Pittore, scultore, designer… non solo, prima di tutto un artista per l’arte.
Nëri è un personaggio poliedrico che ama indagare a largo spettro. Attratto da
forme, colori e simboli trasforma ogni stimolo in ricerca.
La sua giornata è ricca di solleticazioni cerebrali, tutto diventa fonte di una
continua e incessante ispirazione. Nelle sue tele ritrae oggetti semplici come
sassi, arance, ananas, melanzane, bottiglie, luci al neon. Stimoli, ispirazioni del
gusto. Non solo semplici oggetti, ma forme ricche di poesia propria, capaci di
raccontarsi da sole quasi come un comune denominatore globale. I sassi sono
elementi presenti da sempre nel costruire dell’uomo, testimonianza del gesto e
della fatica. Le arance per forma e colore simboleggiano l’energia naturale,
intere o sezionate ricordano il sole. I neon sono linee di luce, le bottiglie di
champagne icone del lusso… Tutti elementi riconoscibili a diverse latitudini
trasformati con nuove regole in un contesto astratto. Oggetti con forme
attraenti aleggiano in campiture di colori vibranti, poesie cromatiche legate alla
tradizione del simbolo, immagini che sanno trasmettere emozioni e messaggi
in ogni lingua, cultura o religione.
Le sue opere pittoriche sono in continuo divenire, infatti, spesso vi interviene
più volte, trasformandole e reinventandole, travolto da un insaziabile senso di
perfezione ed equilibrio compositivo. Ne deriva un forte dialogo quasi fossero
tutte parti infinitesimali di un discorso in interim.
La sua incessante sperimentazione derivata da un approfondito studio sul
lavoro di grandi artisti new dada, quali Rauschenberg e Johns e dei noti
astrattisti come Newman e Stella. L’artista mette in competizione fantasia e
realtà, rappresentazione e finzione. Quadri appariscenti, dalle rigorose
geometrie compositive, linee di arance, cerchi di sassi, strips di ananas. Nelle
sue tele si alternano studi d’immagini serigrafiche derivanti dal mondo tessile,
dove la ripetizione del soggetto è impreziosita dal suo intervento informale, a
tele in cui l’artista si diverte nel virtuosismo pittorico, dove dimostra qualità e
minuzia da vero “manierista”.

Not just a painter, a sculptor, a designer… before all an artist for the art. Nëri
is a versatile character who loves investigating on a large scale. He’s attracted
by shapes, colours and symbols and he then transforms every stimulus into
research. His day is full of mental tickling, everything is source of a continuous
inspiration. In his paintings he draws simple objects as stones, oranges,
pineapples, aubergines, bottles and neon lights. Stimuli, inspirations of taste.
Not just simple objects but shapes rich from their own poetry, which can tell
their own story, as if they were global common denominator. Stones are
elements, which have always been present in the history of man’s construction
as a testimony of action and hard work. Oranges for their shapes and colours
are the symbol of natural energy, whole or in pieces, they remind you of the
sun. Neon lights are lines of light, champagne bottles are icons of luxury. All
these elements that are recognizable everywhere are transformed into an
abstract context by new rules. Objects with appealing shapes fly in vibrant
colours, chromatic poems linked to the symbol’s tradition, images which can
transmit emotions and messages in every language, culture and religion. His
paintings are changing continuously; he transforms and re-invents them
continuously caught by his need for perfection and balance. The result is a
dialogue as if they were parts of an on going speech. His endless
experimenting derives from a deep study on the works of great artists new
dada such as: Rauschenberg and Johns, and famous abstract artists like
Newman and Stella. The artist puts fantasy and reality, show and fiction in
competition. The paintings are striking, with rigorous geometrical
compositions, lines of oranges, circles of stones, strips of pineapples. In his
works there are studies of serigraphic images taken from the textile world
where the repeating of the subject is enriched by his informal intervention and
works in which the artist enjoys his artistic virtuosity by which he
demonstrates the art and minutia as a real “mannerist”.
