ART.1 ORGANIZZAZIONE
La società A.S.D. AYGREVILLE, in collaborazione con la WALT DISNEY ITALIA, indice ed organizza un
torneo a carattere INTERNAZIONALE denominato:
3° TROFEO TOPOLINO
che si disputerà dal 13/06/2014 al 15/06/2014 presso gli impianti: VILLENEUVE, COURMAYEUR, SAINTCHRISTOPHE, GRESSAN, CHARVENSOD, ROISAN.
ART.2 CATEGORIA DI PARTECIPAZIONE E LIMITI DI ETÀ
Il torneo è riservato ai calciatori appartenenti alla categoria Pulcini 3° Anno regolarmente tesserati con la
propria società e federazione di appartenenza per la stagione in corso nati dal 01/01/2003 al 31/12/2003.
ART.3 PRESTITI
Non sono consentiti prestiti.
ART.4 ELENCHI GIOCATORI
Le società partecipanti dovranno presentare all’organizzazione del torneo, prima del suo inizio, l’elenco dei
calciatori che intendono utilizzare, fino ad un massimo di n° 14 dopo l’avvenuta consegna è proibito
apportare modifiche a tali elenchi. Nella distinta da presentare all’arbitro prima della gara saranno indicati
fino ad un massimo di 14 giocatori.
ART.5 SOSTITUZIONI
Le sostituzioni saranno effettuate nel pieno rispetto delle norme di cui al C.U. n°1 del S.G.S. Roma, tutti i
giocatori in distinta dovranno giocare almeno un tempo dei primi due; pertanto al termine del primo tempo
dovranno essere effettuate obbligatoriamente tutte le sostituzioni ed i nuovi entrati non potranno più essere
sostituiti fino al termine del secondo tempo, tranne che per validi motivi di salute; nel terzo tempo, quindi,
potranno essere effettuate sostituzioni con il sistema dei "cambi liberi".

ART.7 FORMULA DEL TORNEO
PRIMA FASE
Le squadre partecipanti sono divise in 11 gironi da 4 squadre (nominati dal girone 1 al 11). Le prime
classificate più la miglior seconda formano tre gironi finali da 4 squadre (A-B-C). Le restanti 10 seconde e

le 6 migliori terze formano quattro gironi da 4 squadre (D-E-F-G). Le restanti terze e le quarte formano
quattro gironi da 4 squadre (H-I-L-M).
FASE FINALE
Le prime classificate dei gironi A-B-C e la miglior seconda formano un girone finale da quattro (1°- 4°
posto), le rimanenti seconde e le 2 migliori terze formano un girone finale da 4 (5°-8° posto), la rimanente
terza e le quarte formano un girone finale da quattro (9°- 12° posto).
Le prime classificate dei gironi D-E-F-G formano un girone finale da quattro (13°-16° posto), le seconde
formano un girone finale da 4 (17°-20° posto), le terze formano un girone finale da quattro (21°- 24°
posto). Le quarte formano un girone finale da quattro (25°- 28° posto).
Le prime classificate dei gironi H-I-L-M formano un girone finale da quattro (29°-32° posto), le seconde
formano un girone finale da 4 (33°-36° posto), le terze formano un girone finale da quattro (37°- 40°
posto). Le quarte formano un girone finale da quattro (41°- 44° posto).
ART.8 CLASSIFICHE
Le classifiche saranno redatte in base ai seguenti criteri:
3 punti per la vittoria - 1 punto per il pareggio – 0 punti per la sconfitta
in caso di parità di punteggio valgono i criteri in ordine elencati:
1. Esito degli incontri diretti;
2. Differenza reti negli incontri diretti fra le squadre a parità di punti;
3. Differenza reti sul totale degli incontri disputati nel girone;
4. Maggior numero di reti segnate sul totale degli incontri disputati nel girone;
5. Sorteggi.
ART.9 TEMPI DI GARA E SVOLGIMENTO
Le gare si svolgeranno in 2 (due) tempi della durata di 12 (dodici) minuti ciascuno.
le partite si giocano 7 > 7 su campi di dimensioni regolamentari con porte regolamentari ed utilizzo di palloni
n° 4.
ART.10 CALCI DI RIGORE
Sono vietati.
ART.11 TEMPI SUPPLEMENTARI
Non sono previsti tempi supplementari.
ART.12 ARBITRI
Le partite saranno arbitrate dagli stessi giocatori che partecipano alla gara (autoarbitraggio).
ART.13 DISCIPLINA DEL TORNEO
La disciplina del torneo viene affidata al giudice sportivo titolare o supplente del comitato di competenza.
ART.14 AUTOMATISMO DELLE SANZIONI
L’articolo 45 comma 2 del codice di giustizia sportiva non prevede l’automatismo delle sanzioni per la
categoria esordienti che, pertanto dovranno soggiacere ai provvedimenti del giudice sportivo.
ART.15 RECLAMI
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati entro 30 minuti dalla fine della gara accompagnati dalla tassa
di € 30,00 (trenta/00); copia del reclamo dovrà essere consegnata alla controparte sempre nei termini dei 30
minuti.

