sizes and with a heating capacity range from 20 kW to 1750 kW. The large number of available sizes enables the right choice of unit in all cases at the right cost, without compromising by over or undersizing. The resistance to weathering, rust, corrosion, etc. is another point in favour of Mekar water cooling towers, even when they are exposed to industrial or marine atmospheres. The heat exchange efficiency of all the models is particularly high with consequent considerable reduction in energy and water consumption by the system. There are also many constructional variations and optional features available so that specific installation, running and other requirements may be fully satisfied whether in civil or industrial environments. mekar.it Bollettino tecnico Technical manual SERIE 05MKTE 05MKTE RANGE Queste unità sono di piccola potenza, da 22 a 65 kW, realizzate in quattro grandezze, adatte per impieghi di climatizzazione, con condizionatori autonomi e piccoli gruppi frigoriferi. These are small capacity units, from 22 to 65 kW, made in four sizes SERIE 05MKTС 05MKTС RANGE Le torri di raffreddamento della serie 05MKTC sono dotate di ventilatori centrifughi, montati su di un solo lato, in posizione semi-incassata, protetta perciò da pioggia, neve e grandine. The water cooling towers of the 05MKTC range are fitted with centrifugal SERIE 05MKDTС 05MKDTС RANGE Questa serie di torri di raffreddamento costituisce la continuazione delle torri della serie 05MKTC. This range of cooling towers is a continuation of the previous one. mekar.it suited for air-conditioning with independent air-conditioners and small refrigerating units or chillers. These simple and sturdy appliances fitted with an axial-flow fan are highly reliable in operation and the cost is reasonable. The low noise levels, moderate water consumption and compactness enable these units to be installed even in densely populated town areas. fans mounted on one side only in a semi-recessed position so that they are protected against rain, snow and hail. They cover an intermediate capacity range, from 87 to 436 kW, which satisfies the most frequent demand of normal civil air-conditioning systems and commercial refrigerating systems for supermarkets, etc. These units are available in 12 sizes with a capacity increase of approx. 10% from one size to the next so that a precise choice can be made and costs limited. The cooling towers of the 05MKTC range may be ducted on the air inlet and outlet to allow installation indoors; they may also be fitted with silencers (as specified later on) to reduce the noise level. The presence of just one row of fans allows installation alongside a wall. These units are designed for installing on vibration-isolation mountings without requiring supporting I-beams, unlike the common towers to be found on the market, thanks to the suitably reinforced base plate. This considerably reduces installation costs. The units are fitted with a double row of centrifugal fans placed on opposite sides and always in a semi-recessed position. The capacity range covers medium-large values: from 520 to 1750 kW (450,000 - 1,500,000 kcal/h), divided between 10 sizes. They have been designed for used in large civil air-conditioning systems, refrigerating systems and process fluid chilling in general. The entering and exhaust air may be ducted and silencers installed on the both air inlet and outlet sides to reduce the noise level. These units may also be installed on vibration-isolation mountings without requiring supporting I-beams, thanks to the suitably reinforced base plate. 7 05 Bollettino tecnico Technical manual VANTAGGI ADVANTAGES Elevata robustezza e inattaccabilità dagli agenti atmosferici La costruzione standard è in lamiera d’acciaio zincata sendzimir Z200 di prima scelta. The standard construction consists of first quality Sendzimir- galvanised steel sheets class Z200. The gauge depends on the size of the tower to ensure maximum constructional sturdiness and structural rigidity in all conditions. The panels are assembled using galvanised bolts with special highly elastic mastic inserted to ensure tightness even after years of operation. Large access panels or doors, depending on the models, permit easy inspection inside the towers for maintenance purposes. All the cooling towers can be made in special materials on request: AISI 304; AISI 316. Also the packing or fill media are available in different materials for special operating conditions (see optional features and accessories). No beams required for installation on vibration-isolation mountings The base plate of Mekar cooling towers is stiffened with a series of sections designed specifically to allow installation directly on vibration-isolation mountings (when required) without requiring supporting I beams, unlike most towers on the market. Maximum protection against weathering and industrial fumes Each Sendzimir-galvanised steel sheet panel