Location
The Estate Complex called “Torri dell’Eur” is located in an interesting position within the EUR district in
Rome. It is located at the crossing between the main road, via Cristoforo Colombo, and the transverse
main road, Viale Europa. The Complex is borderd by Viale Europa on the north, by Viale America on the
south, by viale Boston on the east and by via Cristoforo Colombo itself on the west.

Description
The Complex is located on a 15.700 m2 lot and is made up of several buildings
different in height and scope: three seventeen floors tower buildings, a four floors
building in Viale Boston, a four floors building along via Cristoforo Colombo, a smaller
building connecting the others and a common basement with two underground floors.
The Complex is the former headquarters of the Ministry of Finance, currently is not on
use and it is largely untreated.
Enhancement
Proposal
The Enhancement Proposal plans out to keep the current intended use, that is offices,
and re-using the 6 existing buildings:
• Three tower buildings with 16 floors and Ground Floor
• Two four above ground floors buildings, the first on the corner between via C.
Colombo and Viale America and the other in viale Boston;
• One building connecting the three tower buildings which is the main entrance of the
Complex with service;
• The parking lots can be created in the two underground levels and in the outside
areas.
Urban Planning
Status
It is feasible to change the intended use of the buildings into residential or private
offices.
The urban planning procedure is completed.
