ACCIAIO INOSSIDABILE
AISI 316
L’acciaio inossidabile è una lega a base di ferro, carbonio e cromo (minimo 11%), con aggiunta di altri elementi: nichel,
molibdeno, manganese, silicio e titanio. Resiste alla corrosione grazie ad una sottile pellicola di ossido di cromo che si
forma sulla sua superficie. Tale pellicola, costituita dall’ossigeno assorbito per esposizione all’aria del metallo stesso,
diventa la naturale barriera di protezione ai normali agenti atmosferici. È evidente quindi che qualsiasi causa che altera
l’uniformità di questa pellicola sulla superficie dell’acciaio, ne riduce drasticamente la resistenza alla corrosione. L’acciaio
inossidabile può subire anche notevoli danni se non viene trattato con le dovute precauzioni. La mutazione della
natura chimico-fisica dell’ambiente in cui esso si può trovare danno luogo in breve ed a volte in brevissimo tempo, ad
inconvenienti di notevole gravità. La sua resistenza e durata, sono strettamente legate ad una buona manutenzione e
all’utilizzo di prodotti e materiali di pulizia idonei a preservarne le caratteristiche originali.
PRINCIPALI CAUSE DI OSSIDAZIONE
Analisi metallografiche effettuate in passato su articoli con problemi analoghi a questo, hanno dimostrato
inequivocabilmente che alcune sostanze o situazioni non necessariamente di carattere straordinario, possono provocare
inconvenienti del tipo riportato in oggetto.
Possiamo elencare fra queste:
Residui ferrosi lasciati decantare sulle superfici umide (non asciugate), portati in circolo dall’acqua, dai cibi o dai prodotti di
cucina utilizzati per la pulizia (raschietti, pagliette, ecc.).
Calcare: esso impedisce il normale scambio termico del metallo contribuendo ad indebolire (stress) l’acciaio nei punti o nelle
superfici dove si è accumulato.
Sono assolutamente da evitare prodotti detergenti a base di cloro o ammoniaca, come ad esempio la candeggina o
prodotti analoghi normalmente in commercio, poiché possono produrre seri effetti di corrosione se non abbondantemente,
rapidamente ed opportunamente risciacquati. Il contatto o solo i vapori emanati da prodotti acidi (l’acido muriatico/
cloridrico) o alcalini (l’ipoclorito di sodio/candeggina/varichina) o ammoniaca, utilizzati direttamente o contenuti nei comuni
detersivi, per la pulizia e la igienizzazione di pavimenti, piastrelle e superfici lavabili, possono avere un effetto ossidante/
corrosivo sull’acciaio inox.
FINITURE - Satinato
MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
Passare un panno morbido inumidito sulla superficie per pulirla dallo sporco più leggero. Nel caso di sporco più ostinato
passare la superficie, seguendo la direzione della satinatura, con una spugnetta abrasiva priva di qualsiasi componente
metallico. Dopo la pulizia si consiglia di passare la superficie con un panno morbido imbevuto con un liquido pulente
specialistico ad alta efficienza per il rinnovo di acciaio inox e idoneo anche per uso su alluminio. Tale liquido deve essere a
base d’acqua ed esente da solventi e siliconi . Il liquido, usato con parsimonia, crea sulla superficie un film protettivo che la
rende brillante e la protegge dal nuovo sporco . Per la pulizia dell’acciaio potete richiedere il nostro kit composto dal panno,
spugnetta abrasiva e liquido di pulizia. Se si utilizza solo acqua è importante asciugare bene per evitare il calcare.
Mai usare soluzioni a base di acido cloridrico (IUPAC) o contenenti alogenuri in generale (es. sale da cucina).
Se accidentalmente tali soluzioni oppure l’ipoclorito di sodio (candeggina) dovessero essere a contatto con l’acciaio
inossidabile, bisogna lavare abbondantemente con acqua e asciugare.
STAINLESS STEEL
AISI 316
Stainless steel is an alloy composed of iron, carbonium and a minimum of 11% chromium as well as nickel, molybdenum,
manganese, silicon, titanium. It does not corrode or rust thanks to the chromium, which, when exposed to oxygen, forms
a thin layer of chromium (III) oxide. This layer constitutes, therefore, a natural protection from the common atmospheric
agents. Obviously, any cause altering the uniformity of this layer on the steel surface drastically reduces the resistance to
corrosion. Furthermore, stainless steel can be damaged by inappropriate cleaning products.
MAIN CAUSES OF OXIDATION
From past metallographic analysis performed on items with such problems, it has been unequivocally demonstrated that
some substances or situations, not necessarily of exceptional nature, may cause some of the inconveniences listed below:
- Ferrous residuals left on wet surfaces (not dried).
- Limestone: it prevents the normal thermal exchange of the metal further weakening the stainless steel in those
positions or surfaces where it is present.
- Absolutely avoid chlorine detergents, such as bleach or similar products, as they can have serious corrosive effects if
not thoroughly, quickly and properly rinsed off. The contact or even the simple vapours released by acids (muriatic acid/

