programma e incontro di progetto
Gli studenti partecipanti all’incontro di progetto in Danimarca dal 5 al 9 aprile 2016
sono pregati di prendere visione del programma di visita e del promemoria di viaggio riportati
qui di seguito.
La partenza dalla sede centrale dell’Istituto è anticipata alle ore 10.15.
Il giorno 1 aprile dalle ore 13.00 alle ore 13.50 è previsto un incontro di preparazione
in sede centrale.
Il tagliando per presa visione della comunicazione in oggetto firmato da un genitore
dovrà essere consegnato alla prof.ssa Tomain al momento della riunione.

liquidi /medicinali: capienza max di 100 ml e devono essere contenuti in una busta trasparente

Cibo: panini+bibite da mettere nel bagaglio in stiva oppure nel bagaglio a mano ma da consumare

SPESE le attività durante la visita sono tutte incluse ad eccezione dei costi di trasporto in loco. Tener
conto di spese per acquisto di regalini o di cibo extra durante le escursioni o le attività serali. Il cambio
si può effettuare presso le banche o uffici di cambio direttamente in Danimarca oppure prelevando dai
bancomat locali.
Presente alle famiglie: un piccolo regalo alla famiglia ospitante rappresentativo della nostra cultura

RACCOMANDAZIONI: Rispetto delle regole civili di comportamento e puntualità al mattino e ai pasti.

Tuesday: You will be met at the airport by Danish students who will take you by metro and by train to Hilllerød
and on to your home for the next five days. We will all meet at the school for a welcome dinner at 19.30.
Wednesday: We begin the programme on Wednesday morning at 9.00. After the welcome session there will
be an introduction by the Danish students. After that a lecture by a sociologist who will give you information
and insight into the topic of social inclusion. Based on this and on the work you have prepared at home we
shall have the first workshop where you will work in mixed groups. Further instructions will be given. But
before that there will be a short session of get-to-know-each-other and lunch. After the workshop we shall
walk through our town of Hillerød and end up at Frederiksborg Castle. The Castle was built in 1600-1620 by
our renaissance King Christian lV. You have a guided tour there. The rest of the afternoon and the evening will
be spent with your hosts.
Thursday: Our schoolday begins at 8:10, and you will join your host for his/her lesson until 9:45. Then there is
a morning assembly in the hall. We leave the school at 10.00 by bus to go to Østervang which is a local
community, some may call deprived. Your workshop there is to make a video diary. Instructions will be given.
Please hand the video over to a Danish teacher afterwards. You will be guided around by local experts. We
drive back to school for lunch before we take the train to Copenhagen. Here the Danish students have

prepared a guided tour of all the sights! You end up at Tivoli Gardens; an amusement park, where the rest of
the Danish students will join you.
Friday: At 8.10 you will meet the school’s student council. They will tell you about the school democracy and
how it all works. Do ask and compare! Then there will be a guided tour of the school in small groups.
Workshop 3 begins at 10:00. Now you must come up with innovative ideas based on what you have learned
the previous days. Lunch is at 12:00. After that you will meet a panel of students who come from backgrounds
not easily included in the educational system. They will tell you how they have managed and what obstacles
they have faced. In the afternoon your hosts will take care of you. There is a students’ party at the school in
the evening!
Saturday: Departure. Your hosts will take you to the airport.
We look forward to meeting you all and hope we shall have a productive and fun week
in Hillerød
