exus srl nasce nel 2006 come azienda di stampaggio materie plastiche per conto terzi.
Frutto della sinergia tra esperti del settore che già da anni operano nell’ambito
dello stampaggio, della progettazione e della costruzione di stampi per materie plastiche, adotta una “filosofia produttiva” basata su una severa
selezione dei materiali, estrema cura del particolare e una continua ricerca di soluzioni innovative. L’azienda inoltre, grazie al know-how di chi
opera, è in grado di stampare qualsiasi tipo di tecnopolimero, fornendo una tipologia di settori applicativi a 360°.
Nel 2008 acquisisce dall’azienda Mufle s.p.a. la produzione e commercializzazione delle linee prodotto PRATO, il grigliato erboso in polipropilene,
e la linea TWIN, griglie in bimateria (polipropilene ed elastomero termoplastico) e canali in PE_HD per piscine bordo sfioro.
Nello stesso anno progetta e comincia la commercializzazione delle scalette in bimateria e personalizzabili per spa fuori terra in ABS.
Nel dicembre 2008, grazie alla collaborazione con un’azienda di istallazione impianti fotovoltaici, brevetta una STAFFA, un sistema di ancoraggio
per moduli fotovoltaici che rappresenta una rivoluzione nel settore e riduce notevolmente costi e tempi di istallazione.
Ora siamo presenti in più di 25 Paesi e il nostro prossimo obiettivo è quello di espandere ancora il nostro mercato e ampliare la nostra produzione
anche in altri settori merceologici, avendo sempre come obiettivo primario la fiducia e la soddisfazione del cliente.

exus srl has been founded in 2006 as an imprinting company of plastic materials on behalf of a third party.
We are the result of the synergy amongst specialists of our field, who have been working in the imprinting,
design and construction of moulds for plastic materials field since many years.
Our company philosophy is based on a strict selection of raw materials, a deep attention to details and a continuous research of innovative
solutions. Furthermore, thanks to the know-how of its workers, our company is able to imprint every kind of technopolymer, providing a wide
range of solutions for every kind of request.
In 2008, we aquired, by Mufle s.p.a company, the production and sales of PRATO line, polypropylene green grass grids, TWIN line, bi-material
gratings (polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer) and PE_HD channels for oveflow swimming pools.
In the same year, we designed and began to market bi-material customizing ABS ladders suitable for outground Spa.
In December 2008, thanks to the cooperation with a photovoltaic system installation company, we patented our PV KEEPER, an anchorage
system for photovoltaic modules, which represents an important revolution in this field and it reduces considerably installation costs and time.
Nowadays we are saling in more than 25 countries. Our next goal is to expand once more our worldwide market, and to enlarge our production
in other market sectors too, but always bearing in mind our main aim: customer’s satisfaction and confidence.

piscine e spa a bordosfioro nasce per offrire ai nostri clienti
un prodotto non solo di design, ma sicuro e che rispetti le più
severe Normative Europee in fatto di protezione negli impianti
sportivi.
TWIN è l’unica griglia in bi-materia: base in polipropilene e
superficie di contatto in elastomero termoplastico. Grazie ai
continui studi e ricerche del nostro reparto R&D, le griglie hanno
ottenuto la certificazione DIN 51097 ed EN 13451-1 conseguendo
i massimi risultati su tutti I test effettuati. La nostra azienda
inoltre ha svolto prove aggiuntive per dare ulteriore garanzia di
qualità.
Una griglia unica, che ha ottenuto il Brevetto per invenzione
industriale. TWIN non è solo garanzia di sicurezza antiscivolo

