LOGISTICA - PERCORSO
Il quartier generale della manifestazione è ubicato a Borgo Maggiore di San Marino (RSM). Qui troveranno
sistemazione la Direzione Gara e la Sala Stampa. Sempre a Borgo Maggiore in Piazza Grande sarà ubicata la
pedana di partenza e di arrivo. La lunghezza totale del percorso sarà di km 430,95 con 113,80 km di prove
speciali interamente su asfalto (quattro diverse ps ripetute più volte).

Le vetture della Categoria 4 appartenenti ai periodi J1 e J2 devono essere conformi alle normative FIA
(Appendice XI dell’Annesso K).
In caso di vetture sovralimentate (vedi definizione nell’Allegato J) la cilindrata nominale delle vetture fino al
periodo J1 incluso sarà moltiplicata per il coefficiente 1,4 mentre la cilindrata nominale delle vetture del
periodo J2 sarà moltiplicata per il coefficiente 1,7.
Ogni vettura apparterrà alla classe corrispondente alla cilindrata fittizia risultante da tale operazione.
Tutte le vetture devono essere immatricolate per l’utilizzo su strada aperta al traffico.
Per ragioni di sicurezza le vetture da corsa biposto con motore centrale o posteriore non sono ammesse al
Campionato Europeo.
Vetture periodi J1 e J2
Le vetture indicate nell’Art. 1.1 dell’Appendice XI dell’Annesso K sono autorizzate a partecipare a tutte le
competizioni FIA ed a marcare punti per il campionato relativo
PNEUMATICI
Durante tutta la gara sarà consentito utilizzare un massimo di 14 pneumatici che dovranno essere dichiarati
al Commissario Tecnico Delegato FIA prima dell’inizio della gara.
Ogni pneumatico dovrà essere contrassegnato da una “E” ed identificato da un codice a barre.

San Marino – useful information
The territory of San Marino (61 sq. km) is mostly hill country, roughly square-shaped with Mount Titano in the centre (lat. 43°,
56’, 06’’ - long. east of Greenwich 12°, 26’, 56’’ - 750 metres a.s.l. and 10 km as the crow flies from the Adriatic Coast). It
borders on two Italian regions, Emilia Romagna to the north-east and Marche Montefeltro to the south-west.
In whatever part of the territory you go, in particular at the peak of its mountain (750 meters high), your gaze is lost over a
unique, dazzling panorama: the fertile soils of Emilia Romagna and the soft rolling hills of the Marche and Montefeltro, and on to
dip into the placid Adriatic sea.
The territory of San Marino is composed by nine old small towns called "Castelli", including the capital, San Marino. These small
centres arose as a result of the first human settlements; each offers something to be discovered and visited.
The Towers are interconnected by a convenient urban network of rare beauty; places for pleasurable stops in the enchanting
greenery of the Apennine foothills and Montefeltro.
POPULATION San Marino has a population of 32,743 inhabitants (30 September 2014)
CLIMATE The climate is temperate without extreme heat in summer or cold in winter. The average yearly
th
temperature is + 16° C; winter temperatures range from +10° C to -2° C (very occasionally touching -6° C); spring
temperatures from +12°C to +24° C; summer temperature ranges from +20° C to +30° C, (seldom reaching peaks of
+35° C); autumn temperatures range from +20° C to +10° C.
Institutions The function of Head of State is held by the two Captains Regent who remain in office for six months (1st April
and 1st October); they can be re-elected only three years after the have left office.
The legislative body of San Marino is the Great and General Council made up of 60 members, selected every five years by
universal suffrage of all citizens 18 years of age and older.
The Great and General Council performs political functions.
The executive power is headed by the National Congress, the Government body that implements the political choices made by
the Council.
The Captains Regent head the legislative body.
Sanmarinese statutes do not contemplate the function of Head of the Government.
COAT-OF- ARMS AND FLAG
The Republic's coat-of-arms is made up of a shield with three silver towers on
a light blue background, surrounded by a laurel branch on the right and an oak branch on the left, united by a banner
bearing the motto 'Libertas'. Over the shield is a closed crown that terminates with a pearl and cross.
The flag is made up of two horizontal bands: the upper band is white, the lower light blue with the coat-of-arms in the
centre.

