Daniele Cutolo, Consultant to ADR Center, is an Italian attorney, LLM in International Law, Dispute
Resolution Specialization at Hamline University, School of Law (St. Paul – MN), an arbitrator, a commercial
mediator and an ADR trainer. His main professional area of work is national and international contracts and
he represents companies, national and international, public organizations and associations in the area of