elcome to the TWIN’s world. The idea of this swimming
pool and spa gratings was born in order to offer to our
customers a beautiful and safe product, according to the strictest
European Norms regarding the General Safety Requirement in the
public swimming pools, sports and leisure centres.
TWIN is the only bi-material grating, with its base in polypropylene
and contact surface in thermoplastic elastomer. Thanks to the
continuous studies and researches of our R&D unit, the gratings
have obtained certification DIN 51097 and EN 13451-1 achieving
the maximum results on all the undertaken tests. Moreover, our
company has carried out additional tests giving more guarantees
on quality.
It is a unique grating that obtained the Patent for industrial
invention. TWIN is not only a guarantee of anti-slip but it is
also pleasant to the touch, aesthetically attractive and it can be

für Schwimmbecken mit Überlaufrand und SPA ist
geboren, um unseren Kunden eines schönen und sicheren Produkt
anzubieten, entsprechend den strengsten Europäischen Normen
und betreffend die allgemeine Sicherheitsanforderungen für
Sportanlagen.
TWIN ist der einzige Rost mit einer Materialkombination:
Grundstruktur aus Polypropylen und Kontaktfläche aus
thermoplastischem Elastomer. Dank die ununterbrochenen
Forschungen von unserer abteilung R&D, die Roste haben die
Bescheinigung DIN 51097 und EN 13451-1 mit maximalen
Erfolgen auf allen durchgeführten Tests erzielt. Außerdem
hat unsere Firma zusätzliche Tests durchgeführt, um weitere
Qualitätsgarantie zu gewahren.

piscinas y spa con rebosadero nace para ofrecer a nuestros
clientes un producto no solo de disegño, sino también seguro
y que respecte las mas rigidas Normativas Europeas en tema de
requisito general de seguridad en la piscina pública.
TWIN es la única rejilla en bimaterial, base en polipropileno y
superficie de contacto en elastómero termoplástico. Gracias a los
estudios y a las búsquedas continuas de nuestro departamento
tecnico, las rejillas han obtenido la certificación DIN 51097 y EN
13451-1 y han alcanzado los máximos resultados en todas las
pruebas realizadas. Nuestra compañía por otra parte ha realizado

TWIN ha superato tutti i test effettuati per ottenere la
certificazione di conformità alla normativa EN 13451-1 e alla
tedesca DIN 51097. Le prove dimostrano che:
• TWIN garantisce la massima aderenza antiscivolo anche in
presenza di umidità, fino ad una inclinazione di 35°
• non crea pericolo di intrappolamento delle dita per l’utilizzatore
• ha un’ottima integrità strutturale.

order to obtain the certification of conformity to norm EN 134511 and German DIN 51097. The tests demonstrate that:
• TWIN guarantees the maximum anti slip adhesion also in

• it is not danger for the entrapment of the fingers for the user
• it has optimal structural integrity.
Ulteriori prove inoltre sono state effettuate dalla nostra azienda
per garantire la qualità del prodotto ed è risultato che:
• il prodotto non si degrada anche se esposto ad ambienti salini
e corrosivi
• è resistente ai raggi UV
• non si deforma anche sottoposto ad un continuo stress
termico, precisamente 100 cicli caldo-freddo, da -30°C a +70°C
• ha un ottimo standard di resistenza meccanica
• non subisce variazioni dimensionali visibili anche dopo essere
stato sottoposto ad una serie di cicli termici (100 cicli caldofreddo, da -30°C a +70°C).
Moreover further tests have been carried out by our company in
order to guarantee the quality of the product and it have turned
out that:
• the product is not degrading even if exposed to salt and
corrosive atmospheres
• it is resistant to the UV rays
• it does not get deformed even continuously subjected to
thermal cycle stress (100 cold –heat cycles from -30° C to
+70° C)
• it has an optimal standard of mechanical resistance
• it keeps its shape and size even after the thermal cycle stress
(100 cold heat cycles from -30° C to +70° C).

