1) Title: Social Media Marketing, Content Creator and PR Assistant
Sector: Business Incubator for Women
Tasks and responsibilities: Team player to work with our marketing team and assist the
development and delivery of the digital marketing strategy. In particular monitoring and
managing social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, and to
regularly update the organisation’s newsletter.
 Work with colleagues and agencies, to help plan and implement online marketing
campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and bookings across social media, search engine
optimisation and PR
 Source and produce engaging content to ensure the newsletters, and social media channels
are up to date, relevant and interesting (e.g. the creation of videos).
 Drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of
campaign success
 Proof read content, including but not only social media, blog articles and press releases.
 Help to increase conversion rates with regard to the above digital marketing channels
 Social Media management and content creation
 Written skills and a keen eye for detail
 Some understanding of non profit organisations
 Some knowledge of copy writing and proof reading
 Skills of working with IT, Photoshop or similar program
 Time Management skills
 Problem solving and creativity

2) Title: Events planning assistant
Field: Law centre
Tasks and responsibilities: To assist the team in the run up to events with administrative
tasks and planning and also provide support during events.






Dealing with bookings and events enquiries
Preparing event materials
Liaising with venue to organise logistics
Attend events to provide assistance
Sending out any event correspondence to attendees
Overseeing and supporting volunteers providing assistance with events
Where: South west London, UK

3) Title: Outreach / marketing assistant

Tasks and responsibilities:
 Organize, attend, and participate in special events and promotions advocating volunteering
for local community
 Serve as spokesperson for the organization at some meetings, special and media events.
 Responsible for developing and implementing new creative ways for outreach, encouraging
people to join volunteering. This can be done through a combination of personal contacts,
brochures, mass mailings, public presentations, special events, the Internet, etc.
 Maintain effective relationships with local organisations, councils, employers, etc

6) Title: Studio assistant
Field: Arts Gallery
Tasks and responsibilities:









Handle phone enquiries and personal visits
Plan and coordinate events and exhibits.
Ensure that the gallery is clean and tidy
Ensure visitors follow the rules.
Responsible for keeping artwork safe while the gallery is open.
Staff the front desk, greet visitors, answer questions and field sales inquiries.
Promote current and upcoming exhibits
Help with the physical installation of exhibits.
Painting or repairing walls and pedestals, allocating display materials and removing artwork
when an exhibit is over.
 Operate audio-visual equipment and keep gallery's website and social media up to date.
