For the race participation we kindly ask to fill out the race registration form and send it back within June 20 2014.
International participants must be in possession of a private accident insurance, general third party liability insurance, a
medical certificate (a copy of the medical certificate must be handed over at the pick up of the starting number) of physical
eligibility according to the Italian D.M.V. 18/02/1982 and being in the psycho-physical conditions to take part in long distance
cycling races or being in possession of a cycling license 2014 released from the national cycling federation recognized by the
UCI. Italian participants must be in possession of a cycling licence 2014.
Per la partecipazione alla gara preghiamo di compilare l’apposito modulo d’iscrizione e di rispedircelo entro il 20.06.2014.
Ricordiamo che per l’ammissione alla gara è necessario essere tesserati per il 2014 presso una società ciclistica affiliata alla
FCI o Enti della Consulta.

With the signature on the enrolment form the participant declares having read and unconditionally accepted the rules of the
Maratona dles Dolomites – Enel 2014 published on the website www.maratona.it and declares being in possession of private
accident insurance, general third party liability insurance, a medical certificate of physical eligibility according to the Italian
D.M.V. 18/02/1982 and being in the psycho-physical conditions to take part in long distance cycling races or being in
possession of a cycling license 2014 released from the national cycling federation recognized by the UCI. For incidents during
the race the organising committee will not take upon the liability. Further the undersigned declares not to have a license as
professional or Elite with a Professional or a Continental contract in 2014 or in the last 4 years (2010 – 2013) (in case of male
cyclists). For females the same rule applies but it is limited to 2014 and the last 2 years (2012 – 2013). Cyclists (male and
females) with an Elite license without contract in 2014 or in the last 2 years (2012 – 2013) are not admitted to the race.
Cyclists who have in 2014 or in the last 2 years (2012-2013) an U23 license can participate to the Maratona, but not before
the age of 25. A copy of the medical certificate (or a copy of a cycling license 2014 released from the national cycling
federation recognized by the UCI) must be handed over at the pick up of the starting number.
Sottoscrivendo il modulo d’iscrizione il concorrente dichiara di aver attentamente preso visione ed incondizionatamente
accettato il regolamento della Maratona dles Dolomites - Enel 2014 pubblicato sul sito www.maratona.it e dichiara di essere in
possesso dell’attestato medico secondo il D.M. del 18/02/82, di essere in possesso di regolare tessera e di un’assicurazione
per responsabilità civile verso terzi. Il partecipante esprime il consenso dell’utilizzo delle sue immagini e dei suoi dati, giusto il
disposto della legge sulla Privacy n.196 del 2003.
