INTRODUCTION
Vibrating pin - Characters marked with small pin vibration. Recommended for speed
marking with a very high quality.
Automator was established in 1948 and has always
been exclusively focused on marking. Since its
inception, Automator has designed and developed
marking systems. We started with mechanical
machines very strong and easy to use.
Then we added our hugely successful, wide range
of computerized machines. And, from 1980, we
introduced laser marking systems that offers all
sources and all working mode.
Punto vibrato - Caratteri marcati con punta in micro vibrazione.Adatta a chi esige
marcature in tempi veloci e di ottima qualità.

Pneumatic pin - Pin is moved pneumatically by drive and return air. Recommended for
marking on irregular surfaces.

Our computerized peen systems production offers
a wide range of technologies, respect to the pin
working mode (for example, pin air drive and spring
return, electric, scribe, vibro and dot controlled). The
possibility to choose between two highly performing
controllers contributes to the versatility of our systems.

retorno. Indispensable para un marcado en superficies irregulares.
Controlled dot pin - Font characters with possibility to specify the density
of points to be marked from 0 to 80 pixel/cm. Recommended for deep marking.

Automator è stata fondata nel 1948 e da allora si è
specializzata nella marcatura. Fin dagli esordi, Automator ha progettato, prodotto e commercializzato diversi sistemi di marcatura: dalle macchine meccaniche
di lunga durata e di facile utilizzo la, all’ampia gamma
di macchine computerizzate per marcare a punti la,
fino ai laser in tutte le sorgenti e modalità operative.
Electric pin - The pin is moved electrically by drive and return solenoid. Air not required.
Punta elettrica - Il pistoncino è movimentato da un solenoide elettrico in andata e ritorno. Indispensabile per chi non abbia disponibilità di alimentazione pneumatica.
Punta eléctrica - La punta se mueve gracias a una electroválvula de salida y retorno.
Indispensable para quien no tiene la posibilidad de alimentación neumática.
La nostra produzione di macchine a micropunti offre
una vasta gamma di tecnologie, in funzione della modalità di lavoro della punta (per es. andata pneumatica
e ritorno a molla, elettrica, striscio, a punto controllato
e a vibrazione). La scelta tra due potenti controller
contribuisce alla versatilità dei nostri sistemi.
Deep pin - Solenoid increased. Special pin for deep marking, even on the most resistant
materials.
Punta Deep - Elettrovalvola maggiorata. Punta speciale per marcature profonde, anche
sui più resistenti materiali.
Punta Deep - Solenoide mayor. Punta especial para el marcado profundo, incluso en
los materiales más resistentes.
INTRODUCCIÓN
Automator fue fundada en 1948 y desde entonces se
ha dedicado al marcado en general.
Desde el principio, Automator ha proyectado,
producido y comercializado diversos sistemas de
marcado: máquinas mecanicas de gran resistencia
y de facil utilización, una amplia gama de máquinas
computerizadas de micropunto hasta los láseres con
todas las modalidades operativas.
Nuestra producción de máquinas de micropunto
ofrecen una extensa gama de tecnologías, en relación
con las modalidades de trabajo de la punta (por
ejemplo, percusión neumática y retorno por muelle,
eléctrica, rayado, a punto controlado y a vibración).
La posibilidad de elegir entre dos versátiles
controladores contribuye a aumentar las características
de nuestros sistemas.

From 1948 we have choosen to have the only goal to satisfy the industrial permanent marking needs: we started from mechanical machines - with fast execution; to pass to the peen machines - easily programmable and integrable; up to realize
the latest generation of laser - with high performance. Automator designs, manufactures and sells more than one hundred
different models of machines, easily customizable, to solve the marking problems of each industry sector: from automotive
to avionics, from food to fashion, very different industries that share the need to identify and trace the original product.

Dal 1948 abbiamo scelto di dedicarci solo alla marcatura industriale permanente, raggiungendo un alto livello di specializzazione: siamo partiti dalle macchine meccaniche - veloci nell’esecuzione; passati poi alle macchine a punti - programmabili e integrabili; per arrivare alla realizzazione di sofisticati sistemi laser ad altissime prestazioni. Automator progetta,
produce e commercializza oltre cento diversi modelli, tutti personalizzabili, con cui risolvere i problemi di marcatura di
ogni settore merceologico: dall’automotive all’avionica; dall’alimentare al fashion, settori molto diversi che condividono le
necessità di identificare e rintracciare il prodotto originale.

Desde 1948 hemos decidido dedicarnos solo y unicamente al marcado industrial, consiguiendo un alto nivel de especialización; empezamos con las máquinas mecánicas - velocidad en la ejecución; pasamos después a las máquinas de
micropunto - programables e integrables; para llegar a la realización de sofisticados sistemas láser de muy altas prestaciones. Automator proyecta, produce y comercializa más de un centenar de modelos diferentes, todos personalizables,
que pueden resolver cualquier problema de marcado del sector del automóvil, de la aeronáutica, de la alimentación,
hasta de la moda, sectores muy diversos que comparten la necesidad de identificar su producto.

Industrial production has to meet the needs of nature and to respect the environment in which man lives.
We have married this thought, dictated by the European Community and Ucimu, the Italian Association of Machine Tool
Builders, in its globality: from the design process, manufacturing lower and lower energy impact systems; to the use of
recyclable material, thereby limiting the amount of waste; to remote assistance at “zero kilometer” reducing air pollution;
to the adoption of internal processes, sensitive to environmental and energy saving.

La produzione industriale deve rispondere alle necessità della natura e rispettare l’ambiente in cui l’uomo vive.

energía, utilizando materiales reciclables, reduciendo la cantidad de residuos, reduciendo la contaminación atmosférica,
introduciendo procesos internos de fabricación que respeten el medio ambiente y el ahorro de energía.
