system during the Congress – the following additional services will be totally free:
– Congress Centre Shuttle Service (from/to Hotel)
– On-site Information Point
– Tickets booking (flights / railways)
– Restaurants reservation
– Private transfers reservation
– Social activities reservation
• Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be accepted.
• Booking confirmation and voucher to show on arrival will be sent by e-mail.
• Any cancellation and/or change should be sent to Make Tourism and will be handled according to the policy of cancellation
sent at the time of booking.
• This form is not valid for bookings made by Firms and/or Institutes, who should kindly send a separate request to Make
Tourism.
