INTRODUZIONE
INTRODUCTION
DigE-Check è un flussometro elettronico a batteria per controllare
comodamente, in pochi secondi, la portata di ogni singolo ugello
della barra irroratrice e determinarne lo stato di usura evitando
errate distribuzioni di prodotti chimici.
DigE-Check is a battery operated electronic flow meter. It provides
fast and accurate flow rate measurement in seconds. Quickly find
worn spray tips. No more incorrect distribution of chemical products.

Prima di iniziare le misurazioni, controllare che
cisterna e tubazioni contengano solamente acqua
pulita. Schiume o residui di prodotto chimico
pregiudicano la precisione della misurazione
FUNZIONI PULSANTE
Before starting any measurement please be sure that
tank and pipes holds clear water only. Foam or
chemicals residues will affect flow rate measurement
accuracy
KEYS DESCRIPTION
1 – Impostazione unità di misura;
2 - Accensione;
3 – Spegnimento.
1 – Flow rate measurement unit setting;
2 - Power on;
3 – Power off.
IMPOSTAZIONE UNITA DI MISURA
Spegnere lo strumento mantenendo premuto il pulsante START
per 3 secondi fino a che il display mostrerà ( _ _ _ ) quindi
rilasciarlo. Un indicatore lampeggiante ( _ ) apparirà sopra l'unità di
misura impostata. Passare alternativamente da l/min, oz/min e
USGal/min premendo brevemente il pulsante START. Una volta
scelta l’unità di misura desiderata, attendere 5 secondi senza
premere il pulsante START. Lo strumento manterrà la nuova
impostazione e si spegnerà automaticamente. Da questo momento
la lettura verrà effettuata nella unità di misura impostata.
FLOW RATE UNIT SETTING
Turn off the meter by pressing and holding the START button for 3
seconds until the display shows ( _ _ _ ) then release it. A flashing
bar ( _ ) will appear above the set measuring unit. Switch between
l/min, oz/min or USgal/min by pressing shortly the START button
again. Once the desired unit is selected, wait 5 seconds without
pressing the START button.
The flow meter will enter the new setting and shut off automatically.
Now all reading will be made applying the new selected measuring
unit.
ACCENSIONE
Avviare preventivamente la pompa e aprire lo spruzzatore o la
sezione di barra oggetto della misurazione.
Premere brevemente il pulsante START. Il display lampeggia
(000) indicando che il funzionamento corretto. Apparirà un
indicatore sopra la unità di misura precedentemente impostata.
Automaticamente il display mostrerà (- - -) e sarà possibile
effettuare la misurazione entro 60 secondi.
POWER ON
Run the pump and switch on the nozzle or boom section to be
checked.
Press shortly the START button. The display will flash (000)
indicating that the flow meter works properly. A marker will appear
above the currently selected flow rate measurement unit. Then the
display will show ( - - - ). Now you have 60 seconds to start the flow
rate measurement.
MISURAZIONE
Posizionare il DigE-Check inclinato di 45° direttamente sotto
l’ugello da controllare. Assicurarsi che il liquido non fuoriesca dal
corpo cilindrico dello strumento. Non cambiare la posizione dello
strumento durante la misurazione. Quando il livello del liquido
raggiunge il sensore superiore, DigE-Check si arresta
automaticamente visualizzando il valore di portata rilevato. Il valore
rilevato resta visualizzato per 90 secondi o fino a quando il
pulsante START non viene premuto di nuovo.
Per iniziare una nuova lettura, svuotare il corpo del DigE-Check e
premere il pulsante START di nuovo. Il valore precedente sarà
cancellato dalla lettura successiva.
MEASUREMENT
Place DigE-Check with 45° angle directly under the nozzle.
Make sure that no liquid spills out from the measuring tube.
Do not change the position of the flow meter during measurement.
When the water reach the upper sensor the DigE-Check stops
measuring automatically and the flow rate is displayed.
The flow rate value is shown for 90 seconds or until the START
button is pressed again.
SPEGNIMENTO
Mantenere premuto il pulsante START per 3 secondi. Rilasciarlo
a display vuoto. DigE-Check si spegne automaticamente dopo 90
secondi di mancato utilizzo.
Rimuovere le batterie se lo strumento non viene
utilizzato per lunghi periodi.
POWER OFF
Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds to switch off the
flow meter. Release the START button when display turns blank.
The meter will turn off automatically after 90 seconds of no use.
Please remove batteries if the DigE-Check is not used
for long time.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLE BATTERIE
Quando le batterie sono scariche il display mostrerà "Lo b".
Rivolgere la parte inferiore del DigE-Check verso l'alto e rimuovere
il cappuccio nero. Lo strumento richiede 2 batterie 1.5 V LR1 (N).
Verificare che le batterie sostituite siano fissate con l'anello di
gomma al loro supporto e che i terminali siano nella posizione
corretta. Riposizionare il supporto delle batterie all’ interno del
corpo e chiudere attentamente il cappuccio nero verificando che il
cappuccio si adatti perfettamente al tubo per evitare infiltrazioni.
Le batterie alcaline devono essere riciclate in
modo appropriato.
BATTERIES REPLACEMENT
When batteries are low the display will show “Lo b“. This indicates
that the batteries should be exchanged. For this turn the bottom of
the DigE-Check upward and remove the black cap. The meter
requires 2 x 1.5V LR1 (N) batteries. After changing them make sure
that the batteries are fixed with the rubber ring on the battery holder.
Do not reverse polarity. Place the battery holder back inside the
meter and close it firmly with the black cap. To avoid water infiltration
be sure that the cap fits perfectly on the tube.

vigenti nel Paese in cui lo strumento è commercializzato
DISPOSAL
Deliver to authorized recycling companies. Always follow the specific
regulations of the Countries where the instrument is sold.

To start a new reading, pour out the water from the measurement
tube and press the START button again. Please notice that earlier
data will be deleted.
Alkaline batteries shall be recycled properly.
