Development of new methods for stereochemical determinations by means of spectroscopic techniques (NMR, CD, VCD). Molecular modelling of organic molecules with molecular mechanics, semi-empirical and ab initio methods. Non-empirical calculations of chiroptical and electronic properties of organic molecules and metal complexes.