ART. 16 ASSICURAZIONE
È responsabilità di ogni società partecipante assicurare ai propri giocatori la copertura assicurativa.
L’organizzazione del torneo è responsabile della regolarità della copertura assicurativa.
ART. 17 “INCONTRO EDUCATIVO”
La società organizzatrice durante lo svolgimento del torneo organizzerà in collaborazione con il Settore
Giovanile e Scolastico un incontro tecnico-educativo rivolto ai tecnici, dirigenti, genitori e calciatori.
Art.18 NORME GENERALI
Per quanto non previsto dal presente regolamento, valgono le disposizioni dei regolamenti federali in quanto
compatibili, e quelle riportate sul comunicato ufficiale n°1 del settore giovanile e scolastico relativo alla
stagione sportiva in corso.
Art. 19 COMITATO DEL TORNEO
Sarà predisposto un comitato di torneo che, sarà responsabile per qualunque disputa, protesta, reclamo o
circostanza non prevista. Il Comitato sarà composto dalle seguenti persone:

Art.1:organization
a.s.d. Aygreville, with collaboration of walt disney italy, organizes an international tournament entitled:
3° TROFEO TOPOLINO
The tournament will take place from 13- 15 june 2014
Sports equipment: VILLENEUVE, COURMAYEUR, SAINT-CHRISTOPHE, GRESSAN, CHARVENSOD,
ROISAN.
Art.2: category of participation and age limits
The tournament is reserved to the young players to the category pulcini 2003 regularly enrolled with his
federation for the current season born from 01.01.2003 to 31.12.2003.
Art.3: loans
Loans are not allowed.
Art.4: football players list
A list of players who will participate shall be produced and given to the organizer committee before the start
of the tournament. Lists shall comprise a maximum of 16 players.
Once the lists have been delivered to the organizer committee, they can not be changed.
The list of players for team, that shall be produced for the referee, is limited to 14 players.
art.5: substitution
All players in the list must to play at least once in the first two, so at the end of the first time should be made
all replacements and new entrants can not longer be replaced until the end of the second time, except for
valid reasons of health; in the third time, therefore, substitutions may be made with the system of “free
exchange”.

Art.7 tournament formula
First phase
The participating teams are divided into 11 groups of 4 teams ( appointed by the group 1-11 ) . The first
classified plus the best second end forming three groups of 4 teams (a-b-c) . The remaining 10 second- and

third- best sixth form four groups of 4 teams ( d-e-f-g ). The remaining third and fourth form four groups of 4
teams ( h-i-l-m ).
Final
The group winners and the best second a-b-c form a final round of four (1st - 4th place) , the remaining
second and third best 2 form a final round 4- ( 5 -8th place ) , the remaining third and fourth form a final
round of four (9th - 12th ) .
The group winners d-e-f-g form a final round of four (13 th -16 th place ) , the latter forming a final round 4 (
17th-20th place ) , the third form a final round of four (21 ° - 24th place ) . The fourth form a final round of
four (25 th - 28 th place ) .
The group winners h-i-l-m form a final round of four (29 th -32 th place ) , the latter forming a final round of 4
(33 ° -36 ° place ) , the third form a final round of four (37 ° - 40 th place ) . The fourth form a final round of
four (41 th - 44 th place ) .
Art. 8 ranking
The ranking will be drawn up in light of the following criteria:
3 points for win
1 point for draw
0 points for defeat
In case of equal points apply the criteria in order listed:
1. Outcome of meetings direct;
2. Difference nets in direct meeting between the teams to equality of points;
3. Difference nets on total of meetings played in round;
4. Highest number of goals scored on total of meetings played in round;
5. Drawing.
Art.9 halves of games
The matches will take place in 2 (two) times of 12 minutes each .
Matches are played 7 > 7 regular football field with regular door and number balls five.
art.10 penalty
No penalties.
Art.11. Extra time
No extra time.
Art.12 referees
The matches are refereed by the players participating in the competition (autoarbitraggio).
Art. 13 tournament committee
The committee of the tournament is responsible for any discussion, protest, complaint or unexpected
circumstance. The committee will be composed by the following persons:

The committee will not accept protests or claims about the decisions of the referees.
If necessary the committee will report to their national or international federation responsible to take the
measures every player and every member of the participating delegations found guilty of conduct notsportive during the tournament.
Art.14 discipline of the tournament
The discipline of the tournament is garanteed by the sport judge in charge or substitute of the competent
committee.
Art.15 immediacy of sanctions (for the tournament of rapid development)
The immediacy of sanctions is provided by regulations as follows: a player sent off during a game will not
participate to the following match, except in case of more severe sanctions imposed by the sport judge; a
player cautioned twice during the tournament will be disqualified for a match after a sanction of the sport
judge.
Art.16 complaint
All protests or complaints shall be made to the tournament committee, whose decision shall be final and
binding. The complaint have to be put forward by 30 minutes from the end of the match after having paid a
tax of € 30, 00. A copy of the claim has to be put forward to the counterpart by 30 minutes from the end of
the match. The committee will not accept protests or complaints relating to decisions taken by the
referee.
Art. 17 insurance
Every participant club has to provide his players the insurance cover.
The tournament organization is responsible of the regularity of the insurance cover.
Art.18 i.f.a.b.
The matches are played with the rules of the international football associations board (ifab) of the current
edition.
Art. 19 “educational meeting”
During the tournament the organizing club will organize, in collaboration with the youth and school
department, a technical and educational meeting directed to technicians, managers, parents and football
players.
Art.20 general rules
As regards anything not expressly provided by this regulations, are valid norms of regulations federal and
regulations reported on the official statament n.1 for youth and school sector concerning the season current.