class Z200 used to make the towers undergoes a complete painting cycle. After assembly epoxy paint is applied to the external parts of the tower. Water distribution nozzles with low pressure loss 8 The honeycomb filling is designed for effective and even distribution of water droplets from the nozzles. The honeycomb filling is arranged so that the water is obliged to travel downwards at a certain angle, thereby increasing the surface area of exchange between the water and the air blown - or sucked in - by the fans. The angle of inclination also counters drift (water being carried out by the exhaust air). All this contributes to optimum efficiency of the heat exchange process and to reducing water consumption. The standard honeycomb filling consists of a set of thermoformed high quality PVC sheets, in conformity with the directive 94/96/CE. It is recommended for applications where the water is relatively clean. The maximum acceptable temperature for standard PVC is 60°C. A filling in PVC for high temperatures (max. 75°C) is also available for special applications. These nozzles with a new design have a large diameter and offer a high flow rate with even distribution of the water. They are made in fibreglassreinforced polypropylene and have a high corrosion resistance. The large diameter of the nozzles means that the necessary pump head and therefore energy consumption can be reduced. The nozzles are fitted on suitable steel manifolds with quick-disconnect system for inspections or replacement. mekar.it Bollettino tecnico Technical manual VANTAGGI ADVANTAGES Ventilatori efficienti ed a basso livello sonoro modELLI 05MKTC e 05MKDTC I ventilatori montati su queste serie di torri sono di tipo centrifugo a doppia aspirazione, a pale in avanti, selezionati per un ragionevole contenimento del livello sonoro. L’albero è cadmiato e ruota su cuscinetti a sfere a lubrificazione permanente. They are coupled to the motor with sheaves and “V” belts. The motor is enclosed with external ventilation to prevent the ingress of humidity. It is mounted on a belt-tightener slide located inside the fan section for better protection against rain and snow. The motor and the fan shaft have permanently lubricated bearings. The fan section is protected on all these models by strong accident-prevention galvanised and painted steel mesh, which prevents the ingress of foreign matter. Mod. 05MKTE These towers are fitted with axial-flow fans with alloy airfoil vanes, coupled directly to the motor. The sealed motor is designed for regular operation in environments of saturated humidity. The cadmium-plated shaft turns on permanently lubricated ball bearings. Drift eliminators in galvanised sheet steel resistant to hail and falling objects The plastic drift eliminators commonly mounted for economic motives in normal units to be found on the market, are subject in a very short time to breakage due to hail or to objects falling on them from the floors above. This can cause further damage inside the tower, such as: breakage of the honeycomb filling, breakage of the nozzle manifold, damage to the fans, etc. thereby seriously affecting system operation. To forestall these risks, all Mekar towers are fitted with drift eliminators in Sendzimir galvanised steel sheet with corrugated structure of two or three folds assembled on a special frame. The profile made by the folds effectively retains the droplets of water entrained in the air by the fan while causing only a slight pressure drop on the air side. The drift eliminators may be easily removed for inspection and maintenance. Optional features and accessories All Mekar cooling towers can be accessorised from a large choice of optional parts to satisfy even very specific system requirements. The main optional features and accessories are as follows: o construction in special materials: AISI 304; AISI 316; o honeycomb filling in PVC for high temperatures up to 75°C; o double speed fan motors (4/6 or 4/8 poles) for heating capacity control; o louvres on the centrifugal fans outlet controlled by the outdoor temperature or by the water temperature for heat capacity control; o anti-frost heaters for the tower basin, with or without thermostat; o noise abatement shrouds for installation on the air inlet and/or outlet. The noise may be decreased to within certain limits at less cost than with silencers (see description later on). o dissipative attenuators for installation on the tower inlet and/or outlet with lengths of 500, 1000 and 1500 mm (see description later on); o enhanced fan motors (models of the 05MKTC and 05MKDTC ranges only) to allow fan pressures up to 80 Pa (8 mm w.c.) for ducted installations or mounting of silencers/attenuators; o “anti-plume” coils to prevent fogging by the cooling towers (see description later on). 