The Republic of San Marino is located in Central Italy, 10 km far from the
Adriatic Sea; only road connections with Italy.

During the cableway closing times, you can reach San Marino-Borgo Maggiore following the foothpath Costa dell'Arnella.
A charming pavé road linking Borgo Maggiore to San Marino, a metaphor of the journey, an uphill climb amid ancient medieval
remnants and breathtaking scenery. Starting from the Borgo Maggiore historical centre, the footpath leads up to Porta della
Rupe (Rupe Gate), the ancient entrance through the city walls.

II territorio sammarinese (61 kmq) ha la forma di un quadrilatero irregolare in prevalenza collinare con al centro il Monte Titano
(lat. 43°, 56’, 06” - long. est da Greenwich 12°, 26’, 56” - altitudine 750 metri e distanza in linea d’aria 10 km. dal mare
Adriatico). È circondato per tutta l’estensione dei suoi confini da due regioni italiane e precisamente dall’Emilia Romagna a
nord-est e dalle Marche-Montefeltro a sud-ovest.
In qualunque parte del territorio, in particolare dalla cima del suo monte (alto 750 metri), lo sguardo si perde in un panorama
unico ed ammaliante, tra le fertili terre dell´Emilia Romagna e le morbide colline delle Marche e del Montefeltro, fino a tuffarsi
nel placido mare Adriatico.
Il territorio sammarinese si compone di nove antichi Castelli, compresa la capitale, San Marino. Questi piccoli centri sono sorti in
conseguenza dei primi insediamenti urbani della popolazione; in ognuno di essi c´è qualcosa da scoprire o da visitare.
I Castelli sono collegati tra loro da una rete urbana agevole e di rara bellezza, che consente piacevoli soste in aree verdi
nell´incantevole cornice delle colline appenniniche e del Montefeltro.
Popolazione La popolazione sammarinese al 30 settembre 2014 è di 32.743 unità.
Clima Il clima è temperato con attenuazione delle punte massime invernali ed estive (temperatura in gradi centigradi: media
annuale 16; invernale da 10 a -2 con punte minime rare di -6, primaverile da 12 a 24, estiva da 20 a 30 con punte massime rare
di 35; autunnale da 20 a 10).
Ordinamento politico - amministrativo
La funzione di Capo dello Stato è esercitata da due Capitani Reggenti che restano in carica sei mesi (1° Aprile e 1° Ottobre) e
che possono essere rieletti solamente dopo tre anni dalla scadenza dell´ultimo mandato.
Il potere legislativo viene esercitato dal Consiglio Grande e Generale, che si compone di 60 membri eletti dalla cittadinanza
ogni 5 anni.
Il potere esecutivo (Governo) è esercitato dal Congresso di Stato, composto da Segretari di Stato (Ministri).
Il territorio sammarinese è suddiviso, come dicevamo, in nove Castelli che corrispondono alle vecchie circoscrizioni parrocchiali
della Repubblica. Ogni Castello è amministrato da una Giunta presieduta da un Capitano, eletta ogni cinque anni.
Il Consiglio dei XII, eletto dal Consiglio Grande e Generale per la durata della legislatura, esercita competenze di ordine
amministrativo.
Lo stemma e la bandiera
Lo stemma della Repubblica è costituito da uno scudo con tre torri d´argento, in campo azzurro, circondato da un ramo d´alloro
a destra e di quercia a sinistra, uniti da un cartiglio col motto "Libertas".
Lo scudo è sormontato da una corona chiusa che termina con una perla ed una croce.
La bandiera è formata da due bande orizzontali: la superiore è bianca, l´inferiore azzurra con al centro lo stemma.
Come si arriva a San Marino La Repubblica di San Marino posta nell’Italia centrale, a 10 km in linea d’aria dal mare
Adriatico, ha collegamenti esclusivamente stradali con l’Italia.
