Ecco la nostra casa, col suo nuovo look, nel centro di Vigo
di Fassa, a 100 m dalla Funivia Catinaccio, immersa nel
verde di 1000 mq di prato-giardino privato e recintato,
attrezzato con giochi per i bambini e ping-pong.
Non esistono problemi di parcheggio, nel nostro grande
piazzale privato.
Il deposito sci con scalda-scarponi ed il deposito per le
biciclette sono a disposizione.
A richiesta è possibile avere asciugamani, lenzuola e usare il garage coperto.
Curiamo personalmente la gestione della nostra casa, quindi possiamo assicurare il perfetto stato
di manutenzione e la massima pulizia.

Here our house, with its new one look, in the center of Vigo
di Fassa, to 100 m from the excursions center - ski area
Catinaccio, dipped in the green of 1000 mq of private garden
equipped with games for the children and tennis-table.
Parking problems do not exist, in our private large square.
We have a ski-depot with warm-ski-shoes.
On demand: towels, bedsheeds and garage.
We personally cure the management of our house, therefore we can assure the perfect state
of maintenance and cleaning.

Das ist unserem Haus, im Mittel von Vigo di Fassa.
Das Haus entfernt nur 100 m von Catinaccio-Seilbahn. Wir
haben ein Privat-Garten von 1000 mq, mit Spielen fuer
Kinder und Tischtennis.
Wir haben kein Parking-Problem, mit unserem grossem
Privatparkplatz.
Fuer unsere Gaeste, ski-raum mit Getrocknen-Skischue und bike-depot
Nach Anfrage: Bettwaesche, Badetuecher und Garage.
Wir selbst pflegen unserem Haus und so versichern wir perfekte Behandlung und
Sauberkeit.

Al piano terra, la zona giorno si affaccia verso sud-est e sud-ovest,
con magnifica vista sulla Cima Dodici e la Marmolada
L'appartamento è ideale per coppie o famiglie con
bambini piccoli.
Si può configurare a piacere da 37 a 75 mq:
da soggiorno con angolo cottura e TV-SAT, camera e
bagno con sanitari sospesi, doccia e lavatrice

soggiorno, cucina, 2 camere da letto, doppi servizi
con doccia e lavatrice.
La cucina è in vetroceramica e comprende il forno

In giardino ci sono le altalene, lo scivolo-castello
della Chicco, la tartaruga-sabbiera ed il ping-pong
(al coperto in garage), sempre a disposizione.
La nostra zona verde privata è recintata e i
bambini possono correre e giocare in assoluta
sicurezza.
Nel prato ci sono delle sdraio a disposizione dei
nostri ospiti
La comodità di abitare in centro ma in mezzo al
verde, senza problemi di parcheggio, con tutti i
servizi a portata di mano.
A 100 metri di distanza la Funivia col centro
escursioni Catinaccio in estate e la ski Area
Catinaccio col suo bellissimo baby-park.