9 05 Bollettino tecnico Technical manual CUFFIE SILENZIATORI PER IL CONTROLLO DEL VOLUME SILENCER SHROUDS FOR NOISE CONTROL Le torri di raffreddamento 05MKTC e MKDTC possono essere ecquipaggiate con due diversi sistemi per il controllo del rumore: The water cooling towers 05MKTC and 05MKDTC may be fitted with two 1. Noise attenuation and diversion shrouds with acoustic barrier 2. Dissipative attenuators: different noise control systems: effect: These are installed on the air inlet and/or outlet to prevent the direct propagation of noise towards nearby areas. These shrouds are made in Sendzimir-galvanised steel sheet lined with soundproofing fibreglass mat protected by a perforated sheet. The assembly is painted in the same way as the towers. The shrouds divert the entering or exhaust air and likewise the generated noise, which is thereby attenuated and does not directly hit the points to be protected. The noise abatement effected by the shrouds is less than by the silencers/attenuators, but their cost in considerably less. In many cases the shrouds are sufficient and may be used to best advantage. The noise abatement values are given in Table 1a. These come in different lengths: 500, 1000 and 1500 mm and with different noise abatement capacities. See Table 1b. The attenuators may be mounted in various positions: on the air inlet directly on the fan section, on the air outlet, or on both depending on the noise requirements or the characteristics of the site. In general the fan section side is the noisiest, including the upper part from where the air is discharged. The least noisy side is the closed side opposite the fan section (05MKTC range): the difference can be 6÷8 dB for the low frequencies and even reach 12 dB for the higher frequencies. The location of the tower decided during the design stage can therefore be important for considerably reducing the emission of noise towards the areas to be protected. The second noisiest area after the fan section is the upper part. If the tower is installed on the ground near a building, it will therefore be necessary to shield the upper floors from the noise of the exhaust air by installing the shroud or the attenuator on the outlet. A tower from the 05MKTC range with just one fan section could be positioned with the fan section side facing in the opposite direction to the building (see fig.1) to protect the lower floors. If the tower is one of the 05MKDTC range, it could be positioned end-on to the building (see fig. 2). Should this be impossible, it could be necessary to install shrouds or attenuators also on the air inlet side (see fig. 3). The sound pressure levels of the Mekar cooling towers are given in the relative table. As is known, the noise level is attenuated in relation to the distance according to the equation: L ΔL p = 20 ⋅ Log ; dB Lrif 10 mekar.it Bollettino tecnico Technical manual CUFFIE SILENZIATORI PER IL CONTROLLO DEL VOLUME SILENCER SHROUDS FOR NOISE CONTROL dove: where: L Lrif distanza effettiva dalla torre, distanza alla quale è stata effettuata la misura di pressione sonoraю L Lrif. effective distance from the tower, distance at which the sound pressure has been measured. This distance is 5 metres for the Mekar towers. The noise level increases, however, if the tower is installed near reflec- Esempio pratico di scelta acustica Si deve installare una torre mod. 4). In practice the total noise level of a tower installed close to a wall increases by 6 dB; if the tower is installed in a corner between two walls the total noise level increases by 9 dB. It is therefore always advisable for the tower to be installed in a space with level ground without nearby walls. A tower mod. 05MKTC60 must be installed at 10 metres from the party wall beyond which the sound pressure level must correspond to NC40 (see fig. 5a). The tower has a sound level of NC 56, as given in the table. The diagram shows the sound spectrum, listed below together with the sound levels corresponding to NC 40 deduced from the same diagram. Solution: first of all the noise reduction due to the distance must be calculated according to the formula given above: L 10 ΔL p = 20 ⋅ Log = 20 ⋅ Log = 6dB Lrif 5 L’attenuazione sonora risulta di 6 dB per tutte le frequenze. The noise reduction is 6 dB for all frequencies. This value is therefore deducted from the sound pressure level of the tower 05MKTC60. It is now necessary to check the differences in sound level between the reduced noise and the required NC 40 condition at the various frequencies. The table shows that the excesses are: Hz 125 : +3 dB Hz 250 : +1 dB Hz 500 : +5 dB Hz 1000 : +9 dB Hz 2000 : +7 dB Hz 4000 : +6 dB To be within the limit of NC 40 a silencer/attenuator must be chosen that provides attenuation at least equal to the above values at the respective frequencies. A silencer/attenuator with length 500 mm is chosen from table 1, which is more than enough. It will be applied on the air inlet of the fan section. The same procedure is applicable for the noise abatement shrouds. In this case the specific abatement values of the