Request for tender document must be accompanied by a bank draft at the amount of
RM 4500.00 under the name of Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd and nonrefundable.
Completed tender documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and placed in
the Tender Box at procurement Department, the address above no later than 12.00
noon, 18 December 2014.
Mandatory Tender Briefing
Date: 20 October (Monday)
Time: 10.00am – 11.00am (Briefing)
Venue: Perak Auditorium, Tingkat 7,

Note: Representative from interested Tenderers shall be qualified personnel with
sound knowledge on tender & contract for the above said work and duly authorized
by the company
Note:
1. Tenders are invited from experienced contractors/suppliers registered with and
under the specified registration details as per the above table, which is still valid and
allowed to tender at this point of time.
2. Tenderers are required to attend a compulsory tender briefing as per detail above.
3. Tenderers who posses experience in completing similar nature of works are
required to fulfill the Mandatory Criteria as set out below:
a) Product sale value in the last 5 years in Malaysia over 1 million(yearly); and
b) Office set up and availability of local support and maintenance team.
4. The tender documents will be displayed and made available for purchase from the
date, time and location in the above table. Tenderers can view the Tender Document
prior to purchase.
5. Tender Documents shall only be sold to Tenderers who attended the tender
briefing. MRT Corp. shall not entertain any requisition for the purchase of Tender
Documents before and/or after the time as stipulated.
6. All Tenderers shall observe and comply with statutory requirements, rules and
regulations, including any modifications to it or re-enactment that is enforced by the
Government of Malaysia.
7. The Tenders Documents will only be sold to a “bona fide” representative of the
Tenderers. For this purpose, a Leeter of Authorisation to purchase the Tender
Documents Must be produced by Tenderers’ representative to gether with valid
“Original” and certified True Copy” of the relevant registration certificates of Ministry
of Finance to confirm the tenderers’ qualification.
8. MRT Corp is not duly bound to accept the lowest price.
9. Tenderers are reminded that certificates which are certified true copies by the
Commissioner of Oaths will not be accepted. This is in line with the instruction by the
Mahkamah Persekutuan Malaysia.
