L’offerta:
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato full time secondo gli standard del servizio pubblico inglese:
* Stipendio Nurse Band 5 da £ 21,692 a £ 28,180 a seconda dell’esperienza.
* 37,5 ore a settimana;
* 27 giorni di ferie + 8 festivi all’anno
- Possibilità di iniziare a lavorare in attesa del completamento della registrazione all’albo;
- Benefit da 890£ che includono:
* Caparra e 1 mese di affitto (l’ospedale preparerà la sistemazione per i nuovi infermieri prima
del loro arrivo);
* Rimborso del volo per l’UK;
* Rimborso della quota annuale di registrazione all’albo NMC
Il profilo richiesto:
 Laurea in infermieristica;
 Registrazione a NMC almeno iniziata;
 Motivazione a fare carriere in un ospedale pubblico;
 Conoscenza dell’inglese a livello intermedio: dal livello B1 in su (non sono necessarie
certificazioni);

Best Personnel is recruiting Nurses for the Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation
Trust, in Northamptonshire, in England. Our client is looking for nurses with and without
experience to work in Medicine, Surgery, Elderly Care, Cardiology and Theatre, among
others. Situated just 1h by train from London, the hospital is also in close proximity to the
Luton, Stansted and Birmingham airports, offering an abundance of international flight
options. The hospital received in 2014 an award from the National Ambulatory Emergency Care
Delivery Network for its outstanding contribution in relieving pressure from A&E services in the
region.
Candidate profile:





Degree in Nursing;
Registration with the NMC initiated or completed;
Intermediate level of English;
Interest to develop career in a public hospital within the NHS;
Newly graduated or inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with
previous experience in Cardiology and Theatre are encouraged to apply, as this
experience is greatly valued by the hospital.
About the offer:







Standard NHS Permanent contract;
Salary Band 5 (£ 21,478 to £ 27,901) for all registered nurses, dependent on
demonstrated experience by the candidate.
37.5 weekly hours;
27 days of yearly leave and 8 holidays;
In the event a candidate has not completed his/her registration with the NMC at the time
of commencement of employment, he will be invited to begin working as a healthcare
assistant until the registration is complete:
Career progression and development opportunities;
The hospital is also offering up to £890 which can be allocated to:
o Accommodation (deposit and 1 month’s rent) with on-site accommodation
provided through a six month tenancy agreement;
o Flights into the UK;
o Reimbursement for the NMC first annual fee
Interviews will be conducted face-to-face in Rome, on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of June
June 2015. Dates and specific venue will be decided in direct contact with your recruitment
consultant.
