The Office provides assistance and secretariat services to the governing bodies and the
Secretary General, fulfils the duties and requirements regarding the keeping of their minutes,
deeds and documents, and performs a liaison function with the organizational units.
It also provides secretariat services to the Joint Directorate and the Board of Directors,
records the relevant decision-making process and keeps the deeds.
It provides support to the governing bodies and the Secretary General and assists them in
institutional, parliamentary and legislative relations.
It examines parliamentary questions and assesses the involvement of the Directorates
concerned.
It is responsible for the institutional communication and the activities of coordination and
promotion aimed to enhance the image of the Institute.
It edits the periodic bulletin.
It is responsible for the translation and revision in foreign languages of institutional
documents and acts.
ROBERTO NOVELLI
Nato a Roma il 13 agosto 1973. Nel 1997 si laurea con lode in Economia e Commercio
presso l’Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza”; tra il 2000 e il 2005 è Cultore della
materia di Economia e Tecnica delle Assicurazioni.
Nel 2005 consegue il Dottorato di ricerca in Gestione
Bancaria e Finanziaria presso “La Sapienza” con una tesi sul
trattamento contabile degli strumenti finanziari: il fair value.
Profili teorici, orientamenti normativi e riflessi sul settore
bancario ed assicurativo. Per la stessa Università, negli anni
accademici 2005-2006 e 2008-2009, è Titolare dei corsi
Rischio
e
intermediazione
nelle
imprese
di
bancassicurazione ed Economia e gestione delle aziende di
Assicurazione.
Nel 1999 vince il concorso per la carriera direttiva in ISVAP e
viene assegnato al Servizio Assicurazione Danni. Dal 2003
entra nello Staff di Presidenza, dove nel 2005 assume l’incarico di Assistente del Presidente.
Dirigente dal 2012, con l’istituzione dell’IVASS il 1° gennaio 2013 diventa Responsabile
dell’Ufficio Segreteria di Presidenza e del Consiglio.
