Aceto di Vino ROSSO INVECCHIATO IN BARRIQUE 250 - 500 ml Aceto “Reale” di Vino Bianco e Rosso “Reale” White and Red Wine Vinegar acidità 6,5% - residuo alcolico 1,4% 6,5% acidity – 1,4% alcoholic residue Il top della gamma Varvello e, secondo gli intenditori, anche del mercato. Un aceto di qualità invecchiato, dal gusto rotondo, morbido e particolarmente “vinoso”, ottenuto dalla fermentazione di vini da tavola Piemontesi selezionati a elevata gradazione. Il prolungato e sapiente invecchiamento in botti di Rovere di Slavonia e Larice d’America ne esalta il profumo e l’aroma grazie all’alta percentuale (1,4%) di alcol residuo lasciato durante la fermentazione. Ecco le virtù che lo rendono unico: - una percentuale maggiore di alcool residuo; - una ricchezza superiore di componenti non estrattivi e di composti volatili; - un complesso di requisiti chimici, fisici ed organolettici perfettamente armonici e correlati. Il risultato è un aceto che si distingue per maggior appetibilità, ricercatezza e pregio: un vero aceto di vino da degustazione, da assaporare come un grande vino.
