General Measurement Setup

Measurement must be performed without the Filter. The
measured Gas must be free of oil, grease and dust.
The measurement setup can affect the accuracy of measurements.
Tight bends, kinks or dents must be avoided. For more information
please consult the user manual.
Le misurazioni devono essere effettuate senza il filtro. Il Gas
misurato deve essere esente da olio, grasso e polvere.
La configurazione di misura può influenzare la precisione della misura.

Measurement Setup for Ventilators

Measurement must be performed without the Filter. The
measured Gas must be free of oil, grease and dust.

Setup for precise flow measurement
Configurazione per misure di flusso accurate.
For precise flow measurement, the usage of the inlet pipe in the
following set up is recommended. In any case the flow is very turbulent
it is recommended to use between the inlet pipe and the CITREX the
delivered “HME 12 basic” filter.
Per misure di portata precise, è raccomandato l'utilizzo del tubo di
ingresso nel seguente set up. In ogni caso il flusso è molto turbolento si
consiglia di utilizzare tra il tubo di aspirazione e il Citrex il filtro di base
"HME 12 " fornito.

Setup for dusty or contaminated gases

The measured gases must be free of oil or grease.
If the measured gases are dusty or contaminated, the usage of the
“HME 12 basic” filter is recommened.