TWIN han excedido en todas las pruebas realizadas para
obtener la certificación de conformidad a la norma EN 13451-1 y
a la alemána DIN 51097. Las pruebas demuestran que:
• TWIN garantiza la máxima adherencia anti deslizamiento
también en presencia de la humedad, hasta una inclinación
de 35°
• no es peligroso para el entrapamiento del dedo del usuario
• tiene una óptima integridad estructural.
Por otra parte otras pruebas se han realizado de nuestra compañía
para garantizar la calidad del producto y el resultado es que:
• El producto no se deteriora aunque sea expuesto a un
ambiente salino y corrosivo
• Es resistente a los rayos UV
• No se deteriora aunque sea expuesto de manera continua a
estrestrés térmico (100 ciclos calor - frio, de – 30°C a + 70°C)
• Tiene un óptimo estándar de resistencia mecánica
• Mantiene sus formas y diemensiones tambien despues de la
exposicion a estrestrés térmico.

l modello ONDA, disponibile nella versione flessibile, rigida
e rinforzata con barre in acciaio inox per gli angoli a 90°, è
disponibile nelle larghezze 150, 200, 250 e 300 mm per ognuna
delle quali a loro volta sono previste 4 altezze 20, 25, 30, 35 mm.
La lunghezza della griglia è sempre di 500 mm (21 elementi già
montati) e il materiale polipropilene (PP) per la base ed elastomero
termoplastico (TPE) per la superficie di contatto.
I colori standard sono neutro (PP)/blu (TPE) e bianco (PP)/bianco
(TPE), ma a richiesta sono realizzabili tutti i tipi di colore.
La versione curvabile permette di seguire qualsiasi profilo di vasca,
nello specifico il modello ONDA ha come raggio di curvatura
minimo:
25 cm per il modello 150
30 per il modello 200
36 cm per il modello 250
42 per il modello 300.

with a stainless-steel for the 90° corners, is available in
four different widths (150-200-250-300 mm) for each of which

The length of the gratings are always 500mm (composed of 21
already – assembled units) and the materials are the polypropylene
(PP) for the base and the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) for the
contact surface. The standard colours are the neutral (PP)/blue
(TPE) and the white (PP)/white (TPE) but upon request we are
able to realise all the colours of your imagination.
The flexible version makes it possible to follow any pool profile;
the ONDA model has the minimum curvature radius:
• 25 cm for the 150 model
• 42 cm for the 300 model.

und in der verstärkten Form mit einer Verstärkungsstrebe
aus Edelstahl für 90°- Winkel, ist in vier verschiedenen Breiten
(150-200-250-300 Mm) und jeweils in vier unterschiedlichen
Höhen (20-25-30-35 Mm) verfügbar.
Die Länge der Rosten sind immer 500 mm (21 vormontierte
Elemente) und die Materialien sind das Polypropylen (PP) für
die Grundstruktur und das thermoplastische Elastomer (TPE) für
die Kontaktfläche. Standard Farben sind Neutral (PP)/Blau (TPE)
und Weiß (PP)/Weiß (TPE), aber auf Anfrage weitere Farben sind
erhältlich.
Die Bogenform Version erlaubt eine Anpassung an Beckenprofilen

to MufleDrain drainage channels model VIP20 blue colour
MufleDrain VIP20 channels are supplied in 1000mm-long
modules; they are lightweight, handy, easy to carry and. VIP20
channels are made from PE-HD (high density polypropylene).
They are resistant to shocks, sudden temperature changes (range
of use -50°C to +100°C) and the ordinary chemicals used in
environments such as swimming pool, sauna, changing room and
thermal bath. They are available in different measure: 100/40,
100/74, 150/151 200/151.
The smooth waterproof surface of the channel lets the water
flow quickly and is easy to clean, thus preventing the formation
of putrescible residues. The PE-HD also prevents any emission
of harmful substances which can come into contact with man.

en obra. Las canaletas VIP20 realizadas en PE-HD (Polietileno
Alta Densidad), son resistentes a los impactos, a los cambios

substancias químicas utilizadas normalmente en los ambientes
de las piscinas, saunas, vestuarios y termas. Estan disponibles
