HULL : Construction on female mould with traditional single-skin lamination of the bottom hull with Kevlar and vacuum
technique of the closed cell, vinyl-ester resin PVC cored sandwich bulwarks. Structural sandwich bulkheads, laminated
with Kevlar by vacuums technique.
DECK : Construction on female mould with closed cell, vinyl-ester resin PVC cored and Kevlar - sandwich vacuum
lamination.
SUPERSTRUCTURE : one-piece carbon fiber structure, with glass thickness of 8 millimeters on the side and 12
millimeters thick on the top and front side with 10 millimeters attachment.

The engine room is accessible through the Hydraulic engine room hatch or through the emergency escape hatch.
Bulkheads and broadsides of the engine room are covered with fireproof and sound absorbing materials. Ceiling is
covered with fireproof materials and finished with white sound-absorbing sheet Dibond.
The floor is made of fiberglass panels coated with anti-slip sheet and stuck on an aluminium structure fixed to the hull
structure. The main engines are pre-assembled with the gearboxes and they are provided with anti-vibration system;
during the installation they are fixed to steel plates embedded in the longitudinal structure of the hull. The diesel
generators are equipped with hydraulic anti-vibration and sound-box systems.