shroud are deducted from the tower inlet or outlet side. Note: if the area to be protected is above the tower, the same calculation procedure is applicable. The results will actually be better for two reasons: a) less noise level at the outlet; b) greater noise reduction effect due to the distance, since the point to be protected is affected only by one noise component inclined at a certain angle compared to the prevailing direction of the sound emission 11 05 Bollettino tecnico Technical manual CUFFIE SILENZIATORI PER IL CONTROLLO DEL VOLUME SILENCER SHROUDS FOR NOISE CONTROL Tab. 1a CUFFIE SILENZIATRICI - SILENCER SHROUDS Attenuazione in dB per banda di ottava [Hz] - Abatement in dB for octave band [Hz] Cuffia in mandata o ripresa e=500 mm Shrouds on outlet or inlet e=500m 63 125 250 500 1000 2000 4000 1 1 6 12 14 16 16 Tab. 1b SILENZIATORI PER MODELLI DELLA SERIE 05MKTC E 05MDTC - ATTENUATORS FOR MODELS OF THE 05MKTC AND 05MKDTC RANGE Attenuazione in dB per banda di ottava [Hz] - Abatement in dB for octave band [Hz] Lunghezza [mm] - Lenght [mm] 63 125 250 500 1000 2000 4000 500 2 4 8 12 16 18 13 1000 6 10 17 24 35 36 26 1500 7 13 24 35 39 39 36 Nota bene: date le differenti situazioni di installazione delle torri, i valori delle tabelle 1a e 1b debbono essere considerati indicativa Note: given the different tower installation situations, the values given in tables 1a and 1b must be considered approximate RIEPILOGO SCELTA ACUSTICA - SUMMERY OF NOISE CRITERIA Frequenza di centro banda [Hz] - Band-centre frequencies [Hz] 63 125 250 500 1000 2000 4000 Lp torre, dB Lp tower, dB 67 66 57 56 56 52 59 Attenuazione per distanza 10 m, dB Abatement for distance 10 mt, dB -6 -6 -6 -6 -6 -6 -6 Lp netto, dB a 10 m dalla torre Lp net, dB at 10 mt form tower 61 60 51 50 50 46 43 Lp corrisp. Essa deve avere un battente sull’aspirazione di almeno 30 cm in modo da offrire un ragionevole margine di sicurezza contro il prodursi di cavitazione nella pompa, con aria nel circuito e conseguente funzionamento irregolare dell’impianto che può avere ripercussioni anche gravi sul compressore frigorifero. tions between the cooling tower and the condenser. These instructions refer to the most customary cases. For special or non-standard applications, the Mekar technical offices are available for specific assistance. 1. Position of the pump The circulating pump must be placed under the tower cold water basin. It must have a suction head of at least 30 cm to ensure a reasonable safety margin against cavitation resulting in air in the circuit and consequent irregular operation of the system, which could also have serious repercussions on the cooling compressor. Fig. 6 shows two examples in which the pump suction head differs considerably despite the difference in level between the tower and the 2. The solution with the greater head should be preferred. 2. A good rule is to choose a diameter one size larger than has been calculated. It must be taken into account that as time passes there is inevitably more 3. For a certain size tower the geodetic head remains constant irrespective of the type of circuit. 5. When to use the storage tank Except in exceptional cases, the cold water storage tank is used when tower operation is envisaged also in winter and the actual tower is installed outdoors. The storage tank may also be installed indoors to ensure that ice does not form during the periods when the system is not in use. As a precautionary measure, the storage tank may be fitted with thermostat-controlled heating elements. A diagram giving an example of the circuits is given in fig. 7. The storage tank is unnecessary when the tower is used only in the summer. As a precaution a manual or automatic heater may be installed to protect against unexpected drops in temperature during the in-between seasons. mekar.it 13 05 Bollettino tecnico Technical manual COLLEGAMENTI IDRAULICI WATER CONNECTIONS 6. 7. Parallel towers 14 In the case of several users with water flow rate that can vary due to control or intermittence, an intermediate tank or basin is necessary divided into two parts: cold water and hot water. There will therefore be a hot water or distribution basin/tower circuit with strictly constant water flow rate, and a cold water basin/user circuit with variable flow rate. The capacity of the hot water basin/tower circuit pumps must be at least that of the cold water basin/user pumps (fig. 8). The hot water/tower or tower fan circuit pumps must be controlled by a thermostat that measures the temperature of the water in the cold water basin. In the case of several users, to avoid use of the intermediate tank or basin, it is advisable for flow control to be through three-way diverter valve so that the water flow rate through the towers is kept constant and if possible not intermittent. A constant flow rate is necessary for regular operation of the refrigerating units or chillers. It also reduces corrosion