DESCRIPTION
Green Star SPARK 100 è un fluido minerale
severamente raffinato, inodore, ad alto grado di
purezza e bassa tossicità, con elevate proprietà
dielettriche, specificatamente sviluppato per la
lavorazione dei metalli con processo di
elettoerosione a tuffo o a filo.
Green Star SPARK 100 is a severely refined
mineral fluid, odorless, high purity and low
toxicity, with high dielectric properties,
specifically developed for the processing of metals
with the EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)
process to dip or wire.

- Elevata resistenza agli stress termici ed elettrici
- Prodotto adatto a tutti gli elettrodi, riduce
corrosione ed usura degli stessi
- Ottimo livello di trasparenza, che permette una
costante visibilità del pezzo in lavorazione
- Eccellente filtrabilità e capacità di separazione
degli sfridi metallici
- Elevato potere refrigerante
- Prodotto inodore a bassa tossicità, per una
migliore qualità dell’ambiente di lavoro
- High resistance to thermal and electrical stress
- Product suitable for all electrodes, reduces
corrosion and wear
- Very good level of transparency, which allows a
constant visibility of the workpiece
- Excellent filterability and ability to separation of
metal chips

APPLICATIONS

- Product suitable for machining of EDM or wire.
- Suitable for the production of molds and tools.
- Also suitable for the finishing processes.
- Good combination between metal removal
power and low wear of the electrodes
- Very low formation of vapors or fumes, reduced
consumption due to evaporation
- Flash point higher than 100 ° C for safety
reasons, against fire hazards
