Compiti del volontario:
The tasks for the volunteer are the following

He will learn the function of the Information Point, helping with the tasks in
collaboration with the Animator. Furthermore, he will work with the press
archive, collecting, photocopying and archiving the most relevant notes in
matters of youth, employment, tourism and those articles that are related to
Fromista.
He will also be responsible for advertising the activities of the youth house by
hanging up posters in all
important points (table boards, shops, bars,
restaurants).
He will plan together with the social educator, the interested social groups and
collectives, various cultural activities. A monthly bulletin serves for advertising
these activities.
Moreover, he will learn and participate in the recuperation of the typical
autochthonous games of the region.

He will also develop a personal project based on activities of the diffusion of the
European cultures.
He will give informative conferences in the college, the resident of the elders,
and the house of culture about the traditions, the geographical situation, the
culture, the gastronomy etc. of Italy. He will also have the opportunity to teach
the youngsters some typical recipes his region.
Café Multilingual. Once integrated, and with a higher level of Spanish he will
give classes of Italian (practical or theoretical) to the youngsters, children and
in general, to those interested. To make these classes more interesting and to
keep the participation high, he is going to talk with his students while taking a
coffee or tea. Other interactive means like music and video projections can be
equally effective. Occasionally, and for those that prefer it can make a more
extended use of books.
Creation of a personal diary. He is going to write day after day his anecdotes,
experiences and apprenticeships (attaching photos). In this way, he will have a
complete portfolio of his project that registers all his experiences and
knowledge and the fulfilled tasks and activities. Later on, he will be able to
show it to the sending organization, colleges and organizations his country.
The volunteer will also be able to develop a personal project in the functional
and operative space of the youth house.
Activities of Animation and Free Time
The volunteer in cooperation with the social/cultural animator, the social educator and
other animators are going to realize a variety of activities for the youngsters and the
children, during the whole year.
These activities will be:
• Intercultural activities for children between 4 and 7 years.
• The summer school.
• The celebration of special days (international day of tolerance/environmental
day/woman’s day/etc.).
• The summer library.
• The play room of the house of youth and the borrowing of DVDs
• The quarter cinema
• The realization of various games on exact dates
Sport activities: various sport championships
basketball, volleyball, chess, bicycling etc.)

He will participate in Ferias, Cutural Weeks and other project that the council will do.
He will participate in formation courses, at the beginning and in the middle of the
project.
He will collaborate in the Telecentro (internet point) and the public library.

During the rest months, the model of the schedule will be the following:
From 10 to 12: linguistic formation based on conversation.
From 12 to 14: planning of the activities.
From 16:30 to 20: house of youth.
Depending on the activity, the schedule will be flexible; most of all when are taking
place the games, sports and excursions.
The activities of the volunteer will be always guided and coordinated by the tutor
which will realize the supporting functions, orientation and consulting in the different
activities.
At the same time, all these things will help to achieve his insertion and his adequate
integration to the locality. The Town Council will facilitate the voluntarian in the access
and the participation in the cultural programation of the Institution, like the impulse
and intermediation towards those who take fulfil the cultural collectives of the
community.

IMPORTANTE: si tratta di un progetto già approvato, in cui la Cooperativa Sociale
Kara Bobowski partecipa come organizzazione di invio. Questo significa che la
probabilità di partecipazione al progetto per coloro che si candideranno, è molto
elevata.