inside the tower due to the “waterline” effect on the basin walls. In the case of using several parallel towers, an intermediate tank or basin is necessary. If the tank is not used, the various towers must be connected to each other with balancing pipes to maintain a constant level in the single basins. mekar.it Bollettino tecnico Technical manual ACCORGIMENTI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE USEFUL TIPS FOR INSTALLATION Spesse volte la causa di un funzionamento insoddisfacente delle torri va The cause of unsatisfactory tower operation is often due to incorrect attribuita ad una scorretta installazione. installation. Some practical information is given below for best operation and mana- 1. In general the cooling towers consume around 2÷4% of the total volume that is treated. In theory the consumption due to evaporation is around 1% for an approach of up to 7 °C, but the bleed-off or blow-down and make-up for the losses due to drift must be added to this figure. 2. Quantity of bleed-off The continual bleed-off of a certain quantity of water is necessary to reduce the concentration of salts in the basin and the circuit, as well as to eliminate possible impurities that tend to accumulate inside the basin. The bleed-off rate depends on the hardness of the water: the harder the water the more the bleed-off in proportion. For water of medium hardness a practical rule is to bleed off an equal amount to the quantity of evaporated water, i.e. 1÷2%. By doing this, the concentration of salts and impurities reaches a maximum equal to double the original content in the water. To calculate the bleed-off rate and with more precision for various concentrations of salts contained in the water, the following equation may be used: Cr Bleed − off . flow = Lx Ca − Cr dove: L Cr Ca portata d’acqua evaporata (l/h); concentrazione sali in acqua di reintegro (ppm); concentrazione massima ammissibile di sali nell’acqua ricircolata (ppm); I limiti massimi di concentrazione dei sali e di carbonato di calcio CaCo3 in funzione delle varie temperature dell’acqua sono i seguenti: 18 where: L Cr Ca rate of evaporated water (l/h); concentration of salts in make-up water (ppm); maximum allowable concentration of salts in the circulating water (ppm); The maximum limits of concentration of the salts and calcium carbonate CaCo3 in relation to the various water temperatures are as follows: Temp. acqua Concentrazione Water temp. All Mekar towers have a bleed-off line to allow continuous drainage of some of the water returning to the tower from the system. This line is placed outside the tower and is fitted with a special drain cock. The bled-off water is made up in the tower by the make-up circuit. 3. Nominal conditions 3. In casi dubbi consultare gli uffici tecnici Mekar. mekar.it Cooling towers to be used for air-conditioning are usually chosen for standard water temperatures: a temperature of 35 °C for water entering the tower and a temperature of 29.5 °C for water leaving the tower is normally accepted. The cooling range is thus fixed at 5.5 °C. In any case the minimum cold water temperature at the outlet (approach) can never be less than the wet bulb temperature of the external air increased by 2÷3 °C. As is known, the choice of tower must be referred to the thermal power to be dispersed and to the design ambient wet-bulb temperature. It is, however, necessary to take into account possible temperature rises, which can occur for short periods in full summer, at the time of maximum cooling demand. To prevent the risk of the refrigerating unit/chiller overload, it is a good rule to choose a tower for a wet-bulb temperature approx. 2 °C higher than the design temperature for the area. This safety measure will not only prevent overloads, but will also provide operation with less energy consumption by the refrigerating unit/chiller for the whole season. With regard to process cooling, hot water temperatures between 65 °C and 70 °C are frequent in the petrochemistry industry. The standard honeycomb filling may need replacing with the special model for high temperatures. If in doubt, contact the Mekar technical offices. The impurities contained in the air inevitably accumulate in the towers and the salt concentration increases despite the bleed-off. This is a severe handicap for every heat exchange process and affects operation of the refrigerating unit/chiller. The main troubles and possible remedies are described below. 1. 1. Scale build-up, fouling and less cooling efficiency The pipes of the water circuit and the condenser are subject to scale build-up and fouling when the dissolved salts and gases circulating in the water reach their limit of solubility and precipitate on the pipe walls, the heat exchange surfaces, etc. This not only narrows the working section of the pipes, but also forms a heat-insulating layer on the exchange surfaces, which gradually reduces the efficiency of the refrigerating unit/chiller. In addition to this, algae and fungi tend to develop inside the towers adding to the obstruction in the pipes. 