permette il recupero ed il riciclo dell’abrasivo utilizzato e la conseguente separazione
dalle polveri sollevate. Il recupero delle polveri avviene tramite un aspiratore industriale
(collocato all'interno della struttura) capace di supportare l'impianto costantemente
senza intervalli per la manutenzione.

The sandblasting system has a grip with front brush that allows for the collection and
recycling of the abrasive used and the subsequent separation from the particles. The
particles are collected through an industrial suction systems (placed inside the structure)
capable of supporting the plant constantly without maintenance intervals.

La tecnologia si basa su un sistema che prevede la fuoriuscita dall'ugello di 2 oppure
3 componenti: aria, granulato ed eventualmente acqua, ognuno dei quali è
regolabile indipendentemente. Variando il tipo di polvere e la pressione di
applicazione in funzione della durezza del prodotto da asportare e del supporto da
trattare, è possibile ottenere un'infinita varietà di miscele e quindi scegliere quella
più adatta per avere il risultato migliore.