hydrochloric acid) or alkali (sodium hypochlorite/beach) or ammonia, used directly or contained in the detergents used
for the cleaning and sanitizing of floor, tiles and other washable surfaces can have a corrosive/oxidizing effect on the
stainless steel parts.
Do not lay on the surfaces any cloth, sponge or similar items dampened with the above mentioned substances.
FINISHES - Brushed
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
In order to remove slight grime we suggest using a wet cloth. For obstinate dirt you can use an abrasive sponge (that
contains no metal). The satin surfaces must be cleaned following the satin direction. After cleaning as indicated, it is
advisable to wipe the surface with a cloth that has been dampened with a specific cleaning product: a water –based
product, free of silicone and solvents, highly efficient in the renewal of stainless steel and aluminum.
ALWAYS USE A SMALL QUANTITY
This kind of solvent, creates a protective layer on the surface, which makes it bright and protects it from dirt.
You can ask for our kit which is composed of one cloth, an abrasive sponge and cleaning liquid. Should you use water
only, remember to carefully dry the surface, in order to avoid any limescale. Do not use hydrochloric acid based or halide
containing (eg. Salt) detergents. Should these solutions or the hypochlorite acid (bleach) come into contact with the
stainless steel, clean it thoroughly with water and dry.
CORDINO TESSUTO ACRILICO
Cordino con anima in poliestere rivestito acrilico tinto in massa e trattato Teflon.
Il cordino ha un ottima resistenza alla luce, agli agenti atmosferici; il trattamento al teflon lo rende idrorepellente
ed antimacchia.

ENKADRAIN
Material used for coating the internal part of the flower pots, either for indoor or outdoor use.
It is made of the three-dimensional core of looped polyamide monofilaments.
The two filters block the passage of soil but allow the water to drain thus avoiding stagnation.

IMBOTTITURA CUSCINI NEST
L’imbottitura delle sedute è realizzata mediante DRYFEEL cioè poliuretano espanso a cellula chiusa. L’imbottitura degli
schienali è realizzata in Paineira Il Dryfeel è autodrenante, antimuffa ed immune a batteri ed è ricoperto da una tela anche
essa antimuffa ed antibatterica. La Paineira è un fibra lanosa prodotta dell’albero omonimo, biologica, biodegradabile,
anallergica, idrorepellente, isolante termico antimuffa e trattata con un antibatterico naturale. Rivestimento del cuscino

NEST CUSHIONS PADDING
Seat-cushion padding is made with DRYFEEL, that is, a polyurethane closed self-draining cell.
Back-cushion padding is realised with Paineira Dryfeel is self-draining, impervious to mold and bacteria. It is covered with
a canvas that is also antibacterial and anti-mold. Paineira is a wooly fibre produced by the namesake tree. It is biological,
biodegradable, hypoallergenic, water-repellent, thermal insulator, anti-mould and treated with a natural anti-bacterical.
Cushion overlay in anti-mould and antibacterial fabric.
The padding can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild cleaner.

- Rotture e problematiche derivanti da impiego o istallazioni non corrette;

Esempi di usi scorretti da evitare:
- Salire in piedi sul prodotto;

Le quotazioni all’interno del listino sono in Euro e si intendono Iva esclusa. L’ordine

giorni lavorativi dall’invio della conferma non si accettano più variazioni dell’ordine di

manufacturing faults. This period starts from the invoice date.
The guarantee is not valid in the following cases:
- Lack of maintenance of the product;
- Natural wear of the product;
- Improper use of the product;
- Breakage and problems caused by improper use of the product;
- Modifications/adjustments made to the product;
- Accidents or natural calamities;
- Repairs performed by third parties other than CORO.
Examples of improper use to avoid:
- Stand up on the product;
- Use the product as if a ladder;
- Sitting on the backs, armrests or on the edge of the table;
- Rocking on the chairs.
Quotations on the price list are expressed in Euros and are excluding VAT tax. The order
confirmation is binding and final. Three (3) days from the receipt of the confirmation
no changes and/or variations will be accepted. Delivery terms indicated in the order
confirmation cannot be considered binding. No compensation will be rewarded in the case
