Crude oil and clean products are handled
daily, giving updated information to the
Harbor Master in order to obtain the best
assistance and to have a real picture of
all the requested arrangements before
entering the port.
Particular attention is given to this sector.
Safety procedures need to be followed
strictly in order to satisfy the diverse port
authority necessities and to obtain
loading and discharging permission in due
time without delays. Updated landing
instructions are given to the Harbor
Master concerning each call, for his
guidance and confirmation.

Our head office as well as our partners
are well aware of the gas carrier
necessities, having worked in this field for
over 15 years. We manage several calls
per month and landing procedures are
frequently updated. Many gas and LPG
owners and charters are taking advantage
of our specialized services.
For many years we have been utilized by
the Navies of England, Germany, France,
Greece, the Netherlands, Norway, and
Sweden, who have highly appreciated our
professionalism. Services offered include
bunkering, black and grey water collection, lubricants, spare provisions delivery,
crew change, repairs, car rentals and
excursions, etc.
The Management
Mr. Marco Argiolas, who has been working in
this field for more than 30 years, has been
leading Star Sardinia since its foundation.
From the company’s Head Office in Sarroch,
he is in constant touch with a selected group
of partners and sub-agencies, and supervises
the operation department’s tasks, which are
strictly regulated through the Quality Control
system since the year 1999.
Star Sardinia is a financially stable company
in continuous growth, with a fully paid-up
share capital of € 100,000.