2. 2. Protection against fouling To reduce scale build-up and fouling of the pipes, in the case of very hard water suitable chemical inhibitors are used that increase the level of concentration at which the salts are precipitated, especially calcium and magnesium carbonate. The commonest inhibitors are acid based, inorganic phosphates and similar substances. Other methods, such as systems with ion-exchange resins, are also effective for reducing the hardness of the make-up water. The problem must be tackled case by case, also from the economic aspect, with the help of water treatment specialists. 3. 3. Protection against corrosion Adding chemical substances, such as chromates, phosphates, etc. to the water creates a protective film over the metal surface of the whole water circuit, which prevents corrosion. The chromates are highly effective inhibitors for waters with a very wide pH range, from approx. 6.5 up. The minimum recommended concentration of these substances must be precisely maintained because if it falls below the minimum, localised undermining pitting can occur. The drawback is that chromates are toxic and tend to be eliminated with use. Polyphosphates are not toxic, but tend to promote the development of algae and fungi. The water may be treated periodically with sodium silicate or mixtures of phosphates and silicates. It is in any case always advisable to request the help of a specialist. 4. 4. Control of algae and fungi growth As has been said, these micro-organisms find a highly favourable environment in the tower basins for their development. Their growth should be contrasted by suitable biocide-based treatment (chlorine and other substances). It is advisable to use two different biocides, alternately, to prevent the micro-organisms from developing a resistance or immunity to any one agent. Le principali alternative da esaminare sono: Example: - Wet bulb temperature of external air: 23 °C; - Hot water temperature: 35 °C; - Cooling range: 5.5 °C; - Hot water flow: 100,000 l/h; The Flow Factor Table is then identified for the external air temperature of 23 °C w.b. This is found in relation to the cooling range of 5.5 °C and the hot water temperature of 35 °C. A Flow Factor of 2.33 is the result. The curves may now be used to choose the model and size of the tower in relation to the water flow of 100,000 l/h and the resulting flow factor of 2.33. The water flow rates are always indicated in the diagrams on the horizontal axes, while the Flow Factors are given on the vertical axes. The two values, 100,000 l/h and 2.33, indicate the diagram of the towers mod. 05MKTC - 05MKDTC. The flow rate of 100,000 l/h is found on the horizontal axis and a vertical line traced upwards; the Flow Factor of 2.33 is found on the vertical axis and a horizontal line traced to the right. The two straight lines intersect in an intermediate point in relation to the curves of the models 05MKTC100 and 05MKDTC120. The selection is thus narrowed down to mod. 05MKTC100 and 05MKDTC120. As a general rule in situations like this, it is always prudent to choose the larger version, which in this case would be the 05MKDTC 120. There is, however, a considerable difference in price between the two, justified by the fact that mod. 05MKTC 100 has just one row of fans, while 05MKDTC 120 has two rows located on the two sides. It could be useful at this point to review the design data to check whether or not the smaller size can be used. The main alternatives to be examined are: 1. Temperatura a b.u. dell’aria esterna Come è stata determinata? W.b. temperature of the external air How has it been determined? Can a reduction of 1 °C on the initial value be accepted? In this case the Flow Factor would increase to 2.55 and the choice would fall precisely on the curve of mod. 05MKTC 100. mekar.it 21 05 Bollettino tecnico Technical manual SCELTA DELLE TORRI CRITERIA FOR SELECTING A TOWER 2. Cooling range Can a reduction of 0.5 °C be accepted, taking it to 5 °C rather than 5.5 °C? If so, the Flow Factor would increase to 2.62 and the choice would fall precisely on the curve of mod. 05MKTC 100. 3. 3. If it is impossible to make either one or the other adjustments as above, is it possible to accept a smaller adjustment of both? E.g.: reducing the external w.b. temperature by just 0.5 °C and the cooling range by just 0.25 °C, the selection of the tower 05MKTC 100 can be confirmed. In general it is almost always possible to find a satisfactory compromise. In cases where restrictions are greater, we suggest asking the Mekar technical offices for help in making a targeted choice. 22 mekar.it Bollettino tecnico Technical manual DATI TECNICI TECHNICAL DATA Potenzialità nominale Nominal capacity MODELLO MODEL Portata acqua Water flow Portata aria Air flow Pot. installata Installed pow.